Thanksgiving 2014
Hello, fight fans! Here's a preview of USFC 1, the debut event from the fastest growing promotion in the Tycoon world, the United States Fighting Championship! Excitement is in the air for this one as #1 ranked Javier Martinez lays it all on the line against #5 Marcus Maclemore in the 205 pound headliner! Plenty of action for MMA fans in this one as the card is stacked with great match ups! Let’s take a look at the preliminaries:
1st Preliminary Card Fight
Ivan ElTerrible (0-2) vs. Tony Stones (1-3) 265lbs
An exciting fight begins USFC's history as heavyweight Ivan "Grozny" ElTerrible pits his solid Muay Thai against 23 year old Tony "Rock" Stones' superior BJJ. Both men are accustomed to the finish as only one of their combined fights has made it to the judges. Each prefers to clinch up and work for takedowns, and it will be interesting to see if ElTerrible will be willingly go to the mat and work for submissions, or attempts to keep it standing and bang it out. ElTerrible's big heart and determination will be tested against the very confident Stones in USFC's first featured fight! I’d take your seats early for this historical event as the first battle looks to hold a finish for one of these young mixed-martial artists.
2nd Preliminary Card Fight
Charles Bolton (0-0) vs. Curtis Porter (1-1) 170lbs
We move into the welterweight division for the second fight of the evening as new talent Charles Bolton debuts against wrestler Curtis Porter who is coming off of a submission victory in his last outing. Bolton looks to have the edge in the stand up and Porter may look to keep this one on the mat where the white belts will test their ground game. Both fighters come from excellent camps and this one could come down to counters as each fighter looks to defend the other's strength. Whoever imposes their will moves up in the rankings and looks to climb into the early championship picture.
3rd Preliminary Card Fight
Giott Stone (2-0) vs. Maxx Elorde (0-0) 205lbs
The light heavyweights take center cage for our third preliminary bout of the evening as the very confident brawler Giott "McMickles" Stone looks to pick up another win against Maxx Elorde, a wonderful boxer making his MMA debut. After beginning his career with an impressive knockout victory, Stone followed up his debut with a well rounded performance that won him a decision. Elorde will look to keep it standing and show off his edge in striking. Stone may look to take the fight down, but has shown that he likes to strike as well. This is a chess match as two young fighters attempt to work their game plan and make an early statement in the 205 division.
4th Preliminary Card Fight
Sly Stallone (4-7) vs. Alberto Contador (2-0) 170lbs
USFC's most experienced fighter, Sly "Rocco" Stallone, climbs into the cage to battle the confident wrestler, Albert Contador in this preliminary co-headliner. Contador possesses excellent wrestling, but has devastated his first two opponents with stand up, knocking them both senseless with an aggressive style of striking. Though inexperienced, Contador has already proven that he can finish fights and looks to continue to rise in the world rankings. He will face the biggest challenge of his career this Thanksgiving when the experienced Stallone enters the cage. After beginning his career 3-1, Stallone has dropped six of seven and has struggled with his ground game. However, his willingness to stand and trade makes for an exciting match up, and Stallone may have an advantage should the fight go the distance as all of his victories have come by way of decision. A lot rides on the line for both fighters as Contador looks to continue to rise into title contention and Stallone looks to get back into the win column. A great match up for MMA fans!
5th Preliminary Card Fight
Psycho Chris (1-0) vs. Chad Mendeez (0-0) 170lbs
The preliminary headliner stays in the welterweight division as #4 ranked Psycho Chris brings his knockout power into the cage against new fighter Chad Mendeez, another fighter debuting at USFC 1. Chris scored an early knockout in his debut in which he overwhelmed his opponent, but much is still to be determined about both of these fighters. Expect fireworks as similar styles face off, each with solid management behind them. Tune in to see which fighter developed the game plan that puts him one step closer to the top.
1st Main Card Fight
Walter Jeremiah (1-0) vs. Wallace Dandy (1-0) 170lbs
