  1. After his win over Anthony Prilla, Kyle Nelson made two call outs: “Bingo Bongo? Step up to the plate and let’s get it on! I’ll play bongos with your head when I put you down and out! Sign the contract. If Bingo the pussy doesn’t want it then; then I’d like the chance to avenge my team mates loss by taking on Jackson Johnson and putting the beat down on him!” Jamie Wilkins had only one call out after his tragic loss. “Give me Jing Jing Li, the bum!”
  2. Dechlan Tomsett: "Thank you for the honesty and respect, not a lot of that seen nowadays in this sport. You're a damn fine prospect with some sting behind your strikes, I got complacent after securing that first takedown but you didn't make the same mistake twice and I don't think I've shot that many times before and not gotten them down. You're going to go far in this organisation and 100% I'm sure we will meet again. Big respect brother! Bellicose? I'd love to get back in there as soon as possible. Let's make it happen!"
  3. Richard Laithwaite would like to make a statement ahead of his fight against Chumani Adofo: "Chumani Adofo, you suck. I dare you to shoot once on me, because I'm not going to sprawl. I'm going to pull you into my guard and choke you unconscious. I know you'll want to keep this one standing but trust me, I'll either knock you down or take you down... and when I do, I'm going to take you to some deep waters and see if you really know how to swim."
  4. Amazing breakdown at such short notice, always pure quality with you guys!
  5. Dechlan Tomsett had some choice words after his TKO loss against Bryant Davies; "Man... I got way too complacent after that first round, but hey, he made the adjustments he needed and managed to keep it standing. I felt good in there until that massive shot at the end of the second. Bryant caught me slacking. No water off my back though, he's a great fighter and he's going to go far. Me and my coaches are going to assess what went wrong and get back to it. Bryant? Let me get two more wins under my belt and then we'll run this back. Congratulations man!"
  6. For some reason, the write up wouldn't allow the image files like usual. I'm going to look into this for future write ups. Hope you all enjoy!
  7. ANOTHER BELLICOSE PRODUCTION... BELLICOSE 93! Right, this is meant as no disrespect to any of the Undercard fighters but, due to time constraints and other circumstances I have not been able to complete a full write up for Bellicose 93. Please stay tuned for the main card preview! "The Gypsy Prince" Motshan Bogachev VS Happy "Suya" Chukwudu Gypsy Prince is in the house! Motshan Bogachev is a former title challenger with a mean streak! With a 6-2 record with his only losses coming to Rak Boonliang and Rock Romero, it’s safe to say Motshan has fought the best of the best, been there and got the t-shirt. Boasting an incredible skill set with his amazing striking in both disciplines of boxing and Muay Thai alongside his Olympic level wrestling and purple belt in BJJ, The Gypsy Prince is a terror for anyone in the cage. Alongside this amazing skill set, Bogachev has a chin on him with amazing conditioning and heart all the way through the fight. With 5 of his six wins coming by way of KO, Bogachev hits damn hard but, has also shown he has the gas tank to go the distance (not once, but twice!). I’ll never sleep on the potential and credibility of The Gypsy Prince! Chukwudu, 4-4 in his professional MMA career as well as 1-2 in the TWGC, this man has a varied level of experience all over with some of the best grappling the division has seen. Being an NCAA Div 1 level wrestler with a brown belt in BJJ, this man is a terror if he can put you on the mat but... don’t let that fool you as Chukwudu is also well versed in his striking and will happily trade it on the feet if he can’t get you down. Despite having 4 losses, he’s only been finished once in MMA and has shown he has an amazing chin and the grit to bite down on his mouth piece and go to war. Chukwudu has fought the likes of former champ Nero Hardy and promising prospect Samuel Summers, he’ll never shy away from a challenge. That is for sure! Prediction: I love Chukwudu but... I can’t really see a way for him to win this one. Coming off a loss, his morale must have surely taken a hit and damn, The Gypsy Prince is a nightmare to be stood across in that Octagon. Bogachev via second round TKO! "The Jaw Breaker" Micka Slice VS Alexander "Kuznets" Kuznetsov And the Jaw Breaker returns! Slice has been an absolute pleasure to watch compete and develop within Bellicose throughout most his career. Boasting a 5-2 record, a 100% finish rate and a KO of the Night award! Micka Slice has some of the best boxing in the business, his footwork is second to none, his power and timing are perfect and the fluidity and speed of his combinations are a thing of beauty! With no glaring weaknesses, it’s crazy that this man has ever lost! Despite that comment, he has lost to two great fighters in Bill Smif and Dakota Thibodeaux Jr. Beating Michael Nessen is his best win to date and he did so in brutal fashion with a 24 second TKO over the man who was 2-1 at the time! Kuznets, what a pleasure to watch every time he steps into the Octagon. 5-2 in MMA with wins over Raja Khanna and Kazuya Mishima, Kuznets has beaten some top-quality opposition on his road to an eventual title shot. If he were to beat the Jaw Breaker, that’d put him in great stead to challenge for the title in two-three more fights if the matchmaking process stays as switched on as it is! Boasting an equal level of boxing skill to Slice, the difference is that this man is also a Muay Thai savage with amazing grappling (great wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ). Kuznets is crazy man, he has a chin, heart, conditioning and Fight IQ... I wouldn’t want to fight him! Prediction: This is a rather hard one but... Kuznets has beaten the better opposition and has the more varied skill set in terms of actual skill level. I’d say Kuznets gets this done within the distance. 3rd round TKO by Kuznets. NOW THE MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING... … ... Dedrick "Middleweight Hunter" Havoc VS Samuel Sycek The Middleweight Hunter, Dedrick Havoc, a 9-1 fighter about to make his debut here at Bellicose. Havoc is the former champ over at CDFC (he left as champ with three title defences!), alongside this he has 8 submission wins with only one decision win... what a finisher! His only loss was a TKO in his second ever fight, it’s fair to say he’s come on a long way since then. Havoc has very strong wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ, despite his obvious grappling credentials he has very poor striking with sub-par skills in both boxing and Muay Thai. Havoc’s ‘Sub of the Night’ award is a true testament to his high level BJJ within the Octagon. Samuel Sycek is a 5-3 combatant with some real nasty ground and pound! Sycek is coming off a huge 3rd round TKO over Tom Payne, despite his amazing ground and pound and Olympic level wrestling Sycek has shown a lack of striking prowess as well as the vulnerability to submissions. Sycek doesn’t like to work off his back even though it’s a rather rare occasion for him to find himself not in an advantageous grappling position. Currently on a 3-fight win streak over Lucas Bouchard, RaeRae Usman and the aforementioned Tom Payne with all three of his victims losing by TKO, Sycek is riding some serious momentum into this fight and I’m sure we’ll see the best version of Sycek in the cage! Prediction: I’d usually pick Havoc to win if I didn’t have the inside scoop from his training camp stating he’s the most unmotivated he’s been in his entire career. This former champ may take his first loss in a long time by Sycek come fight night. Sycek via 2nd round TKO (GnP). So, that’s the all the time we have for today! This preview was brought to you by our sponsors, Brooklyn Threads! Thank you and goodnight!
