southbymidwest
At what level is conditioning "good enough" to where you don't need many rest days?
Wolf
Dude id say about 13 but for these questions there is a noob thread
Guest
i think 10 is good, 12 is enough. HW fighters need more conditioning than 150lb fighters
GBK16
You need 2 rest sessions at Wonderful (12) conditioning, 1 rest session at Exceptional (13) conditioning and if you have conditioning at Sensational (14) or higher, you wont need any rest sessions

minark
I never have to rest at wonderful conditioning. With a quality reduce energy loss supp I have these results as well.
GBK16
I never have to rest at wonderful conditioning. I look at it without the use of Supps. My guys need to have 2 rest sessions at Wonderful conditioning in order to keep Energy Levels high for the best training
Comte
10-12 if you want to fight and go the distance,
ClarkKent
I look at it without the use of Supps. My guys need to have 2 rest sessions at Wonderful conditioning in order to keep Energy Levels high for the best training That really makes no sense to me. If I have wonderful conditioning, even if I train circuits non stop I only need at the most one rest session, otherwise I just end up with 87% energy. 2 rest sessions seems like overkill
Comte
I try to keep my energy above 90% at all times.
ClarkKent
Yeah I'm just saying though that worst case scenario you train circuit's with wonderful conditioning for 12 sessions in a week and you probably end up with 87% energy or there abouts. That means at the most you need one rest session a week to get back to above 90%. Two rest sessions doesn't make sense to me, unless your not using a recovery supp.

My guys go to 82% energy by training Conditioning 12 times a week without supps but I only use 1 with a good supp
tp61503
for training, i have guys that only need the 1 rest session a week i give all my fighters with 7-8, but i normally bring them up to about wonderful then let it go from there while training.