We kick off the main card as top welterweight prospect Wallace "The Lion" Dandy squares off against #5 ranked Walter Jeremiah. Jeremiah, a confident boxer, looked impressive in his debut earlier this month, setting up a rear naked choke off of his striking. Dandy, a determined counter fighter, also looked good in his opening fight, showing an active ground game after connecting with his strikes. In another bout featuring young fighters with experienced management, look for the game plan to be an important part of the outcome. With two hungry, new fighters looking to make an early championship run, this match up has Fight Of The Night potential. Be in your seats early for this one as the action is sure to be non-stop from the opening!
2nd Main Card Fight
Cody Walker (1-0) vs. Jeff Marks (0-0) 265lbs
#3 ranked heavyweight Cody "Twister" Walker will bring excellent boxing skills and heavy hands into the cage against Jeff Marks, who is an excellent boxer, as well. Walker showed impressive power in his debut against Tony Stones with a one shot knockout in round one. Look for a stand up battle as both fighters are BJJ white belts with limited wrestling experience. These guys are going to swing for it and both should have their chins tested. Look for another Award Of The Night candidate as either a knockout or slug fest is expected in this evenly matched fight.
3rd Main Card Fight
Corey Parker (2-0) vs. Great Bloodsport (0-1) 265lbs
Our final heavyweight fight of the evening pits #2 ranked Corey "Punishment Walk" Parker against Great Bloodsport, a fighter known for his big heart after debuting against against a more experienced fighter while signed with Vahalla: New York, and then taking on a top title contender in his first fight with the USFC. Parker possesses excellent wrestling skills, but it has been his fists that have finished his first two opponents. Showing both boxing skill and dangerous ground and pound, Parker looks comfortable wherever the fight goes. This fight looks to be another Fight of The Night candidate as both possess the same skill sets and are willing to fight standing or on the ground. This one is a toss up, sure to be a back and forth war, with the winner making a claim to challenge for USFC's heavyweight crown.
Co-Main Event
Little Guy (3-0) vs. Kunle Jones (2-1) 205lbs
Our co-headliner features #2 ranked light heavyweight Little Guy vs #6 Kunle Jones. Guy, managed by Lenny McLean (32-0, 31 KO), has made short work of his first three opponents by clinching up and delivering heavy leather from the inside. With a solid wrestling base and knockout power, Guy looks ferocious as he smothers and bullies his opponents. He will face a stiff challenge at USFC 1 as he takes on Jones, a wrestler that has knockout power of his own. Managed by Mubarak Olukotun, Jones has won two straight while showing brutal ground and pound in his last outing. Olukotun looks to hand McLean his first loss in the Tycoon world, as McLean eyes a perfect run towards a championship. It is a match up of top prospects and managers with an historical winning streak and title shot in the balance. The winner will have a close eye on the outcome of the main event as the title picture becomes clearer at light heavyweight.
Main Event
Javier Martinez (2-1) vs. Marcus Maclemore (1-0) 205lbs
Are you ready for this one, ladies and gents?! USFC's first main event matches #1 ranked Javier Martinez against #5 ranked Marcus "Marvelous" Maclemore in a bout to determine who will fight for the light heavyweight belt! Martinez is an exceptional wrestler and cardio machine whose two wins have come by way of vicious ground and pound. After his first three fights at Valor, the hype began to build around Martinez as many compared him to a young Tito Ortiz. The undefeated Maclemore will look to put and end to the hype behind Martinez and stake his own claim to the title shot with a dangerous striking game that finished his first opponent in dramatic fashion. Maclemore likes to fight on the outside, but is extremely accurate from the clinch should Martinez wish to trade from the inside. Martinez is the more experienced BJJ fighter, but will be looking to finish Maclemore with strikes should the fight hit the mat. Strategy and counter predictions look to be a factor as both fighters come from experienced management. The anticipation is building for this one as the winner remains at the top of the rankings, poised for a title fight. A championship buzz has surrounded this contest as top managers square off in another eliminator bout on this stacked card. Will Martinez dominate in a ground war or will Maclemore light him up with punches? It's finally going to be settled in the cage as the these two warriors step in seeking the Knockout of The Night bonus en route to a title fight!
Thanksgiving night, November 27, 2014, live from Wild Bob's Bar - New York, USFC 1! 20 contenders, 10 exciting fights, all with championship implications! With titles hopes hanging in the balance, look for these fighters to leave it all in the cage! Are you ready for a great night of fights? USFC 1, LET'S GET IT ON !!!

