LFC 2: Bar Fights - PREVIEW

-- -- --

Roger Noguer (1-1-0) vs. Lucas "The Doc" Rautner (0-3-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

First fight of the evening! The BJJ specialist Noguer will be looking for the quick takedown in this fight and try to work his submissions early. His opponent Rautner will have to defend any takedowns coming his way. He's on a 3 fight losing streak and he's yet to win a bout in his Pro career, this would be the perfect place for the first win. His boxing outclasses his opponent, let's see if he will use it!

-- -- --

Lesnar "FaceBreakert" Frost (0-1-0) vs. Chris Sanchez (2-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Two big guys who doesn't want to fight on the ground, that's what I'm talking about! Frost is still looking for his first win. The boxer will have to show the world that he can get past his opponent's chin, but Sanchez has been there before. Sanchez is on a two fight win streak is will be looking for the third. He's shown his dominance is his first fights, he will look to do the same here. A win for Sanchez would make him a serious contender for the title!

-- -- --

Trevor "Pussy Willow" Godsey (0-0-0) vs. Cameron "Voodoo" Samura (0-1-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

Small one dimensional fighters facing each other in this lightweight bout. Godsey's first fight ever will be a tough challenge for sure. The wrestler is facing a guy who doesn't like to fight off his back, so this is where he will be comfortable. Samura showed decent clinchwork before, but like stated before, he fights like a turtle off his back. If he can keep that fight standing, he should be able to outskill his opponent, but Godsey won't allow that.

-- -- --

Cole Maxwell (0-0-0) vs. Yuma "Flash" Ozawa (0-0-0)

Welterweights bout (170lbs)

Welterweights making their Pro MMA debut right here! It should be an entertaining fight, as both fighters will stand and bang! The fighter with the best chin should be the winner in this bout. If this fight goes to the ground, it should be very boring, and I believe those two warriors want to give a good show, since this is where they make a name of themselves! Maxwell is slightly the underdog here, but this is where he performs best! Ozawa's slight advantage over his opponent could be a huge difference, but the most intelligent fighter will stand out.

-- -- --

Stevey "The Yetti" Ferritti (1-0-0) vs. Olegerio Rodriguez (0-0-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

You do not want to go to the ground with a fighter like Ferritti. His first fight showed his class on the ground, and it was a quick submission win for him. Rodriguez is a decent wrestler, but a lot better muay thai fighter, so he should be able to keep this fight standing and execute his gameplan at perfection. If this fight goes to the ground, it should be pretty much one sided for Ferritti, but Rodriguez's ground game has been underestimated oftenly in the past.

-- -- --

Dan "Avalanche" Summit (0-1-0) vs. Mike "Got Milk?" Saputo (1-0-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Despite a quick loss at his MMA debut, Summit has to be taken seriously. A simple mistake cost him his first loss in his first fight, but that's how you learn! He will be looking to control and dominate his opponent in every aspect of the fight. Saputo better wipe his milk mustache off before the fight. The big milk drinker is coming off a one-sided standup decision win. He has never been tested on the ground, but we know for sure he's a solid boxer. He doesn't seem to have any KO power though, that could give enough time to Summit to execute a perfect gameplan.

-- -- --

Justin "The Hunter" Jones (1-0-0) vs. Mohamma "Legend" Pashton (1-3-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Jones will be going into this fight looking to keep his undefeated record. He will have to use his grappling against his opponent, since his standup skills should be an issue in this bout. He showed good cardio and good control in his first bout. On the other side, Pashton is a really good boxer and also has lethal kicks. If he can stay in striking range, his opponent should be no match for him. But his ground game is questionable, so expect his opponent to try to take him down.

-- -- --

Tenchi Mu Yo (0-0-0) vs. Bill Pharion (3-0-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Pharion will be welcoming his opponent to the Pro MMA world. The remarkable wrestler will be looking to extend his undefeated record against another good grappler. A win here should be enough to give him a title shot. His opponent, Mu Yo, is an excellent BJJ specialist. He will have to avoid punishment on the ground and work his way toward a submission win. This fight won't be easy for anyone of these fighters and expect a good war on the ground. Getting a takedown won't be enough, it's what comes after.

-- -- --

Augustus "Gussie" Fink Nottle (1-0-0) vs. Killa Kill (0-0-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

Anyone interested in this co-main event? I sure am! This is the perfect match to see either a brilliant KO or a slick submission! I will be surprised if this fight doesn't get an "of the night" award. Where one is weak, the other one is strong. Fink Nottle is an excellent boxer with a good chin, and he works best on the feet. His opponent, Kill, will be looking to expose his ground game. He has decent muay thai, but he won't try to use it against his opponent. You betcha, he will go for the submission win for sure! This will be an entertaining bout, I wouldn't know where to put my money in this fight!

-- -- --

Tristar Tristan (2-0-0) vs. Samick "Analog" Behringer (1-0-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

It's time! Time for what!? The main event, of the evening! For the second time in as many times, Tristan is headlining a LFC event. With a win here, he will be guaranteed a shot at the middleweight title! He showed his class with his fists and with his grappling skills, now we want to see if he can go through a good grappler. He likes to get takedowns and work his ground and pound, but also doesn't mind working off his back.

Thought I was forgetting something? I'm getting to it! Behringer won't be an easy match for Tristan. Sure, he doesn't have the same degree of wrestling skills, but if he can stuff a few takedowns, he should be able to land a few shots to either KO his opponent or drain his energy. He won't be scared of scoring takedowns. He does have very good grappling skills. His ground game is accurate and he has good control. Be ready for an awesome main event!

Good luck to all fighters!

