Not many people thought Adam the purple belt would outlast his brown belt opponent to win the title. But Principo fought a perfect fight and in reality, it wasn't even close. Superior cardio and experience is going to ensure that Principo Adam is the man to beat.

Once upon a time, this one-time paramedic used his quick reactions to save people inside ambulances. He used that same reaction speed to win the Light Heavyweight title inside the A&E cage. Once Rizzo gets a hold of you, it's going to end very badly.

Denis White became A&E's second heavyweight champion when he ran through the legend that was Tyrone Tyson. Nobody foresaw such a dominating performance. In his three fights, he has fought for a little over three minutes. The heaviest hands in London can knock out anyone in the blink of an eye.

Two words: holy shit. That was the worldwide reaction when Samuel Little knocked out an undefeated champion in 35 seconds to be come the new undefeated, undisputed champion. Many thought that it was going to be a routine title defense for the incumbent champ. Instead, it was a moment that shocked the world. His first title defence was a Fight of the Night affair. He rocked his opponent in the first round before fading late and doing just about enough to hold on for the win.
Super Heavyweight

Record: 3-0-0 (A&E: 3-0-0)

Liam Ghambe is getting better with every fight. So much so, that when it was time to fight against the Super Heavyweight fighter with the most wins, Ghambe knocked him down three times. Very early in the fight. A perfect shot ended it in just 83 seconds.

Opening Ceremony - 10th May 2020

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/manager_avatars/1589104859Ashbourne.png

Owner and CEO of Ashbourne Events

"First I want to thank each and every one of you for taking the time to come down today."

Thomas Hand signals for Ashbourne to wipe away a white powdery substance coming from his inflamed right nostril.

"Excuse me."

Sniff.

"If you're here, if you can hear me, if you are reading this transcript, it means you're invested in us and that means a lot. I told myself I wasn't going to get emotional but I've dreamed about this day for a very long time. I've been in the fight business for a while now. I've managed champions. I've been at the top of the game. But I've always had one eye on this - my own fight organisation.

I present to you: Ashbourne Events. A new 360k ID restricted fight organisation based in Helsinki."

A spattering of applause.

"I can understand if at this point in time, you're not as excited about this as I am. But I'm confident that in the long term, we will become an organisation that everyone wants to be a part of. That is the goal here. I know all of the rumours about me. They say I'm too green. Too new. I lack the stamina. Well they're wrong. This is my life's work. I'm putting my all into this."

Hand tries to get Ashbourne's attention again, using his hand to imitate a pen, drawing in the air.

"We do need your help though. We are currently looking for a graphic designer to help with our company logo, banner, thumbnail, posters, belts. The lot. You will be paid a recurring wage as well as for each of your accepted works of art. If this is something you may be interested in, please do get in touch. It doesn't have to be an exclusive hire. I understand the desire for more money."

Ashbourne smirks but none of the underpaid reporters reciprocate. "Why is he shouting?" one of them says.

"And to any 360k fighter that needs a home, come and join us. Come and be a part of this. Yes it's my name on the banners but we will be giving you all of the hype. Our media team is the best in the business and we're just getting started. We have exciting plans. Things that have never been seen before in the MMA world. We just need more fighters to join before we can get there. Fair fights. Decent money with a great opportunity to grow. What's not to love?"

Thomas Hand nods at his boss'excellence.

"June 1st. MARQUEE 1: The Beginning. Ten fights. I can't wait."

Ashbourne gets up to leave. A reporter asks, "is there any truth in the matter you're having an extra-marital affair with a hooker named BJJ and she chokes you?"

"I think they prefer the term high-class escort but to answer your question, there's been no choking today no."

Ashbourne continues to walk out of the room when another reporter asks, "what do you say to those concerned about the signing your own son?"

"Ah, that little squirt won't be handed anything. He''ll only fight when someone calls him out either publicly or through DMs. Remember, June 1st. MARQUEE 1. See you all there!"

Ashbourne leaves. Thomas Hand takes over the conference, "Thank you all for coming out. We normally like to answer more of your questions but as you can understand, Mr. Ashbourne is extremely busy spearheading our recruitment drive. Thank you!" Hand leaves and sees a disgruntled Ashbourne backstage.

"Who was that reporter with the wisecrack?"

Thomas Hand looks through his clipboard of notes and points out the name.

"Keep him the f@#* away from my organisation."

