JLP
So, if I'm reading it right, Snoats gets 6 weeks off after this next round? Sucks that a guy dropped out after one loss. Can't get any weaker then that.

Guest
Yep, unfortunately. If people continue to drop out, I may switch to a standard elimination format. Manager should have a rating format so when a manager quit during a tournement or something else the Org can put a note on the page saying he quit so no one invite them to tournement anymore.
JoeLang
http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14602447964753.jpg Joseph "Joey-J" Jostrzebski (292065) Mircea Lucarescu, you were one tough bastard. I may have got the win but you made me work for it. But no time to rest as i move forward against Eazy E who will be anything but an easy fight. I won't be taking anything for granted and will hope to put on a good show next round before a much needed rest in Round 4.
JLP
http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14704435638884.png Gale Snoats I made some training and gameplan adjustments for my last fight. I felt my performance in the cage and in the gym before the fight was much more representative of my abilities then the egg I layed in first round. I'm looking forward to my next fight even though its nine weeks away. All that gym time is going to make this tournament even more of a foregone conclusion. Snoats for the win. Rei
Sorry for being so behind and sloppy with this guys, you deserve better from me. A little update, I've swapped out one of the dropped out fighters for a new competitor, and he will inherit the score of said fighter, as to not give him any kind of advantage over those already in. This is just so we have less dead rounds with too many people sitting out. Anyway, here is what the current group standings look like http://image.prntscr.com/image/72678a636eb247208a01d3f948b7f5a8.png and here is the match schedule for the next few rounds: http://image.prntscr.com/image/f12b861a00334fc49b3922667b40035a.png As usual, if your fighter is not listed on the current week then you can assume that this is the round you are given a rest. Hopefully after the 21st I can get back to writing and putting more effort into the tournament and org in general due to having a freed up schedule and less deadlines. Thank you all for remaining patient and easy to work with so far! Finally, I'll also be adding another award to the pool as well Chael Sonnen Award - $50,000 (Best trash talk throughout the duration of the tournament )
Rei
Well with people continuing to drop out, the tournament is taking a bit of a battering. This is understandable due to the round robin structure which JLP pointed out very early on in the conception of the tournament. I probably should've went with your standard double elimination bracket to counter this but oh well. We can either continue with this current set up, or move to a straight knockout stage where the current top 8 would compete in. Possibly: Elijah Judah Joseph Jostrzebski Gale Snoats Harry Daebek Mike McLaughlin Bob Cook Mircea Lucarescu Hilary Trump something like that line up Its up to you guys how we go forward with this, as honestly so far it has been a bit of a mess - mostly due to my poor management and not due to you guys. Like I said previously, I have a more freed up schedule now so I can do detailed preview pieces and artworks for the upcoming rounds!
Timqwe
I'm more than happy with the new system, I haven't been paying enough attention to my fighter to really compete, but if the old system stays, I won't drop out.
dvjmw
Could the top Eight do double elimination, I don't care either way.
Rei
Alright I've put ten into a new single elimination bracket (I don't want to not include anyone). The next set of matches will look like: http://image.prntscr.com/image/7913d6b9aaa14978bcef7ac769fa1f8f.png Some fighters will be given BYE's for the first round, and it is randomly sorted I'm excited to create previews and the like for upcoming rounds! Round 1 - 15/04/17 and Round 2 will be 3 weeks after

Congrats to Elijah for a tough fight. I knew you would bring it and you did not disappoint. But now it seems I will get a break so time to have a look at what went wrong and try to fix those mistakes before i get back into this tournament.
Guest
Thanks for sticking with it Rei, I know some org owners might have just thrown in the towel when some many have dropped out or gone inactive. I'm still enjoying it so far and just wish I had more 290k fighters to send your way.
JLP
http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14704435638884.png I dont think my next opponent is going to accept the fight offer. He's been sitting on it for over a week. Bit of a can anyway.

Should be smooth sailing from here on out, but who knows. Thanks for staying patient boys! http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14704435638884.png I've asked him if he wants out, or plans on carrying on with the tournament. I'll either substitute him or give you a BYE, though I hope neither of those has to happen.
Timqwe
I had actually responded to that already, but the fight offer stays standing until the matchmaker pulls it. I opted to drop out since I was under the expectation that only the top fighters would continue in the tournament. I've been neglecting his training too much to be competitive anyways.

Can't say i am looking forward to this as i am the only loss on his record and he will look to avenge that. However i can't let that happen and once i get through you it looks like i am on a path to get my rematch against Snoats if he wins. Things are heating up and there are no easy fights from here!
markvinny
Due to an ID restriction problem, my brother Mircea Lucarescu is out of the road to gold tournament , good luck to the remnants and I will do my best in the rematch against Joseph .. http://mmatycoon.com/images/bargraph.gif http://mmatycoon.com/images/layout/vs.gif http://mmatycoon.com/images/weight.gifhttp://mmatycoon.com/images/eye.gif http://mmatycoon.com/images/help2.jpg Mircea "Romanian Bad Guy" Lucarescu (285281)
dvjmw
Didn't he start the tournament with the same ID? He fought then, and no one complained. Why doesn't he fight now? I guess he doesn't want to take another LOSS. Shameful, just shameful!
markvinny
I was simply informed that he could not continue because of this restriction, strange because I had already done 3 fights in the tournament since the old model, but as he informed, rules are rules, I can do nothing at the moment. Honestly, I'm not sure how it managed to get past me, I even sent the fuckin contract to that fighter myself lol. While i always go into fights thinking i will win, i will not underestimate him as Mircea pushed me to my limit last time and i expect nothing less from him. Let's make it a good one!