USFC 2 Preview by Nathan Norman
Hello Mixed Martial Arts fans around the globe and welcome to USFC 2 coming to you live from Paddy O'Malley's Bar in New York this December 5th! Nathan Norman here with a preview of USFC 2, the second event of the one of the fastest growing organisations in the Tycoon world, the United States Fighting Championship! Coming off of a great debut on Thanksgiving, the second installment is sure to follow suit as the fight card will separate the men from the boys with many of these fighters making their professional MMA debuts! The first fight of the evening features Neymar Junior (2-2-0) facing off against Randy Dragon (2-6-0) - a true battle of boxing and Muay Thai! Which discipline will prove to be stronger? The card is sure to start with bang but until then, let's take a look at the full card from the top:

Main Event
“The Stickup Kid” Mugsy Keller (2-1-0) vs. Frank Gene (2-0-0) 145lbs
A true battle will rage in the biggest fight of the evening! Both fighters are coming off of 2 wins in a row with only one decision between them. This is a true “stand up vs. ground game” fight. Keller has looked dominant with his strikes, picking up a KO of the night award with a 10 second finish, followed by another dominant performance in his last fight. He'll be going up against Frank Gene, who will is looking to make his mark here in the USFC with his strong wrestling game and ground skills. After a decision win in his debut, Gene followed up with a finish in his last outing and will look to overcome the dominant striking of The Stickup Kid.

Co-Main Event
Johnny General (2-1-0) vs. Connor “Papi” Pappas (3-1-0) 205lbs
Next up we have a battle in the light heavyweight division! Johnny General has had all 3 bouts go to decision, so he is looking to make his mark in the light heavyweight division with his diverse skill set. But can the all-round fighter match up against Connor Pappas, winning his past 3 fights, 2 of them being round 2 knockouts! This looks to be a tight contest which can go either way! Both fighters looking to make their statements here in the USFC, who will be victorious? That will come down to who wants it the most!

3rd Main Card Fight
Nick “Nickzal” Zal (6-0-0) vs. Brain Buro (0-1-0) 145lbs
Our next fight on the card is in the featherweight division! Looking extremely threatening in his amateur career, Nick Zal has a reason to threaten anyone who stands in his way, with an undefeated record of 6 wins, 5 of them by knockout! If that wasn’t impressive enough, his past 4 wins have come way of knockout in under 3 minutes! Will his knockout power be enough to defeat the rookie, Brain Buro? Buro is a straight boxer who is looking to test his ability against some tough competition. He lost his last bout by way of kimura, that won’t stop Buro from giving “Nickzal” a run for his money! In what looks to be a true underdog story, this is going to be one heck of a slobber knocker! This is a fight which you cannot afford to miss!

2nd Main Card Fight
Terry “Terror” Torres (1-2-0) vs. Chang “Khan” Ryu (1-1-0) 145lbs
Our next bout of the evening sees the debut of 2 featherweight contenders here in the USFC! Terry “Terror” Torres comes off a tight amateur bout and looks to convince the mixed martial arts world that he should be taken seriously. Having a strong Muay Thai background, Torres will be one fighter taken seriously, and this will be the ultimate opportunity to show everyone what he is made of! His opponent, Chang “Khan” Ryu, is coming off an unfortunate decision loss in his last amateur bout, however, his quick stoppage in his fight prior to that one definitely proves that Ryu is impressive enough to make this fight a true battle! This looks to be a fight that can be so unpredictable, if you blink an eye, you may miss the ending!