  8. ANOTHER BELLICOSE PRODUCTION... BELLICOSE 92! We have a spectacular night planned for all you fans this Friday. Following on from the Prospects card we have this barn burner with the Bantamweight title fight of the century! Larry ’Second Chance’ Underwood VS Allen James Light Heavyweight battle on the cards! Larry Underwood takes on Allen James. Underwood is coming into this bout with a 3-5 record, 100% finish rate in his wins and 80% finish rate in his losses. Underwood’s record may not seem impressive but, this guy can scrap! Being a veteran of the GFC days, this will be Underwood’s debut here at Bellicose and I’m excited to see what he can bring to this division. Underwood is well rounded with his main strengths lying within his impressive boxing and brown belt in BJJ, this man is underrated that’s for sure. Allen James, 1-3 in his professional career so far with some beautiful boxing ability. On a 2-fight losing streak, Allen’s boxing ability hasn’t generated him much success as of yet in the MMA world, completely lacking a clinch game or ground game... Allen is unfortunately a one trick pony. Despite this, he’s crafty and can set traps in the stand-up department to make people walk onto his boxing counters. Prediction: Underwood gets this one done via submission in the first round, James has no ground game and Underwood can throw a submission up from anywhere. Apollo Rocky VS Ikemba Okoye Apollo Rocky is a very, very exciting prospect sitting at 1-0 with a 100% finish rate to his name. With a sensational TKO win within a minute of the first round in his debut, Apollo is riding some insane momentum going into this bout. With amazing boxing, strong Muay Thai, high level wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ, this man can do anything! Ikemba Okoye may not have the best record (1-2) but, he’s a damn exciting fighter to watch boasting a ‘fight of the night’ award in his recent unanimous decision loss. We know Okoye has a chin and a gas tank but he also boasts an amazing skill set with his boxing and BJJ being his main strengths. Boasting his Black Belt, this man can choke you out but also knock you out with his amazing striking. You don’t want to mess with this guy in any area of the fight. Prediction: Despite Apollo’s momentum going into this fight, Okoye’s skill set can’t be ignored. Ikemba Okoye should get this done within two rounds via submission. Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts VS Curly Bill Brocius The most exciting prospect at Middleweight is back folks! The Snake is riding a 2-fight winning streak with both coming by way of knockout within two minutes of the first round! The Snake’s main strengths lie within his Muay Thai and his wrestling, he utilises these perfectly within his fights and he’s not someone to be messed with! This momentum going into this fight should give him some major confidence to go out there and secure the win. At a 3-2 record, Curly Bill Brocius is definitely looking to maintain his winning record in this fight. Boasting some fundamentally sound boxing, amazing Muay Thai and strong wrestling. Within his three wins, he has two TKO’s and that is a true testament to his power and the skillset he holds. Prediction: Curly Bill Brocius is very well rounded despite his poor BJJ, I can see him knocking out the very ‘green’ Roberts within the first round. Vitor Almeida VS 'The Chameleon’ Cam Cartwright Almeida is a treat to watch in the Octagon! 3-2 in his professional career with a 100% finish rate in his wins, Vitor has power and no one can deny that fact. This guy has such a strong and varied skill set it’s unbelievable, he can box and kick, clinch, wrestle and throw a submission up from anywhere. Vitor may be 3-2 but, he’s way better than that record would suggest. I always find it hard to bet against this man, he’s just such a game and dangerous fighter! The Chameleon, this guy is new to Bellicose but he had an amazing fight against Raja Khanna in his Bellicose debut and put in a good account of himself! Cartwright also has a very varied skillset with strong boxing, Muay Thai, high level wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ! This guy is also dangerous wherever the fight goes. Both men are coming off losses to high level opponents and now I’m excited to see what both men will do to get back to their winning ways! Prediction: This one is such a hard decision but I’m going to go with Cam Cartwright, a stronger grappling game and one of the most solid chins around! Cam Cartwright by decision. Karel Sup VS Chris ‘CT’ Tamburello Heavyweights in the house! Karel Sup man, what a talent! Sup is 6-5 in professional MMA, having a 100% finish rate all by TKO/KO! This man hits so hard, it’s scary. Despite his power he’s a bit of a glass cannon, suffering several TKO losses along the way. Riding a 2-fight winning streak with first round TKO’s over Crème Brulee and Rumble Nunes, Karel Sup has been nothing short of excellent recently and he’s going to cause everyone problems along the way or go down trying. Tamburello is another cracking Heavyweight with a gas tank to go alongside his knock out power. Sitting at 5-5, this man has a 60% finish rate, despite this he has been finished 100% of the time by TKO/KO. Tamburello has a very strong skillset with amazing boxing, strong Muay Thai, wonderful wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ. Tamburello is a fantastic fighter no matter where the fight goes! Prediction: Despite how much talent Tamburello has, I’m not betting against the momentum of Karel Sup, Sup should knock Tamburello out in the first round. Nakachi ‘Samurai’ Tadageru VS Gun Nero Featherweights collide! First up, Samurai, a very promising and exciting prospect with a 3-0 record (100% TKO/KO rate!)! Knocking out Joshi Dell (6-4 at the time and former BMF champion) in the first round in his last bout really helped but Tadageru on the map. Having fundamentally sound boxing and passable Muay Thai, Tadageru really thrives in his grappling with Olympic level wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ. Gun Nero, 6-1 with a 100% finish rate and high-level wrestling. This guy is dangerous no matter what you think of him! Coming off a loss to my own fighter Richard Laithwaite (1-0 at the time), Nero will definitely want to secure this win in a brutal fashion to make a statement. Gun Nero may be an amazing grappler but, his striking leaves a lot to be desired and this is his biggest weakness to date. I like Gun Nero but, this isn’t Outlaw anymore and the level of talent is even higher here at Bellicose. At this stage in their careers Tadegeru is better than Laithwaite, this is going to be a long night for Nero. Prediction: Nero is as game as they come but I can see Tadageru landing a solid takedown early in and submitting Nero within the first round. Libor Lunak VS Lewis Clarke Now this is a clash of the titans with these two big Heavyweights slinging bombs at each other! Let’s start with the Muay Thai animal, Libor Lunak! Coming into this bout with a 5-2 record (5 KO/TKO’s!), this man is not to be taken lightly. On a 2-fight winning streak (two straight KO’s) over Big Burtha and Youta Himura, Lunak is on a tear right now and will be looking to continue forward with this momentum into the bout which will make him a dangerous man to be standing across come fight night! Watch out fight fans, Lewis Clarke in the building! 