Inactivity Reset When Fighter Gets A New Manager

When a fighter's manager stops logging into the game, it is impossible to get their fighter to accept/decline a fight offer... and its pointless to offer them a fight that you know will never get a response. Sometimes in situations like that the manager loses VIP and his fighters get automatically released. Until someone picks them up their inactivity continues to increase. Many times when the fighter gets picked up by a new manager the first thing they do is enact the inactivity clause, causing the org to lose the fighter. I would like to see the inactivity be reset once the fighter is picked up by a new manager or possibly when they hit the free agent market. That way they have only a few days of inactivity on them when the new manager is able to accept/decline fight requests.

I'm 50/50 on it. I got fucked over by this A LOT, but I suppose I didn't think of the alternative. If the new manager unequivocally doesn't want to fight in my org and wants him in their's or something, and the inactivity reset, what am I going to do exactly? Hold him hostage? He's still providing absolutely nothing for me in that situation (and even if he did, I'd just be trying to raise his hype so he can leave and have it elsewhere).

This change (in theory) would require the new manager to message the org owner to declare their desire to leave the org. I would think most org owners would honor their request. What I'm trying to avoid is the surprise message that some fighter's inactivity clause was exercised because I didn't realize he was picked up by someone. I'm asking for at least a chance to work with the manager before they pull the plug.

I like the idea but I'd like to see a little something set in place for the gaining manager of the fighter, don't allow a manager to launder the signing bonus and drop a fighter. If the inactivity clause is going to reset I would understand a new manager being unhappy if I sent out the last manager say a 25k signing bonus, they launder it and dropped the fighters with a full or near full contract left for them to honor.