LFC NY 1 - PREVIEW

Jorge "Don Dyablo" Fraire (0-1-0) vs. "The Hybrid" Harlem Dillon (0-2-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

In this first bout of the evening, will see two fighters who are still looking for a first win in their career. Fraire has showed in his previous fight that he sure can take a hit. If he can work his wrestling like he wishes, he should be able to control the fight and run away with his first win. Dillon will be looking to work on the feet using his muay thai and keeping his opponent at distance, to use his reach at an advantage. Despite losing his first only fights in the circuit, he's never been finished inside the cage.

-- -- --

"Mon Chum" Remi Perrier (0-0-0) vs. Henrik "Crosby" Sjovall (0-2-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Another fight featuring winless fighters. I would be surprise to see this fight going the distance, and it should be a good grappling match. Like Perrier said with his french accent, "This fight is going on the ground and I'm going to win". It wouldn't be a surprise to see Sjovall trying to keep the fight standing, since he has a slight advantage there, but if it goes to the ground, both fighters will work their submission skills.

-- -- --

Paul Patterson (1-0-0) vs. Lenny "Beanpole" Bova (0-1-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Two young evenly matched fighters will give a go in this bout. It should a nice standup war as both fighters are good strikers. Patterson has shown brilliant ground game in his last bout, but that's not where he's comfortable. He's a pure boxer and he will show it. Bova also has good striking. He's been dominated on the ground at his last bout, but this is the perfect matchup for him to show what he can do at striking distance.

-- -- --

Terrence "Pyrex" Thornton (0-0-0) vs. Roman Mazzuca (3-1-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Here is a fight that won't go the distance. Thornton's debut will probably be remembered by everyone, especially by his opponent. The dangerous muay thai fighter won't be an easy pray for sure. He's been training for a long time and he's been craving for this fight. Mazzuca will be on the wrong side of some strikes. The guy who's often called "the gardener" will have his hands full in this but. He likes to work on the ground, and he will have to do so in this bout. He says he's excited for this fight, but really nervous, as he's the underdog by a mile.

-- -- --

Esquiva Falcao (0-1-0) vs. Smacky "Whap" Slappy (0-0-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

Another boxing matchup in the mix. Falcao will be the taller fighter, with an enourmous reach advantage. This could be the difference in this bout. He faced a wrestler in his first bout and wasn't able to show his standup skills, so here is his chance! Slappy will have to get into striking range, but it won't be easy against his taller opponent. His he can get the fight into clinch, he should be able to land a few dirty boxing strikes and control the fight from there. This is the perfect fight to see if he has the power to KO a boxer!

-- -- --

Evan "The Event" Horizon (1-0-0) vs. Uncle "Mgm" Murda (0-1-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

A very big difference in height for this heayweight bout. The taller fighter Horizon had this to say before the fight: "Uncle Murda is getting KTFO". A sentence that I'm sure, didn't go too well with Murda's camp. Murda has been training like a beast ever since and will do everything to shut Horizon's mouth.

-- -- --

James Fern (0-1-0) vs. Jimmy Palmer (2-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Another heavyweight matchup, this time, between a good boxer and a powerful wrestler. Ferm is looking to have his name under the win columns, as it would be his first ever. He will have his hands full against Palmer, who's looking to get a third win in as many fights. Fern will surely want to fight at striking range, but chances are Palmer will stick to him like glue.

-- -- --

Sean "Irish Car Bomb" Conlon (1-0-0) vs. Tom Thomas (1-2-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

A big fight for the following 2 skilled lightweights. A fight that will determine a clear contender for the LFC lightweight title. Conlon is no stranger to the LFC. His first fight was a big decision win in his favor, and he will be looking for a finish for sure this time. His standup game is very good, and his wrestling is just awesome. Despire losing his last 2 fights, Thomas is an exceptional fighter with both good standup and ground game. He likes to work his muay thai on the feet and is never scared to go to the ground. Expect a pretty great fight here, as both fighters are looking to get past each other.

-- -- --

Best "Fighter" Ever (4-1-0) vs. John Marshton (2-0-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

Another lightweight title contention right here! The winner of this bout will have an automatic shot at the title. Ever will be looking to get this fight to the ground right when the bell rings, but Marshton is not an easy target when it comes to the ground game. His two submission wins says a lot about it. This could be a quick finish or a war to a decision, both fighters will come out strong and use everything they have in their gas tank. Can't wait for this fight, are you excited yet?

-- -- --

Osiris Loveladdy (3-1-0) vs. Wayne "Wildlife" Wagner (1-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Boy, oh boy. The main event of the evening! One that the LFC fans have been waiting for! With all the trash talk between those two fighters, there's no way this fight won't be a good one. Wagner said to his opponent "Bring your best, it won't be enough, but at least you won't have any regrets". That was enough to get Loveladdy's attention, but not enough to play with his head, since he simply replied "I don't feel anything for him, emotions are a weakness when it comes time to fight".

Interesting matchup, and of course, to add a little more to it, the winner of this fight is getting an automatic shot at the heavyweight title! That's a lot of contention fights in one event! First event in New York, let's make it a good one shall we?

Sean "Irish Car Bomb" Conlon: Well, I won another fight. As if there was e'er any doubt. Not sure what Tom Thomas's problem was. He kept trying ta hug me the whole fight. I kept punchin' 'him in the face for it though. It was kinda fun. Sadly, I was not able to get the knock out that all the fans wanted ta see, because I was playin' around with 'im too much. Next time I will try and make the fight more excitin' for ya. What's next?

Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of LFC Hype with Brett! I have by my side, lightweight contender Sean "Irish Car Bomb" Conlon. If you didn't watch last night's event, LFC NY 1, well you missed his dominant performance against Tom Thomas that got him a second straight win with the LFC. I heard from President James Listerman that a title fight is currently in the making for this guy, but let's not focus on this right now.