5-0 with a TKO win over always game combatant Chris Tamburello, Lewis Clarke has been nothing short of special in his professional career to date. Clarke has some of the best boxing in the Heavyweight division alongside his solid Muay Thai, high level wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ. Lewis Clarke is a very interesting prospect in the game right now and a win over Libor Lunak may just propel him closer to that title shot we all know he’s chasing. Prediction: Clarke with a submission win over Lunak within the second round, Clarke is something special I tell you! Jerman Christ VS Kurki Potku Watch out Light Heavyweights, two of the most dangerous prospects in the division are going to duke it out come Friday night! Jerman Christ, 4-0 with a 100% finish rate and dynamite in his hands and feet! Christ is super exciting even boasting a KO of the Night, alongside this he has some truly amazing Muay Thai with strong wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ. Jerman hits like a train and has some fine movement and defence on the feet. Never seeing a second round, his gas tank is still in question but I don’t doubt his conditioning! Potku is 5-0 in his professional career, Potku has been nothing short of spectacular thus far! With an 80% finish rate, high level striking, Olympic level wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ, Kurki Potku is dangerous at all times and no matter where the fight goes. Despite his high-level grappling credentials, Potku doesn’t rely off this and likes to swing in the centre of the cage when given the opportunity! Prediction: Kurki Potku is just that much better than Jerman Christ and for that fact, I believe he’ll score a nice second round TKO victory in this one! THE 135 TITLE IS UP FOR GRABS HERE! INTRODUCING FIRST... THE CHALLENGER... PEE WEE SASAKI!!!! The challenger Pee Wee Sasaki is a savage in their own right! Being on a mad 3-fight winning streak (with a 7-1 record overall), Sasaki has TKO’d Pate Hunt, Mad Hatter and Charles Sobhraj respectively and has earned his title shot. What’s crazy is that Pate Hunt is now champion so they’re 1-0 right now with the favour going to Sasaki. Pee Wee Sasaki has extroardinarily high level striking with high level wrestling and a blue belt in BJJ. Boasting a ‘Fight of the Night’ and ‘KO of the Night’ award, Sasaki has been nothing short of exciting and amazing so far on his run as a professional. YOUR BELLICOSE BANTAMWEIGHT CHAMPION! PATE HUNT!!!! Pate Motherf***ing Hunt! 6-1 with a 66.6666% finish rate, Pate Hunt can turn your lights out at any given time of the fight. High level striking coupled with amazing wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ, Pate Hunt is competent in all areas of the fight as is not afraid to mix it up in all areas. Also rocking a KO of the Night award, winning the title off of Sean Dash in his last fight and only losing to the current challenger four fights ago, Pate Hunt is an amazing fighter and has continually improved with each and every fight. I can’t wait to see what he brings to this rematch with Pee Wee Sasaki! Prediction: I’m sadly going with ‘Repeat’ over ‘Revenge’ for this match up, I believe Sasaki will string together a flawless performance and take this one on points. NOW... THE MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING! THE LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CLASH WE’VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR... FIRST UP.... … … … DUANNIS ‘DAMAGE’ FRANK!!! Damage is in the building! With a kickboxing record of 9-2 (8 KO’s) and a 3-1 MMA record (3 TKO wins), Damage is a veteran of combat sports with some of the best striking we’ve seen, despite spending the majority of his career as a kickboxer, Damage is a sensational wrestler with a blue belt in BJJ. Dynamite in his hands, explosive wrestling and amazing movement and awareness of striking distance, Frank will knock you out without breaking a sweat! Coming off a huge TKO victory of Jake Paul (7-2) at the time, Damage’s only loss within MMA was to the current champ Hole Reemer by decision. Damage has a chin, a gas tank and undeniable power. NOW THE FORMER LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF BELLICOSE … … … DEVON ‘STEEL WOOL’ HAMPTON! Devon Hampton is the former champion with a 9-2 record and fight-ending power at every stage of the fight! Boasting solid striking, competent wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ, Devon Hampton can scrap with the best of them. Having that champion experience will definitely come in handy as he takes on Damage, however, his reign as champion was short lived as he lost the title to Hole Reemer in his first title defence. Winning this fight could put him straight back into title contention, now he just needs to secure that win. With big wins over Clayton Daniels and Satoru Gojo, Hampton has fought some of the best the division has to offer! Devon is tough, durable and as game as they come. Hampton will be looking to make a statement with this fight! Prediction: I have to go with Damage in this one, I believe he will... ‘damage’ his opponent, yes... pun intended. Damage should get this done within two rounds via TKO, if this goes to the mat though this may become interesting as high level wrestling meets high level BJJ. So, that’s the card!. This preview was brought to you by our sponsors, Brooklyn Threads! Thank you and goodnight!
  9. Honestly one of the most exciting fighters to grace the roster here at Bellicose! Excited to see if you bring anything new to the Octagon this weekend! Hats off to the champ.
  10. ANOTHER BELLICOSE PRODUCTION... BELLICOSE 88! We have a big night ahead of us this Saturday! Some amazing match ups and the Super Heavyweight title fight for the ages! Bartholomew ’Bartman’ Bainbridge VS Michael ’Nasty’ Nessen Bartman, a sensational Light Heavyweight prospect with amazing striking and grappling that should never be scoffed at. Coming off a Majority Decision loss to the other sensational prospect Ian Stronk (2-0 at the time), Bartman will be looking to redeem himself with a big win over Nessen! Bartholomew hits hard, can move in and out of range with ease, double leg you and drop bombs from above. The only flaw in his game, his BJJ isn’t as strong as would be ideally desired, this doesn’t stop him mixing it up in all areas of the fight though! On the flip side, Michael Nessen is so talented on the ground you’d swear he’s Brazilian! Michael Nessen is a brown belt in BJJ with a 2-3 record and a 100% finish rate within his winning column. Currently on a 2-fight losing streak, Michael will be looking to make a statement to finally get back to his winning ways. Despite his obvious BJJ credentials, Nessen doesn’t offer much in the way of striking or wrestling. I would like to see him vary up his training just that little bit more to really show something else in the cage. Prediction: The Bartman strikes again! First round TKO, his striking and wrestling advantage (by a huge margin) will be the decider here. Keeps it standing and puts the pressure on him early! Pete Os vs Alexander Petrov Pete Os is a prolific boxer with strong wrestling whilst Alexander Petrov is a sensational striker with a purple belt in BJJ. This is a good match up for both men however I feel Petrov outmatches the physically smaller (not by height) Os. Pete Os is 3-3 with a 100% finish rate in both columns, currently on a 2-fight losing streak he will be looking to put a big stamp on his performance come Saturday. Petrov is 2-2-1 with a 50% finish rate in his win column yet a 100% finish rate within his losses, also on a two-fight losing streak, Petrov will be looking to redeem himself with a big win over Pete Os. This is a fun Light Heavyweight match up with two fights having nothing to lose yet everything to gain. Prediction: Petrov via 2nd round TKO, I think the first round will be even with Petrov taking over in the second and forcing the finish! Stu ’East Texas’ Redman VS Fedor ’T-101’ Vovchanchyn This is a fun Welterweight match up! East Texas is coming into this match up with a 4-2 record and 100% KO/TKO rate, what a savage! Winning his last bout by 1st round TKO, Redman has some serious momentum coming into this bout, not to mention he is no stiff on the ground and has picked up some invaluable experience in the cage ahead of his debut here at Bellicose! His opponent however is the dangerous T-101, this man is literally Terminator in the stand-up department with strong boxing and amazing Muay Thai! In his debut within the cage, he landed a knockout within the first minute of the fight! Boasting some of the best striking in his division and some strong grappling alongside this, he is a big problem in the division. Prediction: Vovchanchyn via 2nd round TKO, despite the difference in experience, Fedor’s striking prowess completely overshadows that fact. Alexander ’Maestro’ Korolev VS Walter Mason This is quite the match up! Two middleweights will come to blows in what proves to be an exciting match up. Maestro sits comfortably at 4-3 with a 50% finish rate. The record is deceiving though, this man is very skilled in all four major disciplines, holding a significant advantage in boxing and wrestling. Losing his last fight due to a severe cut (still think a fight getting stopped on cuts is stupid but, oh well!), Maestro must be raging and ready to go to war! Walter Mason on the other hand has a 3-2 record with a 66.66666% finish