Once you start fighting and signing fighters and so on you will not need it. Having someone gift you $50K is very helpful though. Definitely do look into getting yourself a mentor. Didn't realize he was here that long. But yeah... read the forums and don't be afraid to ask older managers for advice. Most are quite helpful. yeah you need someone to help you with fighter builds, your current builds are too balanced. This is true. It's a classic mistake for a newbie to make.
