Hahaha, the LT effect.. i've noticed that myself also, didn't that happen before already once, with Womba perhaps? I'm quite sure. At that time i thought maybe it has to with the popularity hidden which maybe slowers the "organic" h/p decrease... so that when differences are 0.0xx stuff it maybe can make the difference in certain cases. Really dunno though.

Oompa Loompa Vs Richard Dawkins

EVO 145 Title Fight

10th May 2014

http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/1348615721oompa.jpg Vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/29/29w14.jpg

P4P 3 - Oompa Loompa 23-3-0 (6 via KO, 6 via Sub) P4P 20 - Richard Dawkins 33-17-1 (11 via KO, 15 via Sub)

The Little Man has increased his winning streak to 10 - his latest win against Lomax was just another notch in his belt against top line competition. Next in line for the fighter who is making serious claims as the FOTY 2014 is Richard Dawkins.

A few months ago fight fans would have remembered the social media war that broke out between these 2 fighters and it's certainly no secret that Stu and Soyster really don't get along, to be fair Stu doesn't get along with many people here. So in 18 days on what will be truly an epic card - these two pint sized warriors will finally square off in the Evo Cage. Soyster struck the first blow in the battle when Douglas KOed Oath on the weekend - which has really added some extra spice to this fight, not that it needed any.

Many would have thought Dawkins career was over after successive KO losses but he has earnt his chance at a title shot after beating Miller and then avenging his loss against Randolph. Loompa has been untouchable in since the latter part of 2013 and all through 2014 - however it is worrying that Loompa has not been able to finish an opponent in his last 7 fights.

Loompa definitely holds the edge in the stand up and he is the much younger fighter - whereas Dawkins has an advantage on the ground. At 35 though, father time might be catching up with Dawkins and his already iffy chin - his last 6 losses have all been via KO one of those is to powder puff puncher Homer Simpson. If Homer Simpson can knock Dawkins out then Loompa has a big chance of breaking that run of decision victories and sending Dawkins out of the cage on a stretcher. Dawkins on the other hand will be looking to get this fight to the mat as quickly as possible so he can start working his impressive ground game. His submission game is good enough to finish high level fighters and it will certainly cause Loompa some issues.

We haven't been able to get hold of Stu or Loompa for an interview as of yet but we have no doubt the outspoken Aussie and the crazy little orange man will be in touch before this big fight goes down.

Result: Loompa via KO

Oompa vs Dawkins, a fight that man either could win,

Oompa has already tapped but Dawkins has no chin.

The managers have been back and forth on a thing they call twitter.

Maybe its because Soy is one nil up that has made Stu so bitter.

Will Stu and Oompa prove that Soy and Dawkins just don't make the cut,

or will he be on his hands and knees forced to kiss Soys butt.

Only time will tell as these two enter the cage,

But my money is on the little man to make poor Soyster rage.

The little man will take him down and avoid the sub spam,

and when the fight gets stood up, the little man's like Van Damme.

Kicks and punches shall be flying straight to Dawkins face.

He will not no where to turn, and start looking into space.

Oompa will turn it on and break that chin of glass,

and Dawkins will once again have to get up off his ass.

The fans they jump up and down spilling all their beer,

they know as well as Dawkins knows that the end is near.

Oompa says not yet as he takes him down my friend,

Dawkins is starting to wonder will this ever end.

Oompa passes his guard he is now in mount,

raining down blow after blow, Dawkins is out for the count.

The fans they go wild, the decision left no doubt,

that Oompa is the real deal and the winner of the bout.

Dawkins still lies on the floor, retirement is in sight,

as Oompa moves on to look for his next fight.

He's wrong, but this is still awesome. :D

It's no secret that Dawkins' best days are behind him, but he still brings something to this fight that Loompa's never faced before - a legit ground game. Loompa has dominated his opponents with a vicious stand up and complimentary ground game thus far. But with Dawkins, he's going to be facing a completely different animal - an older, more experienced animal with nothing to lose and everything to gain.

What a special card Evo 84: Legends was.. Some massive fights and some massive results.. The fans are begging for Tonal Vs Woomba 3 to settle the score once and for all.. Now I could go on about the other fights on the card but I'm a self indulgent prick and this is my thread so get fucked..

The one fight that really mattered on this card was Loompa Vs Dawkins. For all his talk Dawