  3. Willy "Coco" Mataitai (357768) “You got no heart. You’re just another gym rat. 2-0 huh. I’m gonna take your back and I hope you don’t tap”! -Animal Baldwin (355834)
  4. WPFA: Welter weight Tournament Review With the first round of the welter weight Grand Prix already in the books we had several great fights. With this class of up and comers we put on some good fights with some great finishes. Wonder vs Ghor: Boy Wonder a dangerous striker from Azerbaijan with a 3-0 recorded with 3 finishes in under a minute. Khalil Ghor a Muay Thai specialist out of Afghanistan coming in at 0-1. Both young fighters showed great striking skill in this bout. Both fighters landing but it was the striking Defense and the stamina of Ghor that pushed him through to a upset decision victory. Khalil Ghor will move on to fight Joseph DeAngelo who’s opponent did not show to fight. Hines vs William: “Twister” Hines is 26 year old grappler out of Austin, Texas. Took on the 21 year old out of London Ash “nut cracker” Williams. Hines showed dominance as he got the takedown and swiftly moved into a nice tight arm triangle that put Williams to sleep. Darwin vs O’Donelly: Marcus Darwin an 18 year old product out of Hardcore Boxing and MT took on the 6’4 Shane O’Donelly. A beautiful first round arm bar from O’Donelly advances him to the next round. WPFA welter weight Round 2 preview Ghor vs DeAngelo: Both fighters coming in with 1 win each. Joseph DeAngelo did not fight last round and automatically advances as his opponent did not show to fight. From what we hear DeAngelo he’s a tall Muay Thai striker out of Bath, United States. For Khalil Ghor we got a 3 round display of striking defense and excellent counter striking. Ghor was hospitalized after the opening round war let’s hope he makes a swift recovery. Hines vs O’Donelly: In my opinion the most interesting fight of the round. We seen Joseph Hines put his last opponent to sleep with an arm triangle While Shane O’Donelly was victorious with a smooth arm bar victory in the 1st round. Both seem very even on the mat but the eye ball test says O’Donelly is the better striker. Williams vs Darwin: Ash Williams and Marcus Darwin. Fighters are very evenly matched. Both fighters are looking for there first victory in there early career. Both fighters lost in the opening round via submission. They are not out yet! Wonder vs Dallas: Korben Dallas comes in as an alternate for Eric Grant who had visa issues and was not able to compete vs Joseph DeAngelo in the opening round. Dallas is a well rounded fighter out of New York with a 1-1 record. Boy wonder was the favorite going into the tournament. Wonder is an aggressive stand up fighter who lost by decision in the 1st round of the tournament. Wonder is looking to make a run and believe’s that he is still the best in the tournament. As the double elimination tournament continues into July it’s still anyone’s to take.
