I just checked and other times I did that other guy got the full refund. Anyone know what may have happened? it's not a big deal at all I just wanted to understand. Testing the glitch, figuring out a pattern and getting to know when and why it doesnt refund money when a flight has been canceled. Since Mike prolly wont be bothering with this. RegularJohn Posted January 17, 2019 Author Report Share Posted January 17, 2019 For what it's worth, I got this in the mail after cancelling the flight: "Fighter Palaktingpuet Payakarakatong cancelled their booking on your jet Jet 820, flight ID130584 from Rio de Janeiro to London on Jan 12, 2019 22:00. They received a refund of $0.00 (0% of the ticket price, whilst you as a jet owner have been paid a portion of the ticket price: $14,035.00)." Actually, it may not be a glitch, but a protective mechanism if you are running jets as a business(different owners of fighter and jet) to protect you from losing money if someone cancels a booked flight hours before the flight.