1st Main Card Fight
Cliff “Bulldog” Anderson (1-3-0) vs. Sergio “The Spartan” Lopez (1-0-0) 170lbs
On to our main card, which sees Cliff Anderson taking on Sergio Lopez. Anderson, having a disappointing start to his fighting career with his past 3 losses coming in the early stages of round 1, is looking to turn that all around! This is his opportunity to make those previous fights forgettable by taking out Sergio Lopez, an opponent who is making his professional debut. Lopez is coming off a tight decision victory in his only amateur fight. Lopez will be looking to show off his stand up ability against a struggling opponent, however, he needs to make sure the fight stays off the ground! This fight will display contrasting styles, and will be decided based on who dominates their position. Will it be a stand up victory for Lopez or can Anderson use his well rounded abilities to control the fight on all levels?

5th Preliminary Card Fight
“El Hijo De Diablo” Amilian Vega (1-1-0) vs. Levine “Couldn’t Care” Lesse (2-0-0) 145lbs
On to our last bout of our Preliminary card which should be a fantastic battle to lead up to our main fights for this evening! “El Hijo De Diablo” Amilian Vega will take on Levine “Couldn’t Care” Lesse! Vega is coming off a heart breaking decision loss in his professional debut. He holds a respectable purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which can play a huge factor against his opponent. Vega also has an extensive boxing background which should not be underestimated! He will be tested going up against Levine Lesse who is coming off 2 victories in his first 2 fights in his career. Lavine has a respectable skill set all around, and could be a huge threat to his opponent as he can control the fight on any level, whether it be standing or on the ground. Tune in as these 2 fighters clash horns in an intense prelim!

4th Preliminary Card Fight
Sean “Black Majik” Spencer (1-0-0) vs Sven “The Hen” Jergensen (0-0-0) 170lbs
In our next prelim, we move to the welterweights as we see the USFC debut of two renowned amateur fighters in Sean “Black Majik” Spencer and Sven “The Hen” Jergensen. Spencer has only had 37 seconds of in-ring experience, convincingly defeating his previous opponent by way of TKO. Spencer must be feeling extremely confident after making his stamp on the mixed martial arts scene! Let’s see if he can show-off his impressive boxing and wrestling skills against an opponent who has had no in-ring experience what so ever. He shows signs of having good stand up ability, but his wrestling will be the focus point of this fight! This fight is so unpredictable, anything can happen after that bell rings on the big night!

3rd Preliminary Card Fight
Sly “The Dwarf” Bunga (2-2-0) vs. The Chimaera (0-0-1) 265lbs
The heavyweights are upon us! Sly “The Dwarf” Bunga and The Chimaera will face off in the heavyweight division here tonight. 2 big fighters, 2 completely different fight styles, but sure to be a brutal encounter! In one corner we have Sly Bunga, who is coming off an inconsistent run of fights but is looking to make it two wins in a row! A true wrestler, Bunga will be looking to ragdoll his opponent to pick up a much needed victory. It will be a hard task, especially against a 7ft 3in giant in The Chimaera! Coming off a fight too close to call that resulted in a majority draw, The Chimaera will be searching for that decisive first victory by utilizing his exceptional Muay Thai skills. This fight cannot be missed! Will Sly Bunga wrestle his opponent to victory, or will The Chimaera hold him off and begin to make his statement in the professional MMA industry? Watch these two heavyweights collide in a true contest of styles!