Brett: Glad to have you here tonight Sean. Let's get this started. Why and when did you start doing MMA?

Sean: Well, I started doin' wrestling as a young lad. I was always gettin' inta fights and that as a boy so I figured if'n I can break some skulls and get paid for it, then what the Hell, right? Anyway, me pappy told me ta go an see a guy 'at he knew ta se ta me trainin'. That guy said he had retired but that a good friend of his was still trainin' fighters in the States. So, I packs up me stuff and heads off ta The US of A. I guess that was about two years ago now. But I finally got me a fight and I won. And I loved e'ery second of it. Cannae wait ta git in there and do it again.

Brett: What's your favorite strike to use in any fight?

Sean: I'm a big fan o' just punchin' a bloke in 'is face until 'e falls down. Notin' more fancy 'en that really.

Brett: Who is your biggest inspiration?

Sean: I'd hafta say it's either me dad, who usta kick tha shite out of me whene'er I mouthed of to 'im, or acted stupid, as 'e usta put it. Turns out that I wasnae actin' I tested for an IQ and scored an 89. I thought that was percentages at first and thought, "Well, now, look at that! I'm not so dumb after all." Then I found out that it's not done by percents, and that an 89 makes me more or less a moron. Oh well... at least I have an excuse now, see?

The other one what might be an inspiration ta me is Brunno. He tells me that if I don't pull me 'ead out of me arse that 'e's gonna clobber me. 'ave you seen the size of that bloke? That's enough ta keep me focused. It's hard ta understand 'im sometimes though. He talks funny. And he says some silly things ta some of the blokes what works on tha docks. Things like, "Yous gonna be sleepin' wit da fishes, if'n yous don't unfuck yousself" Things like that. I was thinking to myself, "That's just silly. You can't sleep with fish. Either the fish will dry up and die or you will drown, depending on where ya try and sleep."

Brett: Do you like to stand with your opponents or you'd rather take them to the ground?

Sean: Oh, I much prefer to have me standing and them laying on the floor takin' a nap. Wrestling is just to make sure them other gits don't try any of that BJJ stuff on me.

Brett: What makes you better than any other fighter in your division?

Sean: Cause I'm Irish. In order that an Irishman fights his equal, he is forced to face another Irishman.

Brett: If you could have one dream fight, who would it be?

Sean: Huh. Well, that's a tough one. I guess I would like ta fight like a clone of meself. That would be somethin' for the fan ta see.

Brett: What do you want to be remembered for at the end of your career?

Sean: Same thing all fighters want, I guess. Ta be remembers as a great fighter. Ideally to be remembered as the greatest fighter ever, but there's a lot of great fighters out there that I would have ta be better than for that ta happen.

Brett: What's the real meaning of your nickname, or what does it stand for?

Sean: Well, I'm from Belfast, in Northern Ireland. Car Bombs are things what used to happen pretty regular there. I like it cause that's what I do. I get up in your face and explode. I take mother fuckers out!

Brett: Well Sean, that's all the questions I had. Thanks so much for being here today, great fight last night and I wish you luck for your upcoming fights.

Sean: Yeah, thanks for having me on. I just hope I programmed my DVR right, I don't wanna miss this show. See how I looked and stuff.

Brett: Don't worry about that Sean, I can send you a tape, you just have to ask for it!

Well, ladies and gentlemen, this is all the time we had for tonight. This was Brett at LFC Hype with Lightweight contender Sean "Irish Car Bomb" Conlon. Have a good night!

LFC 3: Contenders - PREVIEW

-- -- --

Matthew "Matt The Knife" Lumsden (0-4-0) vs. Brock "King Kong" Foster (0-3-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

The night will start off with a fight between 2 fighter's who are yet to win a first fight in their career. Having both lost at their LFC debut on August 3rd, they will be looking to give a good show to the crowd in order show everyone how good they can be.

-- -- --

Donovan "Cheetah" Travis (0-2-1) vs. Chris "Allstar" Rautner (1-1-1)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Deja vu! Oh yeah, their last battle ended in a draw at the first ever LFC event back in July. Their fight was worthy of fight of the night award and it was a great one to watch! Standup, clinch, ground, they fight everywhere the fight goes and they never give up. Expect another good war right here, because they don't want to leave this fight in the hands of the judges.

-- -- --

Cashel "Cosmo" Clayton (1-1-0) vs. Tim "Terror" Ellis (1-1-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Two newcomers to the LFC. Clayton is no stranger to the ground game. He likes to control and work from there, and this is where he will be better in this bout. Ellis on the other hand, would love for this fight to stay on the ground. He has the chin to overcome pretty much any punch, and he has the boxing skills to outmatch his opponent in the standup.

-- -- --

Carter "The Punk" Wait (0-1-0) vs. James "Hitman" Ranallo (0-0-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Despite losing his first bout in the circuit, Wait has been training really hard for his next fight. The young muay thai fighter is glad to welcome newcomer Ranallo to the circuit, and will want to do it by showing him his dominance. Being new to the Pro MMA world, Ranallo could be a little nervous coming into this fight, but his standup game should be good enough to handle his opponent. I would surprise to see this fight go to the ground, so expect a nice stand and bang kind of fight.

-- -- --

Chael "Smokes" Mcdougall (0-0-0) vs. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (0-0-1)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

We could see either a good KO or a slick submission in this fight. Mcdougall is a good grappler who likes to submit his opponents. He's new to the Pro MMA world, but this fight is where he can make a name of himself. He will be facing a good muay thai fighter. Jackson has a draw in his first fight, so he will be looking to get past his opponent and get a win. He wants nothing less than the Light Heavyweight title, so this is where he wants to start his run.

