Simba Jr successfully defended his CEC LHW Title again, although it came without another win on his rercord. Burns Jr seemed to dominate the majority of the fight, defending 13 of 16 takedown attempts by Rung Thrym and landing leg kicks on Thrym at will at leaving his legs and body black and blue. Both fighters met in the center and threw everything they had, Thrym seemed to try and be very accurate instead of trying damaging shots, but most had Simba Jr was the winner. The Play by play announcer agreed. The fight was ruled a draw.

Here were the scores from the Major local Tycoon MMA Sites.

- MMASporter scored it 49-46 Simba Burns Jr.

- TycoonTimes scored it 48-47 Thrym.

- MMAJankie scored it 48-47 Simba Burns Jr.

- Sperdog MMA scored it 48-48 Draw.

- MMAplayingground scored it 49-47 Burns Jr.

- MMA Dogs scored it 48-47 Burns Jr.

The rematch is sure to take place shortly. Very anticipated.

"I am very happy with my performance against Rung Thrym, he is an excellent fighter and he brought a good game plan as I did. I thought I did enough to win, but Rung is a warrior and I feel as if an immediate rematch is appropriate so I pushed for it, as Thrym did. The rematch is set and I'm ready to go, I will defend the CEC Title with honour and keep fulfilling my dream. After I win this fight, I wil be top 10 P4P finally and I will make everyone so proud, I cannot wait!"

Simba Jr lost his CEC Title by Unanimous decision in a back and forth fight with Rung Thrym. Thrym was over 10 years younger and youth was on his side. His speed was much a determining factor into the latter rounds.

Simba did his best work in rounds 1 & 5, winning both rounds his stuffing multiple takedown attempts but in the process of avoiding the takedowns, Burns Jr left himself open to be bested on the feet in the 3 middle rounds, where Thrym's accuracy and punching volume did the trick. Burns Jr seemed to have Thrym hurt in round 5 as his knee buckled from crushing leg kick, but Thyrm survived and did just enough.

"Rung Thrym is a great kid, he's come a long way with his new management and getting out of those toxic environments. I felt I had won the first and fifth for sure, but the middle rounds were probably his by a little. Congrats to him, I cannot wait to see Thrym Vs. Rezneck next for the Title. I'm predicting Rezneck by close decision, he will win with his power, but this decision has a high chance to be controversial, but are the best in the world at this game.

I'm 41 years old and have never felt better, it's a very weird feeling. I have another fight outside of MMA Tycoon at 'GLUORY 50' Event in Tokyo in front of 50,000 fans. That fight will take place in a few weeks, then I will probably return to MMA and hopefully get my belt back."

"For the first time in my career, I am making the move down to 185lbs. I will have another Belt around my waist, I've held 265+, 265 & 205 Champion, and now CEC has another top contender in the middleweight division."

Burns Jr has a K-1 fight upcoming at Heavyweight against Muay Thai legend Thum Gao(133-18-9), in a Non-Title Superfight. Gao is a World Champion in Muay Thai and Thiland K-1 FC HW Champion. In a stadium in Brazil, of 93,000 the fight will take place. The long time K1 P4P King, Simba Burns Jr looks to continue his one of a kind, legendary status he has held for the last 8 years."

Burns Jr is fighting at GLUORY 50' Event tonight in Tokyo in front of 50,000 fans vs just named opponent, a rematch with Legend

Gunnar Saint,

Gunnar Saint is a K-1 all time Legend and outside Tycoon former Grand Prix Champ. Saint has only fought 3 times in the last 5 years, all outside of Tycoon, but won all 3 by KO in round 1. Saint has a K-1 record of 157-14-6(77 KO's) and held the Middleweight SuperMax Title for more than 8 years defending it 33 times and going on a rediculous 38 fight win streak, capturing and defending the Vacant Lightheavyweight Title and defending it 3 times before being stunned in a shocking upset to young, much lighter 22 year old Simon Kanitz by Split Decision which shook the World. Kanitz dropped back to Lightweight to take the Title there and Saint would go up to HW only to be KO'd for the first time in his historic career by Rocky Tyson in 33 seconds.

