popart
I was considering creating a fighter that is a brother/in the family tree of another one of my fighters, which got me to thinking... plenty of managers have done the exact same thing- there are plenty of fighters in the tycooniverse that are related, but which ones have the best claim to being the most skilled family in tycoon?
Rambo
Homegrown. Organic. Never changed the name tag. ª = Avon creation * = Not homegrown & organic, somebody else creation The Puno Clan Fidel Punoª > Kajun Puno > Jeronimo Puno The Diggs' Family Moses Diggs > Orlando Diggs > Coming Soon (370K) The Donowitz Brothers Donny "The Bear Jew" Donowitz & Abe "Jewsus Christ" Donowitz Ekaku Clan Hakuin Ekakuª > Hiroshi Ekaku The Stones Ben Stone > Jack Stone Tasmanian Devils Taj al Din > Badr al Din Hurricane Sosa Mauricio Sosa > Marcello Sosa Takahashi Clan Ichiro Takahashi* > Ryoto Takahashi Fuujin Clan "Metal Head" Shinichi Fuujin* >Kazuka "Bazooka" Fuujin Jihadist Cousins Muhammad Jabbar & Mohammed Kahn The Battles & The Origins Of Death Row: A Compton Story Dre Battle > Dre Battle The Marciano Crime Family: Don Marciano & Raphael Marciano & Leo Marciano. 3 Brothers. Don Marciano > Rocco Marciano > Coming Soon (370K) OUTSIDE MY ROSTER: Dustin Douglas (#1 P4P) > Samuel Douglas Fun fact. When Don Marciano was #1 P4P he KO'd Dustin Douglas. Rocco Marciano KO'd Samuel Douglas at Syn. Atunes Family: Check out Steel's roster. Not sure the relation of the Atunes' fighters but there's a bunch of em. The Dong's: I'm pretty sure Yung Hung Dong and Long Hung Dong are related or have touched tips before. One over achieves and one under performs. Legacy of Womba: Smokudju Womba > Dubaku Womba Had Womba not been my eternal nightmare nemesis they might of been one of my favorite fighters. Algiers, Tunisia, those nations of 1500's-1700's piracy have a soft spot in my heart. I know they're still pirating around out there, but not the same as when it was done with swords and muskets. ------------------- There's a lot of Dynasty/Legacy fighters out there.
gwad12345
Karter's working down to grandchildren at this point lmao. Not many others have been around long enough, at least without interruption, to create the same kind of legacy.

gwad12345
Also Barnabas Sackett used to name practically all of his fighters something Sackett, but not sure about what the back story there was. And Dean made a bunch of Kersikovs.

j666
Lol I do love this. Just from my group of fighters, Ive had: Ripgut brothers, Sean & Shane. Sean was one of my original 10 builds. Raised hell all over Tokyo, but was dropped from my roster during my first retirement. He was picked up and ended up fighting Shane in a title fight, which Shane ended up winning. Helix brothers... Bobby, Brett, Brandon, Brad, & Ben. Backstory is theyre a wrestling family from Arizona, all coached by their Father in High School and all went on to be college champs. I recently just started working with one of their sons, Brady. Other than Brandon, they never really had the careers Id hoped for, but I had a lot on my plate at the time, and just couldnt give them the management they deserved. Eaton & Reuben Cox were a Father/Son team. Eaton was the first fighter to fight in all 12 cities, which doesnt seem like a big deal now that locations are turned off, but it was quite the undertaking when flights mattered. Reuben was still very green when I retired the first time. He got picked up but didnt have much success. Ray and Eric Osiris. Another set of brothers from a wrestling background. Originally made in the mold of Helixs but never worked out. Ray was dropped during second retirement (I think) and Im not sure if I ever really fought with Eric yet, so I remade both this time around...Ray didnt make the cut, Eric seems to be doing fine. Kevin & Chris Coryatt. Brothers that Ive had a hard time getting going. Kevin was the older one but he was another that was green when I left (forgot which time lol) and I recently got Chris fighting again (FA and name change). Clack brothers, Kenny & Cory. Kenny showed some promise before I left, Cory is great in the gym but has shown Cuts Easily so Im not sure how long he can hang. Tito Hopkins and son, Tory. Tito was a great Middleweight back in the day. He and Slaughter are the two main reasons I wish I hadnt quit playing. Tory shows promise and Im hoping to sign Titos other son, Travis. Those are mine. I cant really link from phone. More to check out... Mr. Clean had a massive amount of Sacketts. The Kersikovs had quite a large family, dont remember the manager. The Punos, the Diggs brothers, and I believe Paul Bradley has quite a few Juniors on his squad.

Bleakardor
I haven't been around long enough to even know of some of these legacies, but this is a badass idea man, really cool. Be kind of a cool thing to have a compiled list of some of the better known families like that and put to a poll/vote. I actually think a few more people would start naming their better fighters with same names..

762x39
Almost all of my creations are either McGuire or River. But I havent had nearly as much success as some of these guys above.
762x39
Also Barnabas Sackett used to name practically all of his fighters something Sackett, but not sure about what the back story there was. And Dean made a bunch of Kersikovs. The Sackett's were series of family members in a western book series by Louis Lamour. I believe Barnabas was the first one to come to America, but it has been so long since I have read them I wouldnt swear to it. If you like reading and like westerns they are good books. He had a bunch of books that didnt involve the Sackett's but there was a lot of them that did. A few have even been made into western movies.

Mannetosen
One word 'Sitsongrit' Thais often take their gym's name as their fighting surname so I always took that as a Muay Thai thing and not a family thing.
