Groundwork commentary (TKO/KO or sub)

Start position: ~ in guard on top.

Commentary text: ~ cannot break the closed guard, so he is clinching around ^'s lower back and bracing his legs as if he plans to slam ^ into breaking his grip. They are up and ~ is sliding his head into the center of ^'s chest and pushing down as he tucks in ^'s lower back? He isn't going for a slam at all. ^ is tapping frantically to what is essentially a bear hug! Using his head is what really put the pressure on ^'s lower back. We have a winner.

Commentary text: ~ is pushing down on ^'s shoulders to create distance and backs up against the *. ~ hooks ^'s right leg with his inside heel and reaches over ^'s back the grab his left leg. He is pulling hard using his elbow as a fulcrum. Can he get it? ~ rolls back throwing the leg behind his head! Spladle!!! ~ leans his head back as hard as he can splitting ^'s legs apart! The ref jumped in to stop the fight? It was a verbal tap! ^ is rolling with his hands between his legs in pain.

Commentary text: ~ is pushing down on ^'s shoulders to create distance and backs up against the *. ~ hooks ^'s right leg with his inside heel and reaches over ^'s back the grab his left leg. ~ rolls back into a spladle. The leg isn't behind his head to get the full torque, but ~ is raining down punches with his free right hand. ^ is helpless in this position and the ref jumps in to save him.

Commentary text: ~ hooks ^'s foot with his leg and reaches under to grab a lock on his neck. He cranks down hard rolling ^ onto his shoulders pinning him down with the leg still trapped. It's the old ball and chain! ~ is laying his weight down and freeing one hand up to drop bombs. ^ finally manages to roll through, but ~ is still standing over him unloading all he has. The ref dives in to pull ~ off! ~ jumped on the * and is flexing for his fans.

Commentary text: ^ catches ~arms and toss up his legs around his head, Looks like ^ trying for a triangle choke. Doesn't seem like ^ got it on...OH! ^ locks the submissions and ~ is forced to taps quickly as ^ throws his arms in victory!!

Commentary text: ~ has the back mount and tries to lock in the choke but ^ is trying to fight back. Their he goes not much of a struggle from ^ as ~ put him to sleep! Ladies and Gentleman ^ is "Out like a baby!"

Commentary text: ~ tries to pass the guard but ^'s got a hold of an arm and sinches up a triangle! ~ trashes around as he tries to pop his head free but ^ just locks it up even tighter, forcing ~ to tap out!

Commentary text: ~'s working a high guard. He grabs a hold of his own shin and goes for a Gogoplata! Can he get it? Both fighters struggle but ~ manages to force his shin underneath ^'s chin! This might be the end! - ~ pulls down the head and ^ taps out! Wooooooow, that was crazy! Awesome finish!

Commentary text: ~ postures up for some ground and pound but ^ uses the opening to get a hip out and grab a hold of an arm! He's looking to lock up a kimura from the guard! - ^ quickly scoots his hips out to the side and cranks the arm, forcing ~ to tap out!

Commentary text: ~'s working on isolating an arm. ^ recognizes the danger and tries to keep his arm close to his body but ~ yanks it out and goes for a straight armbar! This could end badly for ^! - ~ gets the arm straightened out and ^ taps out!

Commentary text: ^ better be careful here, as ~ has managed to isolate an arm. - ~ seems to be going for a Kimura but I don't think he can get enough leverage from the half guard. - Oh but now he's switched to a straight armbar and ^ seems to be in a lot of pain! He taps! The fight is over!

Commentary text: ~ is trying to slip out the back door and escape to his feet, but at the last second ^ locks on a reverse triangle from the back! ^ rolls ~ over on to the trapped arm... and there's the tap! Highlight reel submission by ^!

Start position: ~ in half guard on top

Commentary text: ~ is trying to stand up from the half guard, but ^ keeps control of his leg and drops back for the heel hook! ^ cranks it hard and the ref steps in as ~ screams in pain! ~ is still grimacing and holding his knee as ^ stomps around the ring in celebration!

Commentary text: ~ gets control of ^'s wrist and swings to the side for the armbar. It looks deep but ^ isn't tapping! ~ is grimacing as he gives it everything here. The arm is horribly hyperextended and ^ finally taps out to prevent it from snapping! That was horrifying, let's see a replay.

