I noticed that I had to raise my upkeep budget, so I did that. But it's still Spotless. Do I need to do something else, or it takes time to be Brand New again? If so you need to tick the box to replace the equipment, costs $3000, needs to be done every few months. Edit: ah sorry, see it is the gym cleanliness. Must kick in on a certain day of the week. Or have you left it past midnight - maybe it's sooner. Also, increase the budget high enough to guarantee perfection, you only get charged what's needed.