Punch Drunk McDermott here, LIVE from Hayashi's Lounge in downtown Helsinki. You know, I'm often asked "Hey Punch, what's it like being a star?" or "Hey Punch, how do you stay in such great shape?" or "Yo Punch, do you believe in miracles?". The first two are easy; I'm awesome and I work hard. Miracles? No, I don't believe in miracles and neither should you, good people of TV land. They're a farce of natural law, science's ugly step-sister, just like my opponent, Theophan Krestovozdvijenskiy. I know, I hear you out there, "Punch, why do you have to be so mean? He's just trying to make a living." Listen, I get it, people love an underdog. Rudy, Forrest Gump, the Karate Kid. But this isn't Hollywood and there are no Mr. Miyagi's here. My opponent can walk around talking about miracles, calling himself The Miracle, and praying for miracles, but it's not going to make an ounce of difference. Ashbourne Events is real life and there's only room for one marquee fighter here.

Ivan Wong: "I am disgusted by the 135 and 145 divisions. None of these self-entitled bums have what it takes to carry the divisions.

On the day of my 18th birthday, I abandoned my family and all my wordly possession in Copenhagen in order to seek enlightment in Russia.

During my time in the Northern Caucasus, there were no boxing gloves, no head gear, and no tapping out. We brawled and strangled each other on the ground until the other person passed out. All the years I spent getting thrown around and being mauled by the great Russian sambo champion, Kebab Nurmagomedov, have broken any empathy left in my naive soul.

I started to enjoy choking people until their consciousness left their bodies......enjoy breaking people's arms and left them screaming in blood and agony...........

I have been reborn into a power-hungry and sadistic warrior.

I will become the double champion at 135 lbs and 145 lbs."

Event Preview

2020-06-01

Helsinki

Terry Badmean here. We may not have an event poster yet but there's still plenty to look at. MARQUEE 1: The Beginning is just 7 days away! Don't be fooled by the lack of records on this card. As the name suggests, this is only the beginning. It's a MARQUEE event filled with A&E's finest. Rest assured, there is going to be violence and bloodshed, all in the name of mixed martial arts. Let's take a look at the fighters who will be making history on June 1st:

Lightweight - 155lbs

It's the first fight on the undercard. It's the first fight of MARQUEE 1. It's the first fight for Ashbourne Events. It is history, of the violent kind.

Kaki Mountain is a bad man. His weight may be light but his fists are heavy. He can hurt you on the outside. He can hurt you in the clinch and that's exactly what he did in his debut win against the man with the big right hand, Bob Spano. Spano was being touted as a promising prospect before the hype train collided head on with this Mountain. The vicious back-and-forth was finally put to an end by the referee in the second round. Mountain took his fair share of shots in that battle but is already known for having one of the best chins in the division. He knows he has the slight height advantage, but he doesn't know much else about his next opponent - Ysuf Raisof.

The pair were both training in top gyms in Helsinki. They may have even walked past each other at Aleksanterinkatu. But long before he was perfecting his craft in Scandinavia, Raisof hails from a region that has produced some of the toughest humans in the world.

Dagestan.

Look out for some of the best wrestling you've ever seen in this one. It's going to be technical. It's going to be ferocious. It's going to be an event.

Middleweight - 185lbs

Literally anything can happen in this one. They possess all the necessary skills to get a knockout or to take it to the ground and get their opponent to tap. It's rare that such a statement rings true but these two men can do it all. They are not striking specialists that are scared of being taken down. They are not grapplers that don't know how to throw a jab. They are true mixed martial artists. And we get to find out which one is better at it.

Yanbaev is a very dangerous fighter. We saw that in his debut win over Alvin Stainthorpe in the QFC. It was Stainthorpe who clinched up. It was Stainthorpe who pulled guard and got the takedown. It was also Stainthorpe who tapped moments later giving Yanbaev the first round submission win. He doesn't panic. Even when you think you've got the upper hand and your gameplan is working, Yanbaev is still a threat. Yanbaev is always a threat. The kickboxing and sambo practitioner from Russia has a military background and Kevin Tripps will be gunning for him.

Tripps may not be training at the best gym in the world but we know that he has been working very hard to improve his skills. He wants to be the best. At everything. Defeating Yanbaev will be a huge step in the right direction. It's going to be a fascinating fight.

Featherweight - 145lbs

I was playing football with a tennis ball in the street. Sometimes I would walk to the shop to buy a Freddo. If I was lucky, I'd have enough for a Curly Wurly. What were you doing when you were sixteen years old? Sixteen years old! This is CRAZY.

Jamal Lloyd is about to step into a cage to fight at only sixteen years old. He is a phenom. A prodigy. Call it whatever you like, "The Kid" is a kid that can kick an adult's ass. Lloyd is the youngest fighter on the A&E roster. The fact he has even taken on this challenge at such an early stage of his career is a testament to his love for MMA. He has all of the tools to excel in this sport for years to come. One way or the other, he is going to become a household name.

