Pembo
Hey, I see 25 year olds with exceptional everything under the 4 main cats. How do people do this?
TJMitchell
Probably train them up from 18 year olds
Warwynd
Definitely train them up from eighteen year olds or even 16 year olds.
aylib
Those 25 year olds typically dominate 18 yos for several in-game years, and then they are discarded. If you want a great fighter, chances are you will have to be very patient and start out young and you might have to suffer through some losses along the way. Think long term. actionjackson
There's a lot to learn but I'll start with a few things. Some managers start with min strength and stamina and train those exclusively first. Once those hit 12 or above you move on to others things. callmepoppa1
Ah yes, the new buck in town trying to epitomize everyones experiences over the years into one, quick, easy learning experience. It doesnt really work like that. There are a lot of things that could be mentioned. For instance keeping morale and energy up, managing training schedule to optimize energy, blah blah blah. But the truth is as far as builds and sliders there is not a cookie cutter build. If you want to become good at the game you have to experiment, fail and learn. Someone could tell you what to set your skills and sliders at but unless you understand why, you will never improve. When you make your fighter decide, is he going to be a striker? A grappler? A mix of the two? And develop him the way you think makes sense. If you fail then you can ask, this is what i did this is what happened what am i missing? Those are the kinds of questions that get answered. Whats the best way to make a fighter and train him likely will not get an answer.
