The two champions that will face each other are Insanity Hall of Famer and the 185lbs Champion, Nolan Sackett, and, the 205lbs Champion, Joey Kocur. The fight will take place on the 3rd of April in the King Theatre in Los Angeles. The champions will be fighting in the 205lbs division and will have 5 rounds to show their dominance. Now let’s have a look at the fighters! http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1w3.jpgVS. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13943910755905.png http://i.gyazo.com/b64c2e59fa2aae04e422645a7b704592.png http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1w3.jpg Nolan Sacketthttp://i.gyazo.com/9e5be2cd2224f121253d626de8548943.png Nolan Sackett, an Insanity Hall of Famer and world class fighter. Nolan Sackett has an impressive record of 15-1-0, of which 12 were with Insanity and 11 fights from that, were championship fights. He currently is enjoying a 4 fight winning streak and has come back impressively from his only loss in his career and in Insanity. He made his debut with Insanity in February of 2014, getting a win via TKO (strikes) over Marcus Miller. His next fight would be against Eddie Peak, who was the champion at the time. Nolan won the fight in 01:09 via TKO (strikes). He went on to defend his title 6 times before losing a championship match against Jackson Teller, whom he had previously beaten already. Nolan Sackett got a re-match with Teller, and won his championship back and avenged his loss. Since then he has defended the title 3 times again. He is a house hold name around the world and no doubt that the future for this fighter is very bright. ---------------------------------------------------- http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13943910755905.png Joey Kocur http://i.gyazo.com/4721f090d406f8b7b35ef8d3bafc7d76.png Joey Kocur, a legit threat to any man that steps in the cage with him. Joey Kocur has an 11-2-0 record and has not lost a single fight in Insanity. He has had 6 fights in Insanity so far, and those fights are part of an impressive 9 fight win streak. He made his debut with Insanity in October of 2014, facing Jesus Ramirez. His debut fight ended in 01:21, via TKO(strikes). The following month he scored another TKO win over Mica Gacric, earning him the KOTN award and a title shot against then champion, Silent Bob. This championship fight took place in December, and Joey Kocur beat Silent Bob with another TKO finish – becoming Insanity’s 205lbs champion. Since then Joey Kocur defended his title 3 times against the likes of, Glen Gorman, Malik Ramsey and in his latest defense, Castor Rollins, with all these fights ending before the judges call. Joey Kocur has proven himself as one of the best in the organization and a future Hall of Famer. ---------------------------------------------------- Both men are very impressive, and no doubt this is going to be a much anticipated fight by the Insanity fans world wide. Who will take the win and take home the bragging rights? Tune in on the 3rd of April to find out!
itakebrides
wow great fight .Petty a title is not on the line.It would great to see someone become a duel champion or defend there belt against a real threat..Fight going to be close to call.If i have to make a choose i go with Nolan Sackett since he has more fight experience and a better rank manager
Beck
Thanks for the reply, and I agree that it would be nice to have a dual champion at some point. What would also be awesome is if you could put two titles on the line in same match, winner takes all, Of course, in this particular match up, both guys would need to be able to make the 205 and 185 weight cut to make that happen. Maybe a nice little addition in the future, alongside interim belts
bjornmma1
Both guys have granite chins and that's always a recipe for an awesome fight! I think Sackett will get the decision victory, but it will be a very close fight

Beck
http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1427809781i80.jpg Insanity 80 Just made the event poster. Few days till the big fight between Nolan and Joey Also looking forward to the heavyweight championship bout and of course the finale of the MMA Championship 205 division between Trevor Reznick and Frank Damozzi. I'd say it's a good card all together but obviously I am a bit bias