Saint would lose again, to Burns Jr by 4th Rd KO, a second loss Kanitz, this time by TKO, Andrei Kersikov at HW by KO, Miranda Klitchko by decision. He then went on a tear, winning 17 fights in a row and getting revenge on then Middleweight Champion Miranda Klitchko by TKO in 12 seconds, getting his Title back and defending it 9 more times before avenging a loss to Kanitz by decision before losing the 4th fight by decision months later, Saint then retired at age 38 briefly before winning 3 more fights by KO. He has not fought in 14 months. He is now 43 years old.

Burns Jr defended his Lightheavyweight Title 36 times and the HW Title 23 times overall. Most of his losses are in Grand Prix tournaments as he only lost his LHW Title Once, in 3 reigns. Their first encounter was a barn burner with Burns getting a TKO victory in the 4th, and the long awaited rematch has been awaited for more than 12 years.

Play by play .. 3x3 minute rounds superfight.

Round 1 - Slow start, a few flicking leg kicks from Burns Jr to stay active. Saint looking to counter big and Burns Jr isn't engaging like their first encounter. Two minutes in and a few more leg kicks in and out score for Burns Jr. Big combo counter from Saint misses but he throws a head kick that skims Burns Jr's head, no damage done though as he took it well. Burns Jr lands a one two on the smaller man and the round ends. 10-9 Burns Jr

Round 2 - Saint comes out very quickly, looking a lot quicker than he did in round 1, using movement and attacking the lead leg of Burns Jr darting in and out. Jab by Saint, body punch & left low kick land as well. Burns Jr now looking for a big counter as the game plans reverse. Action picking up here as Saint puts on the pressure, backing up Burns with punches and knees to the body, hard uppercut gets through for Burns Jr as Saint backs up and break clinch. Both throw right hands but Burns Jr connects and comes with a head kick follow up that partially lands and sends Saint on his butt with 2 seconds in the round left. He is up by 6. 10-9 Burns Jr.

Round 3 - Both men throwing kicks, landing evenly. Saint throwing big time shots going for the kill. Burns Jr landing leg kicks showing great movement. Saint starting to limp badly on his front left leg from the kicks and switches stances, Burns Jr clinches, knees for both guys land to the body. 50 seconds left as the ref calls for a break in the clinch. Both men go crazy throwing everything they have via Holloway/Lamas style for the last 25 seconds as both men land hard damaging shots, but neither Granite Chinned fighters seem fazed. 10-10.

Judge Pete Louris scored it 30-27 Burns Jr

Judge Stephanie Saderwitz scored it 29-27 Burns Jr

Judge Landis White scored it 30-27 Burns Jr.

Winner by Unanimous Decision, Simba Burns Jr.

Simba Burns Jr shocked the world again winning the CEC LHW Title with a 5 round Split Decision win over 2 time former Champion Rezneck. The judges saw it 49-46 & 48-47 for Burns Jr while the third judge had it 48-47 for Rezneck. Simba wins the CEC Title for the Second time in his career.

Both men came out swinging from the opening bell, with Rezneck landing good head shots in a close round One. Burns Jr started teeing off with leg and body kicks in the second round, looking like he was starting to pull away. Rezneck came back strong in the Third round, keeping distance and avoiding most damage by the kicks, another close round that probably went Rezneck's way. The last two rounds were both men swinging for a KO. Simba Jr landed multiple head kicks while Rezneck threw damaging punches. By the middle of round 5, Rezneck could barely stand on his left leg, and Simba picked him apart with more kicks until the final bell.

The K-1 Legend and MMA P4P Legend now holds his CEC Title once again and is open to any super fights.

After 5 close back and forth rounds, Ugor defeated Simba Jr by Unanimous decision. Both fighters landed big shots, with Ugor landing a lot of punches while taking kicks from Burns Jr in return. At the end, no one knew who had won the superfight. Close scorecards read, but Ismba had lost.