2nd Preliminary Card Fight
Jay “Achillies” Macdonald (3-1-0) vs. Jon “The Alpha” Wolff (3-0-0) 145lbs
In our second bout of the evening, we have a potentially vicious ground fight! Jay Macdonald holds a good reputation for his wrestling ability as he can control his opponents with ease. However, after a recent loss by way of knockout, he will be looking to return to his place atop the rankings by taking the upper hand against a very tough opponent. Let’s see if he can back up the hype against the unbeaten Jon Wolff, who has finished all 3 of his fights by way of submission! Wolff's purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will surely threaten the wrestling ability of Macdonald! Both fighters here will be looking to move up the ranks in the featherweight division with their biggest opportunity to make a statement to all of the USFC fans! If you like good technique and a good ground fight, you surely won’t be disappointed as this will be as technical as they come!

1st Preliminary Card Fight
Neymar Junior (2-2-0) vs. Randy “The Finishing Touch” Dragon (2-6-0) 145lbs
In our opening bout of United States Fighting Championship 2 we have the much anticipated USFC debut of Neymar Junior, who is looking to make more than a statement against the highly determined Randy Dragon! After winning two fights in less than 2 minutes by way of knockout, Junior is now coming off of a tough loss at the hands of the judges in his previous bout. Junior is a respected athlete with extensive skills in the cage and a diverse skill set. He'll be looking to send a message to the rest of the competition as he squares off against Randy Dragon, who just may have had the confidence boost he needed after breaking a two loss losing streak in his last fight. Having already won a submission of the night award, Dragon's fight experience will be a factor as he will be on the hunt for another victory and to further build his confidence. Who will win the first fight of the evening? Will it be the highly developed and confident, Neymar Junior? Or will it be the experience that helps Randy Dragon pick up his second win in a row and get the upset? Stay tuned as the evening kicks off with an explosive match up!

Divock "Belgian Beast" Origi (8-0-0)

The United States Fighting Championship reports that it has signed light heavyweight sensation Divock Origi to a three fight deal that stretches into April of 2015! Origi is most widely known for his accomplishments as a footballer having played for Lille since 2010 and representing the Belgium national squad at under-15, under-16, under-17, under-19, and under-21 levels. On 29 July 2014, Premier League club Liverpool announced that they had completed a £10 million transfer for Origi, who signed a five-year contract but was immediately loaned back to Lille for the 2014–15 season. Just before agreeing to the blockbuster deal with Liverpool, Origi began training mixed-martial arts at The Sweat Lodge in New York and has created a media frenzy after compiling an 8-0 start, five by way of knockout. Handing a total of five opponents their only career losses, Origi has shown strong wrestling while using his surprising upper body strength to break his opponents down in the clinch. After winning four straight in the respected and competitive NYFN organisation, Origi and his manager, Bjorn O'Donnel, decided to explore their options in other organisations as a championship run looked inevitable. Within minutes of release from NYFN, Origi received multiple offers comparable to Liverpool's bid to secure his services. In a move that came as a surprise to all, Origi signed with the USFC, New York's newest and fastest growing organisation, turning down a considerable amount of money by larger fight orgs in order to receive an early 2015 title shot against the winner of Javier Martinez v Little Guy, who will fight for the belt at USFC 5 on Christmas. The signing has made USFC's 205lb division one of the most competitive among Tycoon's new orgs, with a series of potential mega-fights among the division's elite. With the news just breaking, a whirlwind of questions has surfaced as Origi awaits the biggest fight of his life. USFC president David Morrison had an opportunity to sit down with the Belgian Beast a midst the media buzz and get a rare interview with the dual-sport superstar:

Morrison: Divock, first of all, welcome to the USFC! It has been quite a day and it still hasn't fully sunk in that you have signed! Reports are that you turned down some handsome offers to come here, and I guess it's time to break the news to the other orgs that you refused to accept a signing bonus from us, stating that you have money, it's championships that you now pursue. Looking ahead to challenging for the title in January, do you have a preference of who you would like to face as Martinez and Guy square off for USFC's first light heavyweight title?

Origi: First of all, I'm happy to get to fight in your org man. Since I already get a lot of money from my Liverpool deal, I have no problem at helping a new org growing by accepting less money. I just look forward to all challenges and I'm looking to become a legend both in the cage and on the field. I don't really care who wins the belt. All I do care about is that I get the next shot and get my hand raised. In all honesty, I think Martinez will get the job done in his fight against Little Guy.

