  1. Going into clinch and pull guard I take it? Yeah can see why that could be pretty devastating. That said MT build will definitely be easier for a newbie in terms of sliders: can take it a stage further with 25 yr old KT builds - just stick the 110 points each into punch/kicks/st.def/clinch and forget about the ground sliders altogether
  2. If he rolls great hiddens then fair enough just one thing to bear in mind is fighters do have a cap and certain types of training do increase secondaries you may want minimal skill points in. For example: clinchwork is the classic one because it also trains knees/elbows which a lot of people don't use at all - hence why people will advise putting 110 points into clinchwork at the start. This minimises the amount of training you have to do to get clinchwork up to elite levels and therefore minimising unnecessary points into elbows/knees. Useful to think about the sort of training they will have access to as well: if you've got the cash/gym access for high quality training then 18 yr olds w/ 110 conditioning will maximise training gains - if you only have access to basic tier gyms then 25 year olds with minimum skills in the stuff you can train without a coach (i.e. conditioning/strength/flexibility) is the way to go. There's other things to consider as well (e.g. training what secondaries increases which primaries etc.) but that's the general jist of it.
  3. I'm guessing it's the two guys in this gym (http://www.mmatycoon.com/gympublic.php?gmid=3715) you are talking about? If so yeah I'd just ignore training with coaches unless class sizes get substantially smaller - your best bet would be to focus on the physicals that don't need a trainer (as northernninjas said cardio/weights plus the occasional yoga), sparring later on when their physicals are up to scratch. Although this guy I'd just replace when you can: http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=325500 - everyone does builds like this to begin with (all my first guys were like this as well) but the min max approach is much better for fighter development. If you need any tips on fighter creation just PM me.
  4. Most of the 325k guys are some new creations I made to flesh out divisions while we start - idea is to provide extra fight options for the newer creations as well as the 310k guys. Ultimately I imagine the ID restriction will probably move in time as well as the top guys move on to Dynasty
  5. Hey man I'd actually be happy to do this for no reward, I was thinking of getting back in the org business (plus I've actually run a KT org before) and seems like an interesting project - can get VIP whenever (have just been waiting for the right reason). If you're interested shoot me over a message and we can talk further.
  6. So FE pretty much unchanged? Last thing I remember was acc/dam slider for GnP - did physicals/primary cap ever happen or anything else introduced? Also drama wise what's been happening? Haven't logged in since Jun 2016 so bit out of the loop
  7. Lol. This is getting ridiculous: if people can't agree on a merc team I'm quite happy to let Convicted/BHP/any of the other alliances that have expressed interest have that last spot - I'll leave the decision up to wolf but at the end of the day we've got 11/12 lineups confirmed and this whole merc team thing is looking like more hassle than it's worth, either get that shit sorted or we'll replace the merc team with an alliance that actually wants to be in the tournament.
  8. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/39/39w35.jpg Antonio Salinas "I'm sure it was a tough fight for you to accept - been padding your record against bums for far too long Bailey, high time you faced someone of a decent caliber. We all know rank is completely meaningless and that's exactly what I'm going to prove on the 26th: I've got one fist of iron, the other of steel and rest assured if the left one don't get you the right one will. As for knocking me out, keep dreaming boy; bigger men have tried and they all end up eating their words sooner or later. Should be a great fight for the fans: I do love a good standup war but let's be realistic here there's only going to be one winner - soon enough you'll see the difference between beating up bums like Fitzpatrick and stepping in the cage with someone who actually knows how to fight."

  10. Sorry busy week at work - just getting round to updating tables etc. now, will be up shortly
  11. Aye I might have ragesacked Billy Boyle so er... I guess he won't be participating in the individual round? (sorry)
  12. Raging... 1) Get ahead on energy 2) Rock opponent 3) Aaaand one minute later get KOd
  13. Hey Mamado, welcome back from your ban As far as the whole humors thing goes, common sense: history repeats itself - humors signs up to a creation tournament, inevitably gets banned + then a replacement needs to be found. To me it seems much easier just to skip that step entirely and then we don't need to be messing around trying to get someone in at the last minute.
  14. Humors won't be participating in the tournament, I already made that clear to JJ: not going to go through the same shit with the Infinity Tournament where he gets banned again before the tournament starts and we have to get in a last minute replacement.