"It was a tough fight. I thought I had done enough to win but I did take a lot of punches from Ugor. It seemed like a Machida/Shogun 1 sort of fight, where judges don't value kicks as much as punches.. Ugor was hobbling bad from round 3 on, and had no power in his punches anymore. He's an awesome fighter, no excuses, good luck to him I hope he continues to do well. His manager Davies is one of the best dudes around.

I'll be back shortly, I am still the CEC LHW Champion."

Simba is now fighting a short notice Superfight moving back up in weight to fight MMATYCOON Legend Cinder Smaug at Heavyweight.

While the contenders are being back up after the departure of Trevor Rezneck following two Title fight loses to Simba Burns Jr. Rung Thrym lost recently to Antonio Ronaldo and Simba wanted to be kept in action against top competition.

"I'm gonna knock Smaug out, I cornered my buddy Kyle Carlton when he demolished Smaug not long ago. I see the weakness, his legs are weak & I'll chop him down like a tree and his chin won't hold up for long afterwards. He is a good fighter, very powerful but he can't penitrate my chin, no chance."

After 3 rounds, to the world it had looked as if Simba Burns Jr had done it again, but the judges didn't agree. It was read that by MAJORITY DECISION, Cinder Smaug had defeated The Lightheavyweight Champion. Commentators had it close, and of the 7 major MMA media websites 4 had it for Burns Jr while 2 scored it a draw and the other scored in favour of Smaug.

Burns Jr's camp was visibly upset but Simba was quick to dismiss the boos from the crowd and shows his class again by saying

"Hey Guy's don't boo, Smaug hits hard and I couldn't finish him, I really tried not his fault the judges hate me. I should have stuck to the game plan but I didn't so it's my own damn fault and my managers. He is a huge HW and I guess the judges saw his punches and missed my kicks, so it is what it is, props to Cinder and his camp. I'll be back very soon to defend my LHW Title again against a fimiliar foe in FRITZIE ZIVIC who has two extremely close wins over me and I will avenge that loss, trust me, it's on."

tumblr_ml20g29tpm1qhndw9o1_400.gif Burns Jr puts Zivic down in RD1.

Simba Burns Jr had done it again. He defended his CEC LHW Title again for redeemed his two previous decision losses to Fritzie Zivic. All judges scored it a clear 50-45 for Simba Burns Jr.

Simba took control from the get go, showing great footwork to avoid Zivic's power, and took out Zivic's legs and body with devastating kicks that let Burns Jr set up his head punches with. A flash knockdown in round 1 for Burns Jr led to the shutout and after 5 rounds he had landed over 100 more strikes as Zivic had, it was a miricle Zivic had made it to the final bell as his legs and body were black and blue and his face was cut and bloodied from Burns' rapid head punches.

LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION Simba Burns Jr made his Middleweight debut at CEC 469, dropping down in weight to fight the former Champion and dominant Superstar, Johnny Reach, managed by Michael Knight, one of the best managers in the game.

Over 5 rounds, Simba Burns Jr went to work, taking out Reach's legs with brutal kicks from every angle while utilizing a prefect jab and lead hooks to the head of the former long time Middleweight Champion. Reach kept it close in the first round but Burns Jr started to pull away and he stayed away from Reach's counter shots throughout the first 3.5 rounds. Reach tried desperately tried to score the KO knowing he was down big on the scorecards. Reach got no where's close, and Burns Jr walked away with a lop sided decision not many saw coming.

After 3 straight wins with 15 straight unbeaten rounds in those fights, At nearly 43 years of age the Lightheavyweight Champion looks as good as ever and who knows what is next, with 3 weight divisions he will fight in now.

Burns Jr said "it's all experience and me being smart. I always just went in and fought and did whatever, just fought for money and cause I had something to prove. Now I'm just smarter and don't care about money or fame or whatever, I just have fun and I realize that winning and being smart is more fun then just going out there and having mixed outcomes because I didn't use my brain to match my skills and athleticism. That's all."

The King is still here.