-- -- --

"The Bone Conductor" Thayrone Eksington (4-0-1) vs. Ricky "The Bear" White (0-1-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

White may have to change his nickname to "The underdog" after this fight. It's the second time in a row he's facing a much more experienced and skilled opponent. He says that's the way he likes his fights though. What a warrior! Eksington is on a 4 fight win streak, which makes him a serious threat in the lightweight division. A win here should be enough to grant him a shot at the lightweight title.

-- -- --

Justin "The Beast" Jackson Jr (1-1-0) vs. Bruce Lit (1-1-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

I have to admit, I'm a big fan of rematches! Another rematch here, as Jackson Jr will be looking to avenge his only loss to the hands of Lit. Jackson Jr is coming off a submission of the night win over Lit's teammate and will be looking to do the same thing here to finally get his revenge over Lit. Lit on the other hand, is coming off a decision loss, and will have to step up here and show his opponent that he is the most dominant fighter in this bout. All he wants is the finish like he did in their first bout.

-- -- --

Derek "Beer" Burns (1-0-0) vs. Ray "fixer" Fixer (1-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Burns is coming off a quick TKO win at his LFC debut. He was glad the fight wasn't too long cause fighting in a bar makes him thirsty, he had to go drink! Don't be surprised to see him watch the rest of the event from a bar stool. He's facing an excellent fighter, Fixer, who's not scared to fight from any position in the cage. He's well rounded fighter intelligent fighter who will adapt to his opponent's gameplan and work his dominance from there. This could be a really good fight, and the winner will be one step closer to the Light Heavyweight title.

-- -- --

Raze Bahamut (2-1-0) vs. Devan Arias (2-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Never two without three! What am I talking about? Another rematch ladies and gentlemen! The co-main event of the evening! Bahamut called out Arias, as he wanted to avenge his only loss. Arias won the first fight by a close decision, back when both fighters were pretty much inexperienced. Arias won at his LFC debut with a slick submission, but he will have to change his gameplan against his brown belt BJJ opponent. Bahamut would love to bring this fight to the ground early on, so he can control and hopefully get a submission win. He will look for nothing less than sub of the night. Another fight who will give a Light Heavyweight contender.

-- -- --

Taite "The Ripper" Laiveta (4-0-0) vs. Willian "The Samurai" Mochizuki (1-0-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

This is it ladies and gentlemen! It's tiiime! The main event of the evening. This is the KO of the night candidate, no doubt! Two dangerous muay thai fighters who will be looking to destroy one another. Laiveta has 3 KO of the night awards in just 4 fights, and will be looking to keep this going. When he hits, he hurts! When it comes to dangerous striking, Mochizuki is no stranger to this game. He may have only 1 fight to his repertoire, but it was a brutal KO win, against a guy no one thought could be finished. Of course it was a KO of the night, this is what these guys here fight for!

The event isn't called "Contenders" for nothing. There are a few fights that will determine clear contenders for title shots. This is the most hyped event we've seen so far in the LFC, and it's going to be a crazy one! Fans are going nuts and can't wait for this night to start.

LFC 4: Big Guns - PREVIEW

-- -- --

Joey "The Bat" Battafuco (1-0-0) vs. Rakharo "Rak" Qotho (1-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Here goes the event, starting up with 2 big wrestler guys. Both fighters are coming off a first win at their Pro MMA debut. Battafuco will be looking to use his size advantage to control his opponent on the ground, but since his opponent is a strong wrestler, he will have his hands full for sure. Qotho dominated his opponent in his last fight and will be looking to do the same. He's a small heavyweight, but this is how he likes it.

-- -- --

Benoit "The Cook" Hacher (0-1-0) vs. Ben "Animal" Muyle (0-2-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

This lightweight bout could show two skilled fighter on the feet, but Hacher could be using his better wrestling to overmatch his opponent. Muyle would love to work in the clinch in this fight to show off his good muay thai skills. This fight could end in a quick KO if the fight stays on the feet. Both fighters are yet to win their first career fight, so they could go all out here.

-- -- --

Charlie Condell (0-0-0) vs. William Moreland (0-0-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Here goes two fighters making their Pro MMA debut! Condell usually likes to fight standing, but he will be facing a excellent boxer. Moreland will have the advantage in the boxing range, but if Condell stays on the outside long enough to land a big kick, it could change the pace of the fight and keep Condell in control. Expect a big KO finish in this fight, as both fighters won't exploit their ground weaknesses.

-- -- --

Paul Girouard (0-1-0) vs. Jamaal "Smooth" Griery (0-1-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

This fight should be an interesting one, as both fighters are yet to win a fight in the circuit, and are pretty much evenly skilled in all aspect of the game. Girouard should have the advantage on the ground with his wrestling, but Griery has underrated BJJ that could make him a dangerous fighter on the ground. Griery should have the better chin and this could make all the difference in this bout.

-- -- --

Chucky Ouellette (0-0-0) vs. Andrew "Snapping Dragon" Pierce (0-1-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

History will be wrote in this bout, as the youngest fighter to ever compete in the LFC is here! 16 years old boxer Ouellette will be fighting for the first time in the big leagues. Is he ready for this? Pierce should be able to tell us after the fight. Pierce will be the lucky one to welcome him, and won't be giving him anything easy for sure. Pierce has a crazy good chin, and a good all around skillset.