Commentary text: ~'s working on a kimura. He's stepped over the head but ^ proves to be a slippery customer and ~ might have to give up the attempt. - Oh but now he swivels for an armbar instead! And he's got it! ^ taps! Beautiful technique!

Commentary text: ~ scrambles back to his feet but he's left his leg in the party and ^ latches on to it and catches ~'s heel! ~ tries desperately to kick his foot out of ^'s armpit but it's in deep! - ^ arches back and ~ screams in pain as his ankle gets bent at a horrific angle! - Ouch, let's hope he hasn't sustained any permanent damage.

Commentary text: ~ gets control of ^'s wrist and swings to the side for the armbar. It looks deep but ^ isn't tapping! ~ is grimacing as he gives it everything here - OH! The arm snaps and the referee calls the fight! That was horrifying, let's see that replay.

It's best not to write about arms snapping and such as you could end up reading that and then having your fighter end up with a whooping 3 day injury.

Commentary Text: ~ sneaks his leg past ^'s arm and locks on a triangle. That looks tight... is this one over? ~ suddenly scrambles to his feet, letting his unconscious opponent flop to the mat! The ref looks down at ^ and signals the official end of the bout, but ~ is already standing on the * celebrating with the crowd.

Winner: ~

Start Position: ~ has given up his back

Commentary Text: ~ is aggressively trying to escape this bad position and get to his feet. He breaks loose for an instant but there's a scramble and ^ swings around to lock up a rear naked choke on his standing opponent! ~ stays upright and fights it for as long as he can, but his legs are getting unsteady and he's forced to tap out! Great awareness shown by ^ there, anticipating his opponent and capitalizing on a mistake.

Commentary text: He's holding him tight like a teddy bear here. This fighter is showing that he has immense strength as he shows his opponent some love! What's this? ^ has just slumped to the floor unconscious! Well this really puts a new meaning to squeezing the life out of someone!

Commentary text: ~ thuds a couple heel strikes into ^'s abdomen. ^ moves an arm down to block but soon realises his mistake as ~ quickly locks up the rear naked choke! ^ gargles and starts turning purple before tapping out, putting an end to this contest!

Commentary text: ~ is picking his shots here, trying to make them count. He nails ^ with a thunderous right hand and ^ goes off to visit the land of wind and ghosts! He's knocked out cold, putting a definite end to this contest!

Commentary text: ~ lands some big power punches from side control and ^ has curled into a ball! ~ starts bombing away and the ref calls for ^ to improve position but instead he taps out under the strikes!

Commentary text: ~ is shifting onto his hips here, he's got a good grip on ^ 's arm! What's he doing here? wow look at the way he's wrapping his legs around the head and neck of his opponent! he's locked it in , what a gogoplata, and now look at him raining 12 to 6 elbows from the bottom look at ^ tapping like mad! What a finish!

~ is looking for a guillotine choke here and he's got his arms around ^'s neck! ^ is not defending it well and ~ has tightened it up! This could be it all over! ^ refuses to tap here but his body has gone limp and his face is going purple! The referee Pulls ~ off him and This is allllll Ovvveerrrr!

What a brutal choke, A trickle of blood came out of ^ nose as his head slammed off the floor. That is naaaasty!

Superb Jiu Jitsu Performance there

(The guy who wins ill refer as #1 and the other #2)

Both fighters are swinging for the fences but #2 goes for a uppercut. #1 moves back and pounces on him for the takedown,#1 is raining down with thunderous blows.#1 elbows #2 and #2 is bearly covering up.#1 decides to rain down with 2 elbows and leaves #2 in a world of his own with no guard,#1 starts punching but then the ref drags #1 off #2

PERUVIAN NECKTIE!!! wow look at ^'s face go red like a Chameleon , RED-PURPLE-BLUE-TURQUIOSE and Release! the ref charges in and ^ Vommits as he comes round , what a beating! Superb Victory from ~

Commentary text:~ postures up and is working hard to break the guard. ^ opens up his guard, perhaps trying to work a submission. ~ tries to pass into half guard but ^ quickly switches into what looks like a very tight kneebar! ~ is struggling very hard and has a grimacing look on his face. ~ has the leg fully extended! ^ screams at the top of his lungs as the ref dives in and saves him from any further damage.