Knocking at the hype's door is Brad Betts. Do you know who is more dangerous than the sixteen year old prodigy? The guy that's fighting him. All of the spotlight is on Lloyd. Betts can grab some of it with a big win here. Imagine one of his trademark bombs landing flush and silencing the crowd. Betts is the perfect villain. Just like Batman and The Joker, these two are destined to do this forever. Only Brad Betts is no joke. There's nothing funny here. Brad Betts is "The Bomber" and on June 1st, we will get to see how explosive he is.

Super-Heavyweight - 265+lbs

Skills so nice, they named him twice. Fight so nice, they're doing it twice. It's a rematch between Kevin Kevin and Asiyat Kadyrov. The first fight couldn't have gone any better for Kevin. He got the clinch, got the takedown, got the submission. All within two minutes. The win came via a glorious triangle choke from the bottom. Some questioned Kadyrov's gameplan after the fight, suggesting that a white belt in BJJ shouldn't be attempting three takedowns in two minutes against the superior grappler. It will be interesting to see what kind of adjustments have been made, from both sides. But Kadyrov has his own special weapon on the ground. Vicious ground and pound. He couldn't really get it going in the first fight but we know how effective it is and so does Lars Ulafson. Kadyrov destroyed Ulafson in his debut. All eight takedown attempts were successful as Kadyrov ran away with a unanimous 30:27 victory. Ulafson still wears the damage of having his face pounded into the canvas. He was much older and had been training for much longer but still Kadyrov beat him up.

Kevin Kevin wants to fight. All the time. Everytime. Everywhere. Everyone. When the rematch was first proposed, Kevin simply said,"sure, I'll beat his ass again". He will have to do so with a huge height disadvantage. I'm not brave enough to call him short but his 150cm is dwarfed by Kadyrov's 198cm. Both men are huge in weight, even for this division, walking around at 300lbs. It's going to be everyone's favourite kind of freak show. Two gigantic beasts trying to kill each other.

When we asked Asiyat Kadyrov what he thought about having the rematch he smiled and said, "I can't wait to get my hands on him".

Heavyweight - 265lbs

It takes a certain level of courage to step into a cage and stand across from someone who wants to hurt you. It takes even more courage if that person staring back at you is Axl Lors. The Filipino possesses scary knockout power. Just ask his debut opponent Rick Elliot who he knocked out in two minutes with an uppercut from hell. Elliot was out before he hit the canvas. Out cold. It was a frightening sight. And it was the last fight of Elliot's short career. He will never be the same again and was forced to step away from the game once doctor's assessed the damage initiated by Lors.

Lors had the height advantage in that fight but he will come into this fight as the much shorter fighter. It will be interesting to see how he deals with this. We don't know much about Denis White and that can be used to his advantage. What we do know is that he's been training very hard at one of the best gyms in Las Vegas. Keeping his head down, chin tucked and eyes on the prize. If he manages to beat the powerful Lors in his own debut, people will start to take a lot of notice. Whoever wins this fight is going to take flight in a crowded Heavyweight division.

Welterweight - 170lbs

Punch McDermott was born to fight. And his parents must have known it. He's one of the most experienced fighters on the A&E roster, splitting his four fights with two wins and two losses. His two losses came against the same opponent. Theophan's two wins came against the same opponent. They both like to engage in the clinch. All of their wins have come via unanimous decisions. We're going to learn a lot about these two fighters once that cage door is closed. Something's got to give.

McDermott has the potential to do great things in the division. Both times he has been knocked out, he was leading on the judges' scorecards. If he can just be a little more careful with that chin and leaving himself open, we can witness him at his best. He will need to be. Because Theophan Krestovozdvijenskiy does not mess around. In his last fight, he threw a staggering 111 punches in the clinch. 111! The fight before that was 123! Theophan doesn't just win. He dominates. 10-8 rounds are normal for this Moscow mauler. Another win here would propel him towards the top of the division.

Light Heavyweight - 205lbs

I love this fight. Because rarely do you see two of the brightest prospects from two great managers go head-to-head so early on in their careers. We see so much over protection in MMA but on this night, we get to see these two 18 year old monsters rip each other to shreds. It's going to be very violent. There's that word again. And it says a lot that the pair are fighting under the MARQUEE lights as teenagers. Morin has proven popular with the sponsors, they too believe that he's a star in the making, trusting him with their brand and money.

