Also people have been talking about grappling only orgs but with GnP (maybe no Gnp idk because I'm not interested much) so take a look at those threads. People have been mentioning it. Really though when responding to a post the person should know why the post was made and by who.. we don't need to talk down to managers. But I would also be interested in seeing some actual grappling orgs surface.
