So, I'm seeking out anyone interested in taking it over...It has brand new equipment and is pristine. However, it currently has a -$1,000 balance, not a big deal. It has 2 elite conditioning coach, 1 elite MT coach, 1 double elite wrestling/BJJ coach and 1 double elite boxing/MT coach. If you started this gym yourself it would cost something like $30k or just under to hire the coaches. So, if you want it. Hit me up and you can join my alliance and I'll sell it to you for $1.