Morrison:
The winner of Elsner and Maxwell was thought to be in line for the next title shot, but as talks with Elsner have stalled and with today's surprise signing, you have skipped over the division's elite. Do you have anything to say to those who claim you are still unproven and should have to fight your way into a shot as Martinez and Guy did?

Origi: I think I for sure have proven myself already at a young age, and I believe there is no other possible number one contender. I'm going to train my butt off, and if one of the two guys fighting for the belt gets injured, I'm willing to step up on extremely short notice.

Morrison: While some are saying that you're not ready, there are others, myself included, that are surprised you are ranked behind Martinez, despite an 8-0 start. Do you feel underestimated in the rankings despite currently having the best record in the USFC?

Origi: Rankings don't tell the whole story. I'm not going to take anything away from Martinez, as he is a great young fighter, but he is not on the same level as me. There are not a lot of guys out there that can deal with what I bring to the table!

Morrison: In a recent interview with Fox Sports Live, you stated that you have a dream of playing in a Premier League Championship and defending a championship belt... in the same day! I have also heard that you have been in the gym sparring just hours after a match. How do you manage to balance life as a dual-sport superstar at such an elite level in each?

Origi: Well, since the current Liverpool strikers have been getting injuries all season, I have been believed to fly back to England in January already. I wouldn't say no ... It's a huge achievement to be signed by such a legendary club at such a young age. I train 4 times a day, 2 of those trainings are MMA related. I know some guys might be better skilled , but when they get in the cage with me, their legs start to shake and they are out of the fight before it even begins.

Morrison: Your cardio is obviously not in question, and your strength has become evident through your early fights. Can you tell us a little about your training regimen at The Sweat Lodge?

Origi: I have been working on some new stuff to take my training to the next level. My cardio and strength are already on a high level, but some other skills and physicals will soon get their, also. If you train daily with such great sparring partners and superstars, it's only logical that you become better and better.

Morrison: It seems that you have fans wherever you go. As the first player of Kenyan origin to score at a FIFA World Cup finals you have all of Africa watching your fights. As the youngest goalscorer in Belgian World Cup history you have all of Belgium behind you. You have become a legend in France since signing with Lille, and with the Liverpool signing, you have secured the support of thousands of British fight fans. Now, after your impressive run with NYFN, it seems as if all of New York is behind you, as well. That's quite a fan base, especially for a young fighter. Do you ever feel the pressure of living up to all of the hype surrounding you or fear letting down a worldwide fan base, either on the field or in the cage?

Origi: Not really, to be honest. I'm a very down to earth guy and I don't get nervous at all. My comfort zone is when most people get nervous and shit their pants.

Morrison: Back in June, a baby dolphin at the Boudewijn Seapark in Bruges, Belgium was baptised "Origi" in your honor after having scored the winning goal against Russia during the group stage match at the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Can you tell me what it was like to score such a monumental goal on the world stage and receive such an honor from your home country?

Origi: Scoring that goal against Russia was a very nice feeling. I knew I was able to make a mark on the game, and soon was able to get the ball past the goalkeeper. I'm sure that with the help of my teammates and the great coach, Mark Wilmots, many goals will follow. The dolphin being named after me is now also being sponsored by me. I often visit him with my little niece.

Morrison: Would you say that it has given you life more porpoise? Seriously, what I've been dying to ask you since watching your first fight... what is with that wicked clinch game? We all knew you would have good leg strength because of your football background, but it has been your upper body strength that has surprised so many, especially your opponents. You seem to have been gifted with natural wrestling and Muay Thai abilities. Is this accurate, or is your style and skill the product of your coaching?

Origi: Since I'm an attacker, I need to have a lot of body strength to keep the defenders off of me, but also to hold them to create chances for other players. That's how I became a strong young guy. My nickname also states that. I'm a beast that is ready to go at it at any time!