No such sponsorships for Lindgren. He came out of his debut fight with little to no damage. Despite only being a blue belt in BJJ, Lindgren attempted 23 takedowns in that fight, eventually landing the all-important one and winning with the kimura. Some believe Lundgren was toying with his opponent that day. He is superb at boxing yet only threw a grand total of two punches across two rounds. This just goes to prove, "Kista Killen" does whatever "Kista Killen" wants.

Heavyweight - 265lbs

Both of these fighters started their careers in knockout tournaments. King got to the semi-finals whilst McManus got all the way to the final. Is McManus the better fighter? We will know soon enough. McManus was moments away from winning the whole thing in a fantastic finale. Some believed the fight should have been stopped as his opponent was bleeding profusely from his face. Another referee may have stopped it right there. But McManus didn't feel sorry for himself. When he tasted defeat for the first time, he got right back into it. He trains at one of the best gyms in the world and they keep no secret as to what their specialty is - Clinch Pride.

Tourn didn't take his exit from the tournament very well. Rumors from his camp suggest that morale is low. A win here can change all of that. The loser will have taken one step forward, two steps back. The winner of this fight will be in a great position. And us, the fans? We won the day these two signed the fight contract.

Light Heavyweight - 205lbs

Twenty-five seconds. That's all it took Luca Myles in his last fight to break his opponent's arm. I can still hear the screams. Outside of the cage, Myles is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. You just don't want to meet him inside the cage. He hurts people for a living and he's very good at it. Leading up to the fight, there was all this talk about whether Myles tendency to cut would be in serious trouble going up against an opponent with serious KO power. Twenty-five seconds later...cRaCK. And he can go the distance too, as shown in his deut fight. Three hard five minute rounds against an opponent who simply doesn't go down. But Myles stood in there and peppered his opponent with good clean shots.

Jaqeli has been quiet in the lead up to this fight, despite Myles' best efforts to engage his opponent on Buzz. We haven't seen Jaqeli in the cage yet but we do know that he is a remarkable wrestler and getting even better. He trains at the much better gym and it will be interesting to see how that superior training affects the fight. The Montreal based fighter is a long way away from his home in Georgia, Eastern Europe. He may be a man of few words but on the 1st of June at MARQUEE 1, fists will be flying and a message will be sent.

A&E Heavyweight Championship - 265lbs

Heavyweight. Tyson. Name a better duo, we'll wait. But unlike Iron Mike of boxing fame, this Tyson strikes fear into his opponents with his legs. Head kicks are Tyrone Tyson's weapon of choice. Vicious, violent, venomous head kicks. Imagine being kicked in the head by a 250 lb man. That's something that Luke Logan has to live with and he's more than up for the challenge. Imagine being straddled by a 270 lb man pounding you in the face with his fists. That's something Tyrone Tyson has to live with.

Both fighters faced adversity in their debut wins, getting cut early. Logan lost his first ever round. Sensing the need for urgency, he came out in the second round and immediately took his opponent down, going to work and opening his opponent's cut even more to the point where the referee had no choice but to stop it. We know that this fight is going to be a bloody war. I can't think of a better way to start the lineage of the most prestigious championship there is.

The heavyweight division is the largest division in the organisation There's so much talent and it all begins with these two. Tyrone Tyson. Luke Logan. Five rounds. One belt.

See you on June 1st!

ROSETTA MIRACLE GOES 1 ON 1 WITH THE GOAT

This interview was conducted with the proper social distancing procedures required by US Government

CHRIS KARTER http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/manager_avatars/1589616353Avatar%20Black%20Ops%20GOAT%20Border.png |___6 ft___| 8sl3V7b.png ROSETTA MIRACLE

Are you excited for A&E's first event MARQUEE 1: The Beginning on June 1st?

When? Na, that's not right. The first event is A&E: Rising Stars 1 on June 5th.

Nope, June 1st, in Helsinki.

I'm not going to be in Helsinki until the 5th, and the show doesn't start until I arrive, so how does that work out?

I'm not bright enough to understand the logistics of it, perhaps you should take it up with Mr. Ashbourne. It clearly says A&E's first event is MARQUEE 1, they even released a promotion of the event on their website.

Let me see who's on the card... Tyrone Tyson's cool, who else, bums, bums, bums, more bums, ha, it's a bunch of fuckin' bums.

(the interview comes to a pause; Rosetta Miracle notes Mr. Karter was laughing before going on an expletive-laced rant)

...next time he pulls a fast one like that I'm gonna have Kilo Maluga hold him out the top floor like Vanilla Ice, and we'll be collecting an extra 30% merchandise fee - you can put that on the record.

