Locked out of game due to not having enough VIP for custom avatar

Firstly- there should be a way of avoiding this happening in the first place.

 

Secondly- the penalty procedure that puts your companies up for sale immediately seems a bit brutal.

 

STILL NOT RESOLVED- The game engine doesn't seem be able to accept an easy entry back into the game. I know this as I've been locked out the game twice already.. Once it cost me a month's training, my business, a prospect's red belt and a shit load of game money.

 

What happened this time: I had 20 fighter slots, a couple of weeks VIP and had 3 custom avatars pending approval (with zero free custom avatars). Mike approved two avatars and when it used up my last VIP it kicked me out. I panicked and tried to get back in straight away by paying for 3 months via paypal. Then I was still locked, but instead of asking me to sack 9 fighters, it reads something like "you have to sack a fighter and something about island fighters". [i DO NOT HAVE ANY ISLAND FIGHTERS]. So I pay for another fighter slot anyway, cos I am concerned that my business is immediately in the market. [so that's $10+ paypal charge of $1x2= $22]. Anyway I did that and I was still locked out of the game. I messaged a friend via phone and asked him to put a bid for my business and message Mike (cos I know it can take weeks getting through to Mike from outside game as I have already found out this the hard way: last time I got locked out). Eventually, my mate bought the VIP that I was purchasing for game money and was able to reinstate my account that way. None of my payments have been recognised....

 

OUTSTANDING: I have 3 months of VIP that my friend boughts, no extra fighter and $22 less in my real money account. I'm not sure what is taking so long, to sort out....I expect there that is something to do with the payment procedure, but it's has been a few days since I discussed it with Mike. I would rather this got sorted out straight away when the issue was first raised, but as it has been a few days now. I think it's worth bringing the issue up cos it's a pain in the arse that I should have to wait around at all, if Mike has been made aware of it (but hasn't raised a finger to resolve it).

I have messaged him already twice at least. The last message has still not had a response.... It would be nice if simple issues could be sorted out in (much) less than a month. Mike doesn't seem to give a shit about paying customers....

Anyone who has been around more than 6 months can see that Mike will do as little as he can. No more and maybe less if that's really possible.