-- -- --

Melech "The Mauler" Mazar (0-0-0) vs. Jay "Sandman" McCull (1-0-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Grappling match with punches in the face, oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about! Mazar will be going in the fight the bigger fighter, and he will be looking to use his wrestling and strength to control and try to dominate his opponent on the ground. It won't be an easy task, because McCull is a great BJJ athlete. Even if he's smaller, he will be using his speed and ground skills to get a submission win.

-- -- --

Peter "Blaster" Nolan (1-0-0) vs. Keisuke Miyagi (2-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Nolan has been looking forward to his LFC debut for a while now. His first fight was scheduled early in August, and was rules a no contest after his opponent came in too heavy at the weight-in. He took it well and decided to focus a lot more on training and will now be facing a good test at LFC 4. If Nolan can keep the fight standing, he will have a huge advantage and will be looking for the KO finish. Miyagi doesn't mind the standup game. He's a skilled muay thai fighter with a good chin, but he should be looking to use his wrestling to fight where he should be more comfortable against his opponent.

-- -- --

"Dark Times" Gichin Fames (1-0-0) vs. Dominic "The Dominator" Leblanc (1-1-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

This should be an interesting fight. Fames usually likes to get his fights to the ground and work his BJJ skills, but he will be facing a much more talented fighter in that aspect of the game. So he should be looking to work his boxing game, where he should have a big advantage over his opponent. On the other side, Leblanc lost his last fight at his own game, losing to a submission against another great grappler. He should have the advantage on the ground, if he can bring the fight there to work his magic.

-- -- --

Jay "The Ghost Assasin" Jones (2-1-0) vs. "Mouti Anglo" Estie Langlaise (1-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Jones will be looking to show the LFC that he's a 205 contender and that the belt should be around his waist. He's an excellent grappler and he's not scared of an all out war with anyone put in front of him. He usually likes to get the fight to the ground and sub his opponents, let's see what will happen here. His opponent, Langlaise, is a newcomer to the LFC. He won his first fight by a close decision, and will be looking to win this fight by an impressive finish. Being the co-main event of the evening, this fight should be an exciting one and the winner will be one to remember!

-- -- --

Big "Bad" Bud (3-0-0) vs. Barry "Big Daddy" Robertson (3-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

This is the main event of the evening! And boy, those fighters like to give a good show! Both fighters are on a 3 fight winning streak with no losses on their record. The winner of this bout gets an automatic shot at the vacant heayweight title! Bud is an excellent muay thai fighter who will kick your head out if he gets the chance. He wants nothing less but the win, because the title is what he's aiming for. He's been dreaming about a belt like that since he was just a little munchkin, and will give everything he has to prove he deserves it.

Robertson will be no easy opponent. He's a very good boxer that's not scared to bring a fight to the ground to outgrapple his opponents. The title is clearly what he's going for, and Bud is just another guy to beat to get to it. This fight could easily get a fight of the night award, let's see which one it will be!

LFC NY 2 - PREVIEW

Hello everyone, and welcome to the first official preview done by Brett and Jared from LFC Hype! We're both excited to be here with you tonight for the preview of the LFC's second event in New York. Let's start off with a quick note about the undercard bouts of the evening.

UNDER CARDS

-- -- --

Johnny "Lightning" Cloud (0-1-0) vs. Fabien "The Writer" Despres (0-1-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

Jared: We will start off the event with a fight between two guys who didn't get it easy in their first fight with the LFC. Both fighters lost, but against top contenders. This is their second chance to prove their worth in the circuit.

Brett: That's right Jared.

-- -- --

Benjamin "The Truck" Watson (0-1-0) vs. Joe "Penisbludge" Hogan (0-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Brett: Right after that, we're gonna see two newcomers to the LFC. Two heavyweights with a huuuuge size difference. Is it David vs Goliath? No mister, it's Watson vs Hogan! Both fighters are pretty much even skill wise, but the size will make the difference. Watson could easily lose a little weight and fight at 205, but that's not my decision!

Jared: You could lose weight too Brett!

-- -- --

Paul "Punisher" Uvol (0-1-0) vs. Werner "Colonel Klink" Klemperer (0-1-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Jared: Before Brett throws me across the room, here's another heavyweight bout! Two big wrestlers who kinda look like they're coming straight from the WWE. At least that's what I thought until I watched a tape of their last fight, and boy, that's no fake wrestling my friend! This fight will either be a hugging contest, or a brutal TKO win by either fighter. Let's hope they aim for the second option!

Brett: I'm sure you'd love to see the first option though Jared, just saying.

-- -- --

Luciano "Ghostface" Cruz (0-1-0) vs. Nicolas "Bo O" Barcos (0-1-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Brett: Here's a fight who could easily end up in being either a KO of the night, or a sub of the night. If this fight goes the distance, I will let Jared punch me in the gut as hard as he can. Cruz is an excellent striker and will look to stay on the outside, while Barcos will be looking for the early takedown to work his submission game.

Jared: Sorry Brett, didn't listen to the last part, I was taking notes about me punching you in the gut, and it's on tape, so tough luck to you big guy.

-- -- --

Chuck Nowrist (1-1-0) vs. Garth Dump (0-1-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Jared: Another fight who shouldn't go the distance, and this one is between two LFC veteran.. well, they fought here before anyways. Nowrist will look to stuff some takedowns and use his muay thai at will, but Dump will try to ground and pound his opponent's face on the mat, so this could be a really exciting fight to watch!

-- -- --

That's it for the undercard fights of the evening. Let's get right to the main card fights, this is where it gets interesting, since the LFC is currently looking for champions in all division, and the following fighters are aiming for nothing less but the championship belt.

MAIN CARDS

-- -- --

John "The Don" Ross (2-0-0) vs. Cohollo Aggo (0-1-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Brett: Well Jared, this is a fight that boxing fans will want to see. Looking for a quick KO? This is probably where it'll happen.

