This is basically Beef, Onion, Garlic, Tomato Pure, Dijon Mustard, Cooking Cream, Salt & Fresh grounded Black pepper ... Nice and easy

I just want to say that I had to give you a Negative Vote for that comment Mike ... Because I dont know what you mean with "You guys only eat beige food"

 

 

Beef Stroganoff is a Russian Dish by the way

 

 

 

EDIT: And apparently I got one myself now lol

 

I +1'd cos it looks aight.. not as good as your last dish but doesn't deserve a minus! Too much sauce!

I've never seen beef stroganoff look that runny. Also I think Ive always had it with pasta and not rice

Lose the sour cream, and the pickles, and anything else that might be similar to sour cream, and I'd eat it.

You need Philadelphia Cheese, Powder Sugar and more Cocoa for your frosting

 

 

Could also work with a kind of Chocolate Ganache (70% Dark Chocolate, butter, cream basically)

 

 

But I like that your sprinkles has the same colors as the other pic lol

Swedish Vikings we are well known for our Meatballs but today I went for Meatballs Italian Style

 

 

EDIT: By the way I used 70% Lamb and 30% Beef in the balls

 

 

Castors Mad Meatball Marinara

 

PART 1

 

OK I started off with adding some roughly chopped Garlic with oil

After that I put in the Tomatoes (Mutti Di Parma)

 

 

 

Went for a walk with the dog and then came back and started preparing the Meatballs (I put them in a plastic bag and just press the meat out in to my left hand and shape them and put them in the pan its a lot faster and not as messy)

Then I fried the little suckers (Always use a small part of your minced meat mix and fry before you start frying all your meatballs in case you need more spices or salt)

OK so right now the Tomato Sauce had been boiling for more than 2 hours and I started putting in the Meatballs and fried up the rest
