Conditioning

Depends on what kind of training as they use different amounts of energy. If you have superb, you can generally do all coach session and not drop below 90% but will be close. If you do sparring, Circuit training or weights or cardio then you will likely need to rest if your not over superb.

 

90 points at creation is usually enough to do all coach session and one C/T until you build up some more cardio.