rate. Being completely well rounded, the most notable attributes of Mason’s game is his boxing and wrestling, they’re almost identical but... Mason’s wrestling outclasses Maestro’s significantly. Mason is coming off a split decision loss and I don’t doubt he’s pissed and looking for a win after, what many feel, was a robbery! Prediction: Walter Mason by unanimous decision, I feel his grappling advantage will be the deciding factor in this match up and he’ll be able to grind it out to a lopsided points win. Dave ’Da Giant’ DeMartin VS Orestes ’Random Name Generator’ Prometheus DeMartin, the Muay Thai fighter who can wrestle! This Heavyweight packs a damn punch but has also shown he can go the distance and has a respectable gas tank! His 4-2 record is a merit to his skillset, with a 75% finish rate (all TKO’s), the point earlier about packing a punch is definitely true! Despite being TKO’d twice, DeMartin has shown he has a chin in his bout against DeMartin Daso, a big hitter himself, where he stood his ground until the TKO loss in the 3rd round. Never count DeMartin out! Prometheus is an iron-chinned boxer with a teep kick in his back pocket as well being a strong grappler in both areas of wrestling and BJJ. Being on a 2-fight winning streak (Both TKO’s), he is carrying some serious momentum and despite losing twice, he’s never been finished (and in my opinion? Never in any trouble). Prediction: Prometheus via a unanimous decision (comfortable points win). I don’t think Prometheus will get the finish in this bout but, his grappling mixed with his strong striking should get him the win. Chris Bibi VS Ian Stronk The better grappler versus the better striker? This is set to be a very interesting matchup. The grappler? Chris Bibi, a purple belt in BJJ and some very high-level wrestling! The striker? Ian Stronk, the prolific boxer with amazing Muay Thai! Despite the obvious grappling heavy approach in his fights, Bibi does have some real skilful boxing with some technical footwork. Stronk however boasts strong wrestling and a blue belt in BJJ despite his obvious striking prowess. Chris Bibi has a record of 5-3 with a 100% finish rate, Ian Stronk has a 3-0 record with a TKO and two decisions to his name. With both men coming off a win and having strong skillsets, I’m looking forward to this one! Prediction: This is a hard one to predict. After some reflection I decided to settle on going with Chris Bibi for the win! Chris Bibi should get this done via a 3rd round TKO, his ground and pound is strong and he can certainly grapple with the best of them! This fight should be fireworks on either side, I however do see Stronk taking the first round. Miyata ’Dragon Fish’ San VS Yamasaki ’The Master’ Mishimoto The Dragon Fish is a GDL veteran and former title challenger, making his Bellicose debut at 5-1, it’s interesting to see what he’ll bring to the Featherweight division here at Bellicose! Never seeing the distance, Miyata has TKO'd all 5 of his victims and lost by submission against Arild Moen, who was 3-0 at the time (currently 5-0). Welcoming Miyata San to Bellicose is a true veteran of this promotion, Yamasaki Mishimoto! The Master sits at 5-5, with 3 finishes in his win column and 2 unanimous points wins. Mishimoto is also coming off a loss and his morale is lower than is optimal. Despite this, Yamasaki is always game and won’t stop swinging until the last bell, or until he can’t swing no more. Miyata San has a big test ahead of him this Saturday! Prediction: The Dragon Fish should win in the first round via TKO/KO, Mishimoto is experienced and a true favourite here at Bellicose, but the Dragon Fish is too damn good and has that experience at the highest level! Kazuya ‘Tekken’ Mishima VS Buster ‘The Clubber’ Glover A long-awaited Middleweight clash! Tekken is a pure savage finishing machine, with a 6-3 record and a 100% finishing rate of all TKO’s. Winning two ‘FOTN’ and two ‘KOTN’ awards throughout his career, Tekken is a huge fan favourite and incredibly fun to watch! With exceptional Muay Thai, great wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ, his only weakness is his boxing... not that it matters when you can throw a head kick like this guy! Coming off a TKO loss to the incredibly talented Alexander Kuznetsov (4-1 at the time), Tekken surely wants another big finish under his belt to get him back to his winning ways. Buster Glover is a big finisher himself but has also shown his resilience and gas tank with two unanimous decisions under his belt. Buster boasts a 5-1 record, his only loss coming from former Bellicose champion Hao Sawamura! Since then, he’s gone on a 2-fight winning streak with two TKO’s, this momentum surely fills him with confidence going into this bout. Glover is an incredibly well-rounded individual with his specialisations lying within boxing and Muay Thai. Prediction: This is possibly the hardest fight for me to predict on this card! I have to go with Glover due to his momentum going into this fight and his striking prowess! Glover via 2nd round TKO! Pentti Koyri VS Booger ‘Eater’ Magee This is an exciting matchup for everyone watching Saturday night! Koyri is a 5-1 Mixed Martial Artist who fought for the title against Tarik Oren in his last bout. Koyri is a rather small Heavyweight in terms of the rest of his peers but that hasn’t stopped him being damn impressive since he stepped into the cage. With 5 straight KO/TKO’s before finally losing to Oren, Pentti Koyri has shown all levels of savagery with 1st round finishes all across the board! Being very well rounded, he has incredible Muay Thai, strong boxing, amazing wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ. Considering his grappling credentials, Koyri never relies off this and instead likes to swing for the fences and show off his phenomenal power! His KO of the Night award is a true testament to this man’s power. Booger Magee, would you believe that this animal has a 6-8 record? The majority of his losses came very early in his career, however, he is currently on a massive 4-fight winning streak. Having amazing boxing and strong grappling in both the areas of wrestling and BJJ, this man is a terror no matter where the fight goes! His last fight against Nikita Yashin (6-4 at the time) is a true testament to how much he’s improved since he began his career, I’m scared to see how much more he improves as his career goes on. Prediction: Despite the massive improvement by Magee on his overall game, I feel Koyri is still levels ahead and should take this with a 1st round TKO! Lastly, we have our main event of the evening! The Super Heavyweight title is on the line! Introducing first... the undefeated, undisputed, reigning Super Heavyweight champion of Bellicose... Murska Mfer!!! Murska Mfer is 8-0 with a 100% finish rate, 6 TKO’s and 2 Sub’s to be exact! With wins over Bobby Saturn and Ahjo Kuomanen, this man has fought some of the best of the Bellicose roster and lived to tell the tales of success! Being truly well rounded, there is no flaws in this man’s game, sensational boxing, amazing Muay Thai, strong wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ, this man can do it all. Alongside his obvious skillset and unblemished record, he holds two KO of the Night awards and a Submission of the Night award! Being the current champion, there is obviously some level of pressure for Mfer to be able to retain his title against the challenger. Mfer has done this countless times so he’ll be just fine with the pressure I believe. Now, introducing his opponent the knockout machine... Arthur ‘The Hound’ Douglas! Arthur Douglas sits at 5-2 with 4 TKO’s to his name, this guy is a warrior through and through! On a 2-fight winning streak, this guy has earned his shot at the title especially after that sensational KO of the Night finish over Leonid Zakharov. The Hound has proven his grit through three decisions in his career, one that he won and two he lost. He has a chin; he has heart but he also has a fight-ending punch! Being only one of two people to have defeated Douglas Sampson, this man is a danger to the division and I wish him the best of luck against Mfer. Prediction: Despite the grit and ability of Douglas, Murska is a freaking animal and I can only see a 2nd round KO in this one for Murska! So, that’s the fights summed up and picked apart. This preview was brought to you by our sponsors, Brooklyn Threads! Thank you and goodnight!