So... are you excited about A&E's first event?

He's getting the snicklefritz, I'm a little upset. How do you debut the org without the King? Look - I'm excited about A&E's first real event. That's on June 5th in Hayashi's Lounge, where I'll be cornering two of Convicted Fight Club's youngest prospects, Scooter Lebowski and Eli Rambeau.

both fighters are rumored to be shapeshifters and avatar is subject to change

SCOOTER LEBOWSKI

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15605099536002.jpg

0-1-0

Currently attends Arizona State University on a football scholarship; highly sought after 3-star Wide Receiver from Phoenix, it was a big win for the Sun Devils to land the local recruit over cross-town rival University of Arizona Wildcats and conference foe UCLA Golden Bruins.

Scooter lacks a lot of things; the size and genetic coding of your stereotypical NFL Wide Receiver, the vertical leaping ability of your typical basketball player, but he doesn't lack confidence. He was so confident in his ability as a fighter that he made his professional debut days after his 18th birthday within a day of ever stepping into an MMA gym. He showed up Monday and fought before Thursday. Pure balls!

He lost in 0:31 seconds.

He was tapped out by a BJJ Brown belt that was a 1-0 pro fighter and 7 years his senior. Most fighters would be down in the dumps after being submitted so quickly in the first round, but not white belt Scooter. Scooter popped to his feet after tapping to an arm triangle with a smile on his face.

SCOOTER

"Woo! You see those hands?"

He proclaims before rambling for the next few hours about the 3 punches he landed before the TD. He may have lost the fight, but he gained love for the game, and displayed enough pop in his punches and the right mentality to be invited back to Convicted Fight Club.

He drives from Tempe, Arizona to Los Angeles, California to train at Convicted Fight Club and currently has a blue belt in BJJ under BJJ black belt Ben Stone. He's a much more well rounded fighter than he was in his premature debut, and his camp is excited for him to put his skills on display. They're predicting a first round KO for the future MW champion.

ELI RAMBEAU

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/3/3w15.jpg

0-0-0 (set to debut)

Eli Rambeau is a physical specimen. With plenty of reach and the physical tools to thrive in the light heavyweight division, his actual potential still remains an enigma. It's too early to tell if he's smarter than Scooter, but he's taken a different approach to his professional debut. Where Scooter dove right in headfirst, trial by fire - Eli walked into the gym with a more methodical approach. Work hard, grind, go through a real MMA training camp before your professional debut.

That's exactly what Eli's experience at Convicted Fight Club and the Convicted KT Factory have been, and so far, so good. As a fighter not much is known about him. He has a natural aptitude for the game and learns quickly. He runs through the drills like a champ and gets better every session. However, he's yet to spar with any of the fighters, and it's just as likely that Eli enjoys long walks on the beach in the Bahamas as it is that he is the future of the A&E organization.

A combined record of 0-1 between these two fighters of yours, you must be pretty excited to see them compete?

That's right and A&E is lucky to have them. These are the future stars of this organization. Word of advice to all the young managers out there trying to come up in this game, it's essential to see what your fighters are made of before you let them take space up in your gym. You gotta do what you gotta do to separate the boys from the men as early as possible. Separate the sheep from wolves. Thin the herd, you know what I mean? Eli means well, hard worker, but if he can't cut it when those cage doors closed, his ass is out the door faster than Butch when Camara joins his org.

So we should expect Convicted Fight Club's fighters to take over the LHW and MW divisions; any plans for the rest of the organization?

No, I think we'll let everybody else eat. If Eli doesn't cut it in his debut, we have a backup option at 185. Cooper "Red Beard" Roos. He recently just knocked a Step Daddy fighter into free agency.

COOPER "RED BEARD" ROOS

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15904876739988.jpg

1-0 (1 TKO)

Took the Scooter approach to his debut by walking into the gym, but not one to be out-done, Cooper somehow signed up for a fight before he ever stepped foot in the door. When he arrived to Convicted Fight Club he introduced himself and told the coaches he was there to train for an upcoming fight. They thought he was kidding when he said the fight was in 2 days, but he wasn't.

He proceeded to impress by knocking a Stepdaddy fighter into free agency. He promised the empty arena that he would move on to bigger and better things. So far in his career, he hasn't really done that.

A well-muscled & compact Middleweight competitor, Durban's Cooper "Redbeard" Roos is a little unhinged to say the least. If charisma was a fighting style, Roos would be a world champion. However he remains an example of unrefined power & raw potential, as his fighting technique, whilst not terrible, is hardly elite. With the improvement of an elite team like Convicted Fight Club to train at, who knows how far he can go.