Morrison: I know that you're a busy man today, Divock, and I see Ariel Helwani over there waiting to ask for an interview. Hey, Helwani! I told ya' we'd get him! Helwani was sure you were headed to one of the older orgs. Quite honestly, we all thought so. It certainly has put the spotlight on the USFC light heavyweights. Any final thoughts for the rest of the division and fans reading worldwide?

Origi: I hope the rest of the division is training a lot, since they are now faced with a huge problem. I'm going to destroy anyone that signs the contract to fight me. I'm looking to clean out the whole division and make myself a Hall of Famer! I want to thank my fans for supporting me and they can visit me this weekend at Lille where I'll be handing out signed pictures. Since I'm still single, all the hot girls are for sure invited to come to the signing session!... Oh yeah, and before I forget: I want everybody to know that I want to be the people's champ. I'm putting my life on the line for my fans, and I want to give them a great showing each time I step into the Octagon!

Morrison: Spoken like a champion and I believe the New Year will see you compete like one, too! I know you have four matches with Lille this month... will you be at the fights on Christmas to see who you'll face in the cage next?

Origi: I'll do my very best to get to the fights and show my commitment to the org. The United States Fighting Championship is going to become one of the great success stories of the sport!

Morrison: Thank you for the kind words, Divock, and I can't wait to see you fight in the USFC! I know that we are all looking forward to what you will accomplish, both in football and in mixed-martial arts!

There you have it, fight fans! Once again, Divock "Belgian Beast" Origi signs with the USFC and will fight for the light heavyweight championship in January 2015! Get ready, America, and be warned... the Belgian Beast is on the attack!

Jason "The Crystal Lake Killer" Voorheez (9-3-0)

The United States Fighting Championship is proud to announce that it has come to terms with another rising superstar, "The Crystal Lake Killer", Jason Voorheez! At 9-3-0, Voorheez now holds the most wins of any USFC fighter and looks poised to make a championship run in the welterweight division. Originally from Compton, Voorheez made a name for himself fighting on the London circuit by stalking down his opponents and finishing them off in the clinch. His brutal Muay Thai made him a favorite among British fight fans as all of his wins came by stoppage due to strikes, even forcing a tap with his customary barrage of elbows. In September, Voorheez signed a four fight deal with New Era Xtreme in Hilo, winning his final three in convincing fashion. Voorheez continued his quest to become the best by taking on an experienced veteran at PKFC 170 Pound Destruction last evening. Despite fighting in his opponent's home country, Voorheez brought cheers from the St. Pete crowd as he landed elbow after elbow to the dome of his Russian opponent, resulting in multiple 10-8 rounds on the judge's scorecards. The huge victory did not go unnoticed elsewhere in the world, and the USFC immediately began negotiations with Voorheez's manager, Jay Stevenson, in an attempt to sign the powerful welterweight. Breaking the news during his return flight from Russia, "The Crystal Lake Killer" called the USFC complex earlier this morning, stating that he was signing with the USFC and asked if he could call out his first opponent! Eager to fight again just hours after three rounds of action, Voorheez took the time to answer a few questions from USFC owner David Morrison while enduring the plane ride.

Morrison: That was quite a performance last night! Tell me your take on the fight...were you surprised that he was able to take a beating like that for three full rounds?

Voorheez: No, I was not surprised. He was a very tough competitor. He took over 40 elbows to his skull. He withstood more damage than an actual human would be able to take. He's not human!!!!

Morrison: You still sound amped up from the fight, and your manager says that you're ready to climb back into the cage as soon as you land. Any thoughts on who you would like to face first?

Voorheez: I'll be making an announcement when I land. It doesn't really matter, but I have my eye on someone and will be letting them know soon.

Morrison: Winnfield and Igor square off at USFC 3 next week for USFC's first welterweight title. Any predictions?