  11. THE JAKE MANSON SHOW: BELLICOSE 87 PREVIEW Hello guys, Jake Manson here and today we’re going to break down the blockbuster event on Saturday the 16th of April... drumroll pleaseee... BELLCOSE 87!!! Vassily Kessikbayev VS Frankee Guh Noo A big heavyweight showdown that’ll be sure to appeal to the fans! Vassily Kessikbayev, a formidable boxer with a heel hook always always tucked away in his back pocket. Currently sat at a healthy 228 pounds walking weight, Vassily is on the smaller end of the spectrum when it comes to Heavyweight but, it only adds to his movement and technicality. Kessikbayev has a 1-1 record, having gone the distance in his win he won a lopsided decision over promising (at the time) Lorenzo Thompson (1-0). In his last outing Vassily suffered a TKO loss to Paul Hunt who is currently sat at 3-0, not a loss to be ashamed about! His opponent, Frankee Guh Noo, is no stranger to the cage. Boasting 7 appearances as a professional pugilist, Guh Noo has the experience edge going into this one. Sat at 2-5, Frankee has a TKO and submission win on his record with all of his losses coming by TKO. Frankee is well rounded with strong boxing, competent Muay Thai, technical wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ. Frankee’s record is misleading, the guy isn’t no stiff and both men are in for a challenge come Saturday. Prediction: I predict Kessikbayev to land a TKO within the first, despite Frankee having experience and skill, his chin leaves a lot to be desired and lesser punchers have tagged him! Anas Kospas VS Adam Orel Anas Kospas, a strong talent on the Bellicose roster with a 2-1 record. Anas Kospas is a competent grappler boasting a TKO and a decision in his winning record, showing his gas tank and his ability to mix it up in all areas Kospas is not to be played with. His striking doesn’t look pretty but, it can be just as effective as it comes. In his last outing on the Howard vs Sawamura undercard, Kospas took a unanimous decision win over BJJ brown belt, Michael ‘Nasty’ Nessen in what was a very dominant win (two 10-8 rounds!), Anas Kospas is a savage and won’t allow a fight to be boring! Experienced, brave and game. All words I’d use to describe Adam Orel (7-5)! Orel is a well-rounded martial artist particularly excelling within the disciplines of boxing and BJJ. Being 3-2 in his last 5, Orel has certainly shown promise throughout his career and has even picked up a knock out of the night trophy. Having an approximate 43% finish rate (all TKO’s), Adam packs some power as well as showing he can go the distance and adapt mid-fight. I certainly wouldn’t want to be the man standing across from him on Saturday! Prediction: Adam Orel by Unanimous Decision. Adam Orel has the experience, skill set and endurance to drag this one out, weather the early storm and bring Kospas into the deep end. I predict it’ll be a 29-28 with the first round going to Kospas and the final two going to Orel, we are in for a barn burner! Hank "The Beast" McCoy VS Limu Emu Hank ‘The Beast’ McCoy, a spectacle to watch in the cage. Boasting a 5-2 record and devasting knockout power, ‘The Beast’ is an accurate nickname. The Beast has fought for the title two fights ago against Clayton Daniels, he came up short but he was game until the very end. Showing his worth as a contender and his impressive knockouts in bouts prior, McCoy has the division on notice. A fan favourite with a ‘fight of the night’ award, Hank isn’t just a knockout machine as he boasts amazing wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ, you don’t want to stand with the guy or get into a scramble with him. No sir. Limu Emu, black belt in BJJ and a strong skillset within the other three major disciplines... enough said. Right, that’s not enough. Outlaw and Sonny would sack me if I left it at that! Sitting at 1-1, Emu is coming off a decision win over Allessio Scardina, sloppy but tough and game. Emu is a nightmare to deal with on the ground and not a whole lot more fun to fend off on the feet. Having cardio and a high work rate, he is a well-respected fighter by the crowds. Prediction: The Beast by 1st round TKO, Emu has to be the biggest underdog on the card! That’s no disrespect to Emu but, McCoy hits like a train and is a scary motherf***er! Reinhard Tristan Eugen "Das blonde Biest" Heydrich VS "Big " Bowser Bigalow Reinhard Tristan Euge- Right, he will be referred to as Heydrich throughout the show... I am not saying that mouthful every time I want to reference him! This prospect is sat at 3-0 with 2 KO/TKO’s and 1 unanimous decision, being a sensation boxer with quality Muay Thai, superb wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ. Is there anything Heydrich can’t do? Keep your eyes peeled in this fight because Heydrich is a future contender for the title here at 265! Bowser, when he’s not busy inconveniencing an Italian plumber in the mushroom kindom he can be found knocking people out inside the cage. Boasting a 3-1 record with 3 KO/TKO’s, his only loss is to the extremely talented Prokop Pustik by 1st round KO (No shame there). Being an amazing boxer with strong wrestling and a purple belt in BJJ, Bowser is also very well rounded and packs a hell of a punch. However, Bowser has never seen a third round and his gas tank is still in question. Prediction: Heydrich by 2nd round TKO, I believe Heydrich will work the body and legs early to slow Bowser down before taking his soul with a standing TKO against the cage! Isopaa Mfer VS Ahjo Kuomanen Heavyweight prospect battle anyone? Yes please! Outlaw and Sonny have truly delivered with this one. Isopaa Mfer is a submission train with power in the hands, sitting at 4-0, this man has a 100% finish rate with 3 submissions and 1 TKO. Boasting an incredible skillset with no weaknesses in his technicality (especially well versed as a boxer and BJJ practitioner), Mfer is a scary man at any area of the fight and moves like a Lightweight at 303 lbs... this guy must hit like a truck while also having one of the most varied submission games in the division! Ahjo Kuomanen, a former contender who lost in his title shot against Isopaa’s team mate Murska Mfer in a brutal second