nkallas50
I have a 145er who is at 146.6 right now 8 days away from his fight. What is the best way to cut this weight down? I know he will get two hours to cut the last weight in the sauna but will it always be successful? and how much does that sauna cut take out of the fighter? jjsquirrel
It happens automatically. On his profile just below weight you will see "can cut to". As long as this is below the fight weight you are ok and don't need to do anything.
pjrfin
Don't train, your energy goes up. By the way, you should always get up to 100% energy before a fight. Set your training sessions to - No Training -. Do not change your training intesity (always keep it Full time).
zackmartin11
He will cut weight as long as his energy level is full or near full. Try to stop training 2 days before the fight.
Monsieur.Camara
You also have a 1 lbs buffer so technically only need to get to 146 Click on the weight icon on top of your fighters profile to see how much he can cut via resting him. A nice change to see this as opposed to managers abusing the speed hack by going extra light.

Shards
What is the advantage of keeping intensity full time? You can only change training intensity once a week. It's trading those training slots for either $200(part time/6 slots) or $400(no training/12 slots) a week. The training is worth more than the $33 per slot the game will pay you.