Jared: That's right Brett. Both fighters are to finish a fight, but they have a skill to do so on the feet, and they just don't want a ground battle. This is their time to shine and this is where they will throw every punch they have in their bags.

Brett: They also like to give a show to the fans. They're far from being boring fighters, so this is probably a fan favorite right here.

-- -- --

Danny "The Dragon" Drago (1-1-0) vs. Mack Wiatrzyk (2-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Jared: Whoa! Brett! Have you seen the height difference between those two fighters?!

Brett: Sure did. Except this to be a huge factor in this fight. Drago like to use his reach advantage to strike, but Wiatrzyk is an excellent wrestler, and that's where the size will make the difference. Drago's been in the wrong side of some ground and pound before and he's not scared of it. He's also dangerous from the bottom, so this could be an interesting fight on the ground.

-- -- --

Timmy "Steele" Wysote (2-0-0) vs. Lee "The Slicer" Stacey (0-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Jared: Well peeps, I wish I could tell you about Stacey, but all the VHS tapes we received from his amateur fights were... well let's face it, who owns a VHS nowadays?

Brett: It doesn't matter Jared, we know he's a well rounded fighter. I've seen one of his fights before, he looks good from every angles.

Jared: That's too much information buddy, keep your personal life to yourself.

Brett: Well we do know about Wysote, who has an okay all around game, but he aims for submissions all the time. You always see it coming, but for some reason, he will still get you.

Jared: Exactly, if he can get this fight to the ground, it's no secret that he will go for no less than a submission win.

-- -- --

Boris "The Bear" Badenov (2-0-0) vs. Nelly "The Champ" Haynes (2-2-1)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Brett: How about the co-main event of the evening! Two top middleweights who will fight for a top stop in the division. Badenov will be going for three in a row here, but he will have to go through an even matched opponent.

Jared: Hell yeah. Haynes did lose his first LFC bout, but this guy can still prove he's champion material. All he wants is prove everyone that his nickname is no joke.

Brett: This is going to be an excellent bout, and we can expect to see all MMA moves to be used, since they can do everything.

Jared: It will be a fight worthy of being a co-main event, you can count on that.

-- -- --

Dr Pepper (6-1-0) vs. Suntan Superman (1-0-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Brett: The main event of the evening ladies and gentlemen! Newcomer to the LFC, but a veteran of the sport, Pepper will be looking to add another win to his well decorated record.

Jared: His record looks a little bit like me, it looks good!

Brett: ... Pepper will face an evenly matched opponent. And by that, I mean, evenly matched!

Jared: I think we understood. But yeah, skill wise, they are equal in all aspects. I think the difference in this fight could be experience, but Superman is not feeling any pressure going into this fight. I met with him yesterday, and he's looking forward to this fight. He's glad to face a well established fighter like Pepper, cause he says it's the best test he can get. Win or lose, he wins experience and will learn a lot from the fight.

Brett: One thing certain, the winner of this bout will be a serious contender in the welterweight division. Can't wait for this fight! That's it for us folks. It was Brett and Jared at LFC Hype! Have a good one!

LFC 5 - PREVIEW

Hello everyone and welcome to LFC 5's fight previews. You're here with Brett and Jared who will be taking care of going through all fights of the event. Let's not waste more time and get this thing going!

UNDERCARDS

-- -- --

Raaaaaaaaaah "Mraaaaah" Mukaaaah (0-3-0) vs. Rico "The Comb" Suave (0-2-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Jared: Well Brett, when you fight in the undercards, all you wish for, is a main event spot.

Brett: Yeah, but with a record like these guys, the main event spot is pretty much out of reach, unless they start racking wins, starting with this one! Both fighters are yet to win a single pro bout, so it's kind of a do or die for them here.

-- -- --

Kurt Winkel (1-2-0) vs. "Type 1" Ethan Riley (0-2-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Jared: Another fight where the fighters will have to make something happen if they want to continue their career in the pro world. Both fighters have been struggling really bad lately, but will be looking to end this madness by proving to the circuit that they still can compete at the high level.

-- -- --

"Powerful" Joe Hogan (0-0-0) vs. Terry "The Canadian Disaster" Linkman (0-2-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Brett: We have a much more experienced fighter here in Linkman. He will be looking to end his losing streak by welcoming LFC's newcomer Hogan, who's also new to the pro mma world. Both fighters should be looking to keep this fight standing. Coming off a fight of the night in his last LFC bout, Linkman will look no less than another entertaining bout!

-- -- --

Veloso "Show Off" Faeez (2-1-0) vs. Robbie "Roberts" Rockin (0-0-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Jared: This fight should be one-sided, but I could be wrong like I've been before. We have Faeez who's wrestling background speaks for itself, and he won't want to stand with Rockin, who's brand new to the pro mma world, but he sure does have a lethal striking game.

-- -- --

Miyamoto "Brace Fencer" Musashi (0-0-0) vs. Gator Bait (1-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Brett: This could be an interesting fight, between two young prospects in the light heavyweight division. The muay thai specialist Musashi will be facing wrestler Bait, who won his first LFC bout by dominating his opponent to a decision victory.

-- -- --

"The Holy Hand Grenade" Nate Jones (1-1-0) vs. Johnny "The Demon" Reyes (0-2-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Jared: The last undercard bout of the evening, and it should be a good one! Both fighters can fight from about anywhere and they like to give a good show. The only difference between the two fighters is, Jones is a better wrestler by not much, and Reyes is the better BJJ by not much. This could easily end up in being fight of the night!

-- -- --

Brett: Well Jared, the undercards look kinda promising, as a lot of fighters have a lot to prove!