round TKO. His momentum hasn’t stopped though being 4-2 with 2 TKO’s and 2 Subs to his name, Ahjo is 4-1 in his last 5 and boasts a strong varied skillset over all the main disciplines boasting a BJJ brown belt! Ahjo is out for redemption and unfortunately, Isopaa is the Mfer who appears to be the target! Prediction: Isopaa Mfer by 1st round TKO, Ahjo has shown vulnerabilities with his chin and due to his BJJ prowess I believe Mfer will keep this standing and finish it early with his stand up! Vitaly Anisimov VS Albert Sojka Two 5-4 Welterweights clash! On one side we have the very well rounded Vitaly Anisimov and on the other side we have the striking and wrestling phenom Albert Sojka. The main decider in this fight, the purple belt vs white belt exchange. Despite the wrestling attributes of Sojka, Anisimov is a purple belt in BJJ and Sojka has lost three times by submission. That is a recipe for disaster, however Anisimov does not rely off his BJJ and prefers to throw bombs and knock his opponents out and that is a sure fire way to ensure a fan friendly war! Prediction: Anisimov by 2nd round TKO, Anisimov outclasses his opponent in all areas of the game and despite his BJJ prowess he decides to ‘swang and bang’ as the saying goes, excited for this one! Vedran "The Missile" Mihaljevic VS Balthasar Van Thüringen Two Heavyweight knock out machines clash in this matchup! The Missile sits at 6-3 with 5 TKO’s and a decision win whilst Balthasar sits at 5-2 with 5 TKO wins! Both are coming off losses and looking to make a statement on the night of the fights! Both men have shown the ability to knock out an opponent at any given time whilst also showing the ability to get dropped themselves (as is to be expected in the Heavyweight division). This fight should be an absolute slugfest from start to finish! Prediction: This is the boxer vs the Muay Thai fighter as far as the specialisations of each fighter go. My prediction? The boxer via a 1st round TKO, Balthazar will get this done with a perfect boxing combination against the cage followed up by some ground and pound for good measure! Krigor Orlov "Snowstorm" VS Douglas "Drax" Sampson Another big heavyweight match up of the Titans! Former champion, Snowstorm is boasting an almost perfect 6-1 record with all KO/TKO finishes! This man doesn’t like to leave his fate in the hands of the judges, that’s for sure (and all of us fans and analysts at Bellicose thank him for it!). Drax holds a 5-2 record with 4 KO/TKO’s and 1 decision win. Drax is no stranger to dropping bodies either but, that decision win is just as impressive due to the way he delivered it! Records aside, Drax matches his opponent in the grappling and is much more technical and refined on the feet, big problems for Snowstorm! Prediction: Drax by 2nd round TKO, despite the championship experience of Krigor, I believe Sampson’s skillset and technical striking will be too much for him and he’ll break him down in the first round before sending him to the shadow realm. Prove me wrong, Snowstorm! Tarik Oren VS Keywon Reeves Heavyweight title fight! Current defending champion Tarik Oren takes on challenger Keywon Reeves in what promises to be a fight of the night contender! Both fighters are well rounded with Reeves taking a slight advantage in terms of striking, however, Oren has the superior grappling game and contradictory to his fighting style... that may play a factor come Saturday. Tarik Oren is 6-0 having defeated the best of the best here in Bellicose, taking the title off Snowstorm with a brutal first round KO he then defended against the always dangerous Pentti Koyri (5-0 at the time!). This guy is on a 6-fight winning streak with a 100% KO rate, you don’t want to be on the receiving end of his striking! Reeves however sits at 5-1 with his only loss coming in his debut at Grouch FC! From there on, he improved tenfold and in his last outing knocked out The Beast, Hank McCoy in the first round to earn his title shot, also coming in with a 100% knockouts and never being finished, this one is sure to be a hard fight for both pugilists involved! Prediction: Hard fought battle with a clear winner, Tarik Oren by unanimous decision possibly with 3-2 in terms of rounds won. I feel Tarik’s dominance can’t be ignored, the resume and the superior grappling. Expect fireworks! Prokop Pustik VS Hunt Mfer The main event of the evening! This heavyweight battle will be sure to keep asses in seats and Bellicose in the profits for a long time coming! Prokop Pustic is a former champion with insane grappling, top control and ground and pound! Boasting a 6-2 record (All KO/TKO finishes), Pustic won the vacant title against Nathaniel Jones (4-1-1) at the time in only his third fight as a pro, from there he defended it twice successfully against Klarney Wilson (6-0) and The Missile (5-0) respectively. Losing his title to Krigor Orlov (a finish late in the 5th round) followed by a loss to Balthazar Van Thuringen (first round TKO), he picked up a huge first round TKO over Bowser Bigalow (3-0). Prokop may not be much to look at on the feet but once he gets it to the mat, he will attempt to (and most likely succeed) to smash your skull through the canvas! Hunt Mfer is a 6-2 Heavyweight problem! Going 4-1 in his last five, he is on a 2-fight winning streak with wins over Jared Fonua Blake (4-2) and The Missile (6-2), Hunt is a submission specialist with 3 submission wins as well as a KO on his record and two decisions, this man can go the distance, choke you out and drop you with a heavy right hand! His first loss came in his second fight back in his BMF days and his second loss was three fights ago against Pentti Koyri (4-0), whose only loss was to the current champion! It’s no shocker that whoever wins this fight is very likely to fight for the title next (in my humble opinion). Prediction: Will the BJJ game work against the smashing machine Prokop Pustik? I believe it will in this case as Hunt Mfer is an absolute submission genius, 3rd round submission by Mfer in a very back and forth fight! Right that’s all we have for today folks, and remember you’ve been watch the... BUM BUM BUM! IT’S THE JAKE MANSON... SHOWWWWWWW!
  12. THE JAKE MANSON SHOW: AFTERMATH OF BELLICOSE 85 Covered today: Rock Romero’s Badass Post-Fight interview Lewis Pendragon the Welsh Phenom Amri Mbeki the prospect we need but not the one we deserve Jake: Hello everyone and welcome back to the Jake Manson Show! To kick it all off we have, Rock Romero! Jake: I’m here with your winner, Rock Romero! Give it up everyone! So, Rock... hell of a win, you guys are now tit for tat, how does that feel? Rock: I’m glad I have my belt back Jake, I know I am the best welterweight at 375 and Nero knew me better than anyone in the division and took advantage of that the first fight, he weathered the storm and out pointed me and this time I out pointed him. Let’s be honest though, Nero and I are the 2 best here at 170, I can’t knock him out and he can’t submit me so we still might have another dance. Jake: I can definitely believe it feels amazing to have that belt back! I also agree, as it stands, you and Hardy are definitely the two huge names in this division... I wonder who is going to come out of the midst with a chip on their shoulder next? Now, to talk through what just happened. From start to finish, you were in Nero Hardy’s face! You didn’t attempt a single takedown and you seemed content on just “swangin’ and bangin’”! Tell me, was that the game plan coming in? Rock: Forsure, he can’t stand with me and doesn’t want to be there, all he wanted was to tie up and cuddle a little bit, I don’t blame him, Kanud would be 8-0 and still champ if he never met me. Jake: Kanud... what a talent! Funny you should mention him actually... wait, no spoilers. Whoops! Next, we’re going to really delve into that fourth round which... damn, you had to overcome some adversity. You got taken down, reversed it then got put on your back again. How did it feel during these ground exchanges especially within rounds 2, 4 and 5. I mean, in that second round those submission attempts were relentless! I was gritting my teeth every single time Hardy threw something up, did you feel comfortable or did panic start to set in? Rock: No panic I cannot be tapped, look at Dean Howard and Nero Hardy and can you imagine anyone going 15 rounds with them and defending over 50+ subs and still be known as a boxer? Champ shit only! Jake: I mean, to be honest you make a really good case there Rock, you’ve shown your versatility now! Lastly Rock, I’ve heard you’re set to be paired up against former champ and one of your former ‘victims’ Kanud Odimabesser! Obviously in your last meeting, you caught him early and flattened him. After seeing the improvements since from Kanud, how are you feeling for that match up and what changes? Rock: I’m not impressed it’s obvious he’s 3rd best in this divison he’s only lost to myself, but he’s earned his shot. Jake: Seems like you’re ready to take all comers! Before I forget, whoops, anything to say to the lovely fans in attendance tonight? Rock: I’m making a quick turnaround to be on the same card as my boys Cyborg and the notorious Jake Paul, I’ll see you all in 3 weeks god bless! Jake: Thank you very much, Rock Romero everybody! Jake: So, welcome next, to the stage... Lewis Pendragon! Jake: I’m here with your new champion, ladies and gentlemen give it up for Lewis ‘Excalibur’ Pendragon! So, Lewis, great show and amazing win, tell me... how do you feel? Lewis: Amazing. Knew I will get it done. Feels great. Jake: He’s keeping it short and sweet tonight folks, looks like someone has a hot date waiting for them! Right, to break the fight down just a little bit. That first round, you were always in it but, Temujin seemed to have taken a big lead. You got taken down early and held down withstanding some nasty ground and pound. Tell me, how did it feel when you were under that onslaught early on? Did you think it was about to be a long night at the office? Lewis: Exactly what I trained for. Knew he would eventually take me down. He has great takedowns and ground/pound. Never felt in trouble. Just had to take my time, weather the storm, wait for his mistakes and get back up. Jake: And that is exactly what you did, perfect execution of the game plan! Right, moving past that first round. You quickly came into your stride and started to pick Temujin apart with your world class striking. Was that always the game plan coming in? Lewis: Like we talked about before the fight, he will get tired of all the takedowns and when taken down I would get back up. Obviously wanted to stay on the feet and use my clinch to my advantage but he had a good clinch game that did surprise me. He got a few takedowns from there. Take nothing away from him he’s a beast and he will be back. Me and him will meet again I'm sure of it. Jake: I think the fans would love to see that again, it’s nice to see the mutual respect shown by both of you after the fight! True gentlemen of the sport! By the way that knockdown, stand up and subsequent knock out in the fifth! What a spectacular way to put a stamp on your performance, at that point of the fight were you still actively hunting for the finish or were you just content to take this one on points? Either way, it doesn’t matter. You just sent Temujin to the shadow realm... jeez. Lewis: KO all the way. He was getting tired and I knew I could eventaully catch him. After dominating the 3rd round, I knew it was only a matter of time. Jake: What killer instinct! You sir, are a savage! Lastly, is there anything you’d like to say to the fans and would you like to call anyone out? Lewis: Thank you to all the fans for their support, glad we put on a show for them. I came into Bellicose wanting to dethrone Ike Goon. He went running soon as I signed on. If anyone can find him, send him my way. He never lost the title and probably still thinks he's champ. I need to show him he will never be champ again. Other than that, it doesn't matter to me. I'm not looking to call anyone out. I'm the champ, they chase me. Whoever works their way up for a title shot I will never say no to! Jake: Thank you so much Lewis! Your champion, Ladies and Gentlemen! Jake: Last but not least, we have the amazing prospect and Bellicose 85 alumna, Amri Mbeki! Amri Mbeki, damn... what a bloody knockout. Maybe knock out of the night, it definitely has a shot at it! So, how do you feel after this big win over Yhorm Northern? Amri: Yo! Wazzup man, nice to see you, bro. I was sure about the success. Nothing new... I just won. Another success, another victim. I feel okay with that. Jake: Couldn’t have said it better myself, you did indeed win! So, you knocked out a guy in under a minute with only three punches, you may be the hardest hitter we’ve seen in quite some time! Is that something you pride yourself on? Amri: Man, I know my skills. I know well the power in my hands. My skills are on another level, from another galaxy... I knocked out everyone so many times on the street. I'm a beast. Jake: After that showing, it’s very hard to dispute that and I’m not about to try! You are a big problem in this division! Lastly, Amri, anything you’d want to say to the fans in attendance and any callouts you’d like to make? Amri: Thanks to all who supports me, thanks to my trainers, people from training camps... Final fight with Bobby Saturn is what we must do. I will finish it for forever, man. 3rd time and the last time! I will kill that motherfucker. Thanks. Jake: And a big thank you to you Amri for talking to me today and giving us all a highlight reel style knockout. Give it up for Amri Mbeki everyone! Jake: Right that’s all the time we have for today, join me next time on the... BUM BUM BUM! IT’S THE JAKE MANSON... SHOWWWWWWW!
  13. A great night of fights! Congratulations to our champions Rock Romero, Lewis Pendragon and Pate Hunt! To be honest, there were some great finishes on the card and some absolute wars. I'm doing the rounds to get my interviews with the champs, if you'd like to be interviewed then please send me a message and we'll get to business!
