Normally fighters are made with one primary skill high, and then you spar the others to build them up. For example you can make a standup striker with high MT on creation, then spar boxing to help the punches clinch and str defence, spar wrestling to help clinch and takedown defence, def grappling, trans and escapes. And spar bjj to help transitions and sub defence. When your fighter is middle aged they might spar everything once or more a week to maintain their all round skills.
