This also allows the gym owner to have more coaches and fighters while keeping the class sizes down--i.e. make more money while providing for more people. It really is a win-win. carlosdanger Posted September 6, 2016 Report Share Posted September 6, 2016 Anybody have any training tips for a first timer on the Island? I think I've got the hang of how to train a prospect in the regular world, but it seems like it might be pretty different here with no Elite coaches or veterans to spar with. Would I be on the right track to assume that I should be focusing on training up my weaknesses almost exclusively (i.e. Boxing with my grapplers, Wrestling/BJJ with my strikers) on the assumption that it would be very hard to pop increases on high skills in this environment?