  14. The Jake Manson Show: Ep 1: Bellicose 85! Today we will be covering: Lewis Pendragon VS Temujin Atkiray (and will I get to hold that flag?) Sean Dash speaks about his upcoming match up against Pate Hunt Nero Hardy gives his take on his rematch against Rock Romero Lastly... I give a few of my own opinions on some other things and future plans for myself. Stay Tuned! Jake: Hello everyone, today I'm here with Lewis Pendragon! So, Lewis, I'm going to try to remain unbiased here and give you the same fair interview I offer to all the other fighters. Run me through your mindset going into this fight? Any concerns in the run up to this fight or about what your opponent brings to the table? Lewis: Mindset is same as always, knock ‘em out. Not taking my opponent lightly, he's a good fighter with a great manager but, he can't bring his manager in the cage with him. He has good takedowns but I will neutralize them. He will have a hard time taking me down and an even harder time keeping me there. This will be his fight with Mateo Daverio all over again only I'll finish him sooner. You’re a smart man for picking me Jake, a lot smarter than the other two bums. Jake: Those are some strong words there from yourself but... I don’t doubt it, us Welshmen are just built different. As for you calling me smart, I think you’re exaggerating, before this gig I was selling vacuum cleaners door to door. Next up, obviously you responded in the forum but, are you for real? Can I really carry that flag for the walk-in? Lewis: Fuck yeah. You can even be in my corner! Jake: As much as that is appreciated Lewis, you don’t want me in my corner. I cornered one fight for my cousin when he was an amateur boxer and... he got battered that fight. Regardless, I’ll be carrying that flag high for your walk-in and I will definitely be doing your post-fight interview when you get that win! Lastly to wrap this up, is there anything you'd like to say to the beautiful fans of Bellicose and all the Welsh people that may be watching? Lewis: I told Sebastian Helwani in the lead up to my last fight that I will finish my opponent in the first round and fight for the title next. All came true, as will this. Bringing the title home. I will be champ for a while! Jake: I don’t doubt it buddy, Lewis Pendragon everybody! Now... time to find Temujin for his interview. Temujin? Temujin?? Technical Difficulties as Jake tries to track down Temujin Jake: Damn, you’re a hard guy to get a hold of... you know that right? Anyway, I'm here with Temujin Atkiray, so Temujin. How are you today? So obviously, you're fighting Lewis Pendragon and I've seen the brief beef between you two on the forums. Tell me, what's going through your head right now? Is this fight personal for you and have you any concerns? Temujin: No, it’s not personal, of course, only business as usual. We had some back and forth, he said what he thinks will happen and I did the same. We will see who is right Saturday night. Jake: I’m glad to hear it, it seems like you’ll be treating this fight like any other. That’s a great mindset to have. Selling the fight though, you’re both doing an amazing job and all of us from Bellicose would like to thank you for your efforts! Moving on to our next question, can you tell me anything about your gameplan or how your training camp has gone? Temujin: My gameplan is to put pressure on him, whether it’s on the feet or on the ground and finish the fight. The training camp has been great, I improved a lot and will show that on Saturday. Jake: I’m sure all the fans listening in right now just shuddered at the thought of you putting that pressure on! From your previous fights we’ve come to know you as an ‘in your face’ style fighter and I didn’t suspect any different from this fight. I’m glad to hear the training camp has gone well also, will be interesting to see what’s been brewing in training. Last but not least, before we wrap this up... do you have anything you'd like to say to the fans, Temujin? Temujin: Yes, thanks to my fans for all the love and support. As you know I was a poor kid from Mongolia while growing up, nobody gave me a chance but here I am, fighting for one of the best organisations in the world. I am going to win that belt and show that anything is possible if you work hard and chase your dreams! Jake: Wow, what an inspiration! Take care Temujin, we’ll see you on the night of the fights. Temujin Atkiray everyone! Next up, we have Sean Dash! I did try to contact Pate Hunt but... neither him or his manager got back to me which was a damn shame. Jake: I'm here with Sean Dash! You're a real veteran to the game man and I just want to tip my hat to you because you always come to fight and you've given us some real bangers so fat in your career! Enough of me just pure gushing over meeting you, can you tell me what is going through your head as we get closer to fight night? Sean: I only have one thing on my mind in the waning moments of a fight - Knocking my opponent the fuck out. My hands are made of steel. It doesn't matter if you're a boxer, kick boxer, you like wiggling your toes, if I get my hands on you, you're liable to die. Jake: It’s hard to disagree with you there Sean, looking at your career thus far... you truly wake up and choose violence and me, plus the fans here at Bellicose thank you for it! Now, moving on. Sean, how has your training been going in preparation to this match up... anything you can tell? Sean: My training has been going good. I'm ready to get in there. I live for this shit y’know, Jake? Brutally beating the shit out of my opponents. I’m 99% sure I'm a sadist so I’ll enjoy every moment of this... Hopefully the ref pulls me off of whatever the guy’s name is I'm fighting so I don't kill him. Jake: Some big words there Sean. I think this is the most motivated I’ve seen you and now I’m even more excited for this fight! Try not to kill him though, Bellicose really doesn’t need the bad publicity right now. Before I bid you farewell, anything you want to say to the amazing fans of Bellicose? Sean: To the amazing fans of Bellicose, you have been with me since Day 1. You guys are some real mother fuckers I’ll tell you that. Keep your eyes locked on to the fight because it could be over in an instant. Jake: Sean Dash everybody! Now, after the short break we’ll be talking to Nero Hardy. I’ve tried establishing contact with Rock Romero but I’m told he doesn’t like me that much and we don’t have the budget for enough security for him to not murder me on set. Anyway, cut to commercial! Useless commercials you’re no doubt ignoring whilst on your phones. Jake: And we’re back! Say hello to the 'People's Champ' everyone! So, Hardy, I have a few questions for you today. First off, how are you feeling going into this matchup? Obviously, you've beat this guy already in a very lopsided decision, what's going through your head? Nero: I am feeling great, thanks Jake! It was nice to work a similar training camp as last round so I’m feeling really in my groove and ready to go! I know the judges say I took four out of five rounds, and I did, but if you look closely each round was hard fight and well earned. No gimmes with Rock. This has kept me motivated like never before. Jake: That’s great to hear Nero but, everyone seems to be getting mixed up when I say dominant. You won four out of five rounds, so in my eyes that was dominant and lopsided because the score cards show that disparity between the two fighters. Most people think of a domination as a beat down but, I just mean that the other fighter won by a wide margin. I need to start being clearer as Sonny and Outlaw had my ass for that one. So, in terms of your game plan going in... what exactly changes as opposed to your last outing against Romero? Nero: That’s where the challenge of staying champ lies. It is obvious what Rock will have to do to adjust his game plan for the victory but the real question is how can I stay two steps of head and combat his projected plan? This is mental flexing type shit, Jake. Take notes. Jake: Do not need to tell me twice! My notepad is full after that one! That’s the true mentality of a champion right there. Lastly, do you have anything to say to the beautiful fans of Bellicose today? Nero: You know I do this all for you! I’m at the People’s champ! am your Bellicose Champ and I’m not going anywhere baby! Let’s gooooooo! Jake: Thank you for speaking with me today, Nero. Nero Hardy everyone! Jake: Now this is the part of the show where people tune out because, I’m not sat here with a fighter or anyone of note. It’s just me, the lowly writer and reporter of Bellicose (formerly Outlaw MC, just saying... I have credentials.) I just wanted to take this time for everyone’s support and cooperation as I moved over to this new promotion. On top of that I want to thank Sonny and Outlaw for employing myself and my fighters, it’s made me much wealthier and more added a whole new level of value to my life within MMATycoon. Lastly... I’m thinking of making my own organisation (Sonny, don’t freak out, I’d still love to remain in employment here!). Not anytime immediate... maybe in the next month or so. This isn’t an advertisement, I just wanted to make it public that I may be throwing my hat in the ring of Promoting and I’d love to use it as a feeder organisation to Bellicose now it looks like Outlaw MC may be closing down. Jake: Anyway that is the end of the show folks! Tune in next time on the... BUM BUM BUM! IT’S THE JAKE MANSON... SHOWWWWWWW!
  15. This has made my year! #WelshTakeover!