Voorheez: I'll be there to cheer for them both. I'm working my way up to my shot and it would be an honor to compete against either of them. I'm predicting that I will become a champion, so whoever wins should enjoy it while it lasts.

Morrison: You seem to do a lot of travelling and mix up your training at various gyms. Do you attribute your success to cross-training at elite gyms, or has your brutal clinch game just come naturally?

Voorheez: I like to mix it up with as many as possible during training. Mixed-martial arts has many styles and working with various coaches and fighters helps prepare my style for whatever comes on fight night.Winning comes naturally for me, it's a state of mind.

Morrison: Some would say that you are a one-dimensional fighter pointing out that all three of your losses have come once taken down. Any thoughts for those who say your ground game is lacking?

Voorheez: "It's the whole point of training man. My striking is good, it's BJJ I'm working on. But once it's in the clinch, it's a done deal. I know my strengths but I know my weaknesses even more. It's all part of the game."

Morrison: Wise words and you've certainly proven it is not an easy task to get you down, and I don't think anyone is eager to let you get close enough to clinch up with them. Do you see anyone in USFC's division that you feel can stand with you and give you a challenge in the striking game?

Voorheez: All the fighters represent a threat to me. That's why they are in this organization. They ate the best of the best. And they got here with gate work and domination. I'm not scared of anyone but I'm not taking anyone lightly.

Morrison: Although you have the three losses, you were able to look good in defeat. My own fighter handed you the first loss, but retired as a result of the beating he took from you. Some say that a loss only makes you better. Is there any truth to this in your case?

Voorheez: That is the exact truth. It devastated me to lose. But 2 hours after that fight I hit the gym. And I came back stronger. I have never lost two fights in a row. That doesn't roll with me.

Morrison: Well, Jason, I guess I'll address the elephant in the room while I have you on the phone. Many believe that you are responsible for the Crystal Lake murders and I have even heard that you are thought to be risen back from the dead. I would have to agree with some of our more superstitious fans that you do indeed possess super strength and are a relentless stalker, but could you address the accusations of being a disturbed serial killer?

Voorheez: I'm sorry what was that? I just got out of my Lamborghini and boarding my private jet for vacation and I couldn't hear you over the jet engine.

Morrison: Jason, I know that you're on a plane back from St. Pete, but that answer is probably better than knowing the truth. Anyway, there's no charges pending and I have never seen you kill anyone in the cage, although someone should check on your opponent from last night. He didn't look so good after the fight. Jason, any final words for the rest of the division and the thousands of fans awaiting your arrival back in the States? I think they're all hoping I can book you on a Friday the 13th!

Voorheez: I'M coming. Be ready to bleed and REST. IN. PEACE. Love to my fans, thank you, and God Bless You!

Morrison: Good stuff, Jason! It's always a pleasure talking with you, although my heart doesn't stop pounding for hours afterwards. Your enthusiasm is infectious and I'm never quite sure if you are going to talk MMA or attempt to kill me in brutal fashion. I'm very excited as new life and extreme energy has just been shot into USFC's 170 lb division! I can't wait to see you fight again!

There you have it, fight fans! Jason "The Crystal Lake Killer" Voorheez signs a five fight deal with the USFC! Get ready, America... this could get bloody!

Oh boy what a terrible mistake Cliff Anderson has made. He thinks he can go toe to toe with The Crystal Lake Killer. On new years I will teach him falling down, getting hit, and getting knocked the hell out lessons. Mark My words: IF JASON VOORHEEZ LOSES TO CLIFF ANDERSON, JAY STEVENSON WILL DONATE $200,000 TO USFC. Better start calling the doctor now because its time to bleed.

Right now I'm on a plane flying to New York ready for tomorrow's fight! I'm coming in there and you will see me as the new Jesus of MMA! Believe, the brutality I will bring tomorrow will make the fighters of MY division question themselves if they want to fight here anymore. The Sensational smells a KNOCKOUT!

That's sure to bring some controversy, along with the Fight of the Night bonus and the USFC's first welterweight championship!.