Jared: That's right Brett, a few fighters are yet to win a fight in the circuit, and will have to change that bad habit and start racking up wins if they want a chance to compete with the best.

Brett: Let's head to the main cards, shall we?

MAIN CARDS

-- -- --

Nanda "Bungee Gum" Hisoka (1-1-0) vs. Zach Smear (1-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Jared: What happens when you put 2 exciting fighters together in a cage and make them fight each other? You get an exciting fight!

Brett: Wow Jared, that's some crazy logic you just got out there. But you're right. Hisoka is coming off 2 straight fights of the night and Smear has a triangle submission win in under a minute, so this could be nothing less than an exciting fight.

Jared: Hisoka will be looking to stand, since it's his opponent's big weakness, but if Smear gets the fight to the ground, watch for some quick submission attempts.

-- -- --

Little "Titch" Man (1-0-0) vs. Charles Ouellette (2-0-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Brett: So Jared, since you're so smart and so slick, what do you think will happen in this fight?

Jared: Easy. They will fight in a cage and they will hit and get hit. That's as precise as I can get, since those fighters are too versatile to even take a guess.

Brett: Exactly! Those fighters are both well rounded and can finish the fight from about anywhere. Man is slightly the better wrestler, but Ouellette should have the edge in the striking, so get ready for an awesome fight!

-- -- --

Augustus "Gussie" Fink Nottle (2-0-0) vs. Duncan Cooper (4-1-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

Jared: Are you excited yet Brett?

Brett: I should be, but everytime I turn and look at you, I get a little scared looking at your smile.

Jared: ... two lightweight contenders facing each other in this bout. What about their skills?

Brett: Both boxers with an excellent wrestling background. That's a fight that could easily be a fan favorite. Fink Nottle has fought here before and fans simply loved him. Too bad it was a referee stoppage but man, he busted his opponent's face open.

Jared: He's an accurate striker, that's for sure. Cooper is no stranger to the striking game though. He usually dominates his opponents in the striking so this could be a war between those two fighters. I would be surprised to see this going to the ground.

-- -- --

Arnold Washer (2-0-0) vs. Mike Nygard (3-1-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Brett: This is the main event of the evening! A middleweight bout that will determine who's the next in line for a shot at the title my friend.

Jared: That's right Brett. Those guys here are already ranked in the top 5 in their divisions, and they will be there for a while. Washer is on a two fight win streak, no losses on his pro record, and boy does he like to fight on the ground. He looks like Royce Gracie back in the days. When the fight goes to the ground, he looks good, and he looks for nothing less than a submission win.

Brett: On the other side, Nygard has no quit in him. With only one loss to his record, he avenged that loss right away, showing everyone that it was only a fluke. He's determined to get that LFC belt around his waist, and Washer is just another step on the ladder before he reaches the top.

Jared: This will be an awesome main event, and I can't wait to be there, cage side, to see that fight happen.

Brett: You heard it right. We will be cage side for the event. From now on, me and Jared will be the official live commentators of all LFC events.

Jared: It's gonna be legendary!

Augustus "Gussie" Fink Nottle (223009)

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/32/32w11.jpg

Only two days away from my highly anticipated Main card fight with Anderson Machida. He will live up to his unimaginative name with an equally unimaginative game plan. I will beat him striking from a distance, I will beat him in the clinch and I will beat him on he ground if that is what it comes to. I have the outclass him in technique, physique and I have the experience which comes with being his elder. Cant wait to see your bloody face looking up at me Wednesday evening.

LFC 6 - Preview

-- -- --

Welcome to LFC 6's preview, done by Brett Clarke and Jared Asante from LFC Hype! Please note that this preview will be the last one where all fights will be on display. Starting with LFC 7, which will host the first LFC's title fight, we will only cover the 4 or 5 main fights of the event. With that said, here's Brett and Jared.

Brett: Thanks boss! Welcome everyone, this is Brett along with Jared at LFC Hype! Hope all is well with you guys, I know we're pumped to be here again, let's get right away to the fights for LFC 6!

UNDERCARDS

-- -- --

Dan "Avalanche" Summit (0-2-0) vs. Arman "Kap " Kozha (0-3-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Jared: Well said Brett, here's the first fight of the night. Two guys who have a lot to prove to the LFC if they want to stay around and resurrect their career.

Brett: It's been a slow start for both of them, that's for sure. They are still looking for the first win of their young career, so this fight is very important. A win could be the first of many, let's hope it goes well.

-- -- --

Joey "Lightning Rod" Corato (0-0-0) vs. Lucas "The Doc" Rautner (0-4-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Jared: Well it's always hard to judge a fighter on his first fight, so all I can say is that Corato will not want to lose this fight.

Brett: Oh no Jared. He's facing Rautner who's pretty much on a slump fight now. He's 0-4 and will want to prove the LFC he's worth it, but I don't think it's his time. It comes a time in your career that you just have to call it quit, a loss here could be that time for him.

-- -- --

Brett "Hickory Stick" Clay (0-0-0) vs. Lesnar "FaceBreakert" Frost (0-2-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Brett: Another fighter making his debut. Clay is an excellent muay thai fighter with pretty much no skill on the ground.

Jared: If this fight stays standing, he will probably get the KO, but I have a feeling that we could see some wrestling and grappling coming from Frost if he wants any chance of winning this fight.

-- -- --

Chris Sanchez (3-0-0) vs. Andy McCallum (1-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Jared: This is an interesting fight, I don't think it could be more evenly matched.

Brett: You're right Jared, these guys are well trained in all aspects of the game, it will be interesting to see who comes up on top. Both fighters are yet to win a fight and they would love to get a title shot when the time comes.

Jared: I spoke with McCallum a few days ago, and he told me he was pumped for this fight. It's his first bout with the LFC and he's hoping to make a big statement with a win here.

-- -- --

"Dominator" Mariusz Pudzianowski (3-5-0) vs. Sparka "HC" Man (1-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Jared: Wow, look at the size difference! Sparka Man could easily fight at 205, and he would still be small in my opinion.

Brett: Size doesn't matter Jared, you should know that.

Jared: What do you mean by that?

Brett: Just a conversation I had with your girlfriend last night, but that's not important, Pudzianowski is the more experienced fighter here, and even if he has the size advantage, he will have to be careful not to get caught early on by Sparka's boxing.

-- -- --

Louis Gaudinot (3-1-0) vs. Yuki Takano (0-0-0)

Lightweight bout (155lbs)

Jared: Last undercard fight of the event. The crazy good grappler Gaudinot will be facing untested and pretty much unknown Yuki Takano who was signed recently by the LFC. He's coming straight from Japan and doesn't speak much english.

Brett: He knows two words, yes and fuck. When I asked him if he was going to win at LFC 6, he told me "Fuck Yes!". Did he actually understand what I asked him? Not a clue, but at least the answer made sense... somewhat.

MAIN CARDS

-- -- --

Carlo "CaBooz" Boozer (3-0-0) vs. Bill Pharion (3-1-0)

Welterweight bout (170lbs)

Brett: Let us start the main card fights with some welterweight contention! Despite losing his last fight to rising start Mu Yo, Pharion is still considered a huge threat to the welterweight division.

Jared: He sure is. If he goes through Boozer, he will surely qualify as a serious contender to the title. But Boozer is no easy opponent. He's been asking already for that title shot, and should be getting it if he wins here. A win would make it 4 in a row for him and he would still be undefeated.

Brett: Boozer is an excellent fighter, I think he does deserve a shot, but it will all depend on his performance against Pharion. Pharion is no punching bag. He will fight with pride and climb back the welterweight ladder, trust me.

-- -- --

Frankie "The Answer" Edgar (1-0-0) vs. Steve "Bells" Belliveau (1-0-0)

Middleweight bout (185lbs)

Jared: Talking about climbing ladders, we have 2 middleweight fighters right here who sure can finish a fight. Both fighters won their first pro fight by a quick first round finish and will be looking to do the same thing again in this fight.

Brett: If the fight goes to the ground, Edgar would have a huge advantage with his superior BJJ, but Bells should be able to keep the fight standing. Both fighters are excellent boxers, so this could be a fan favorite if everything goes as planned.

Jared: I don't think Edgar would bring the fight to the ground, but you're right, his first fight was a quick submission win, Bells will not want to grapple with him.

-- -- --

Levi Jensen (0-0-0) vs. Andreas Reiter (2-0-0)

Heavyweight bout (265lbs)

Brett: Here comes the boom! This will most likely end up by being KO of the night, I have a feeling. Those guys can bang, their striking it just too good not to KO their opponent.

Jared: Jensen is a newcomer to the Pro MMA world, but his standup game is plainly awesome. Reiter has already shown that he wants nothing less than the KO punch. His first two victims were on the wrong side of his heavy hands, I can't wait to see who goes down first in this fight.

Brett: It's even hard to tell who will win; the aggressive fighter, or the counter fighter? Depends on how good their gameplan will be.

-- -- --

Justin "The Hunter" Jones (2-0-0) vs. Gary Gravity (2-0-0)

Light Heavyweight bout (205lbs)

Jared: The main event of the evening! This should be a great war! Both fighters are evenly matched in the standup, let's see where the fight will go.

Brett: Jones usually likes to get the fight to the ground and work his BJJ, but I would be surprise to see him take Gravity down to the mat. Gravity is a very good wrestler, I don't think he will want to go to the ground, especially when he knows his opponent likes the ground game.

Jared: Hard to tell who will be the best fighter in this bout, but it should be great one, and the winner will move his record to 3-0, which could mean, a shot at the title? I don't know, I don't decide anything, I'm just trying to hype this fight!

Brett: Sometimes I wish you'd be more wise and say more interesting stuff Jared, but what can a business do on a low budget uh?

Jared: What do you mean?

Brett: It's a compliment Jared!

Jared: Oh! Well thank you Brett! Not a clue what it means, but if you say so.

Brett: It was Brett Clarke and Jared Asante for LFC Hype! Hope you enjoy LFC 6, a lot of awesome fights are going down, and if you don't have your ticket yet, give Jared a call, he will take care of hooking you up!

Jared: Have a great night!

Osiris Loveladdy - I just wanted to say I am looking forward to fighting next Saturday... I had a great camp and plenty of time to train. I was back in the gym the next day after my last fight, so its just business as usual. I cut a little bit of weight after my last fight so my camp just wants me to keep doing what I've been doing... I don't need to take any time off to cut weight or any of that B.S....

I studied Evan Horizion's tape, I think he's a decent fighter, he's got a good chin it looks like, but I really don't feel like he's been tested yet! Hell, Wayne Wagner had a granite chin, and we saw what happened to him, his granite turned out to be nothing more than a pebble, and that pebble turned to dust under my knuckles! He's a good guy, we had a beer a few nights back, I heard he was down in the dumps after the loss, and man that guy is still recovering from that beat down... I wish him the best of luck... but back to Evan "The Event"... he guy seems tough, he looks like a decent wrestler, he's got ok clinch skills, and decent hands and power, but to me hes just another guy standing in the way of my future...

I want to thank James Listerman for giving me a chance, looking forward to kicking some ass next Saturday! Peace in the middle east!
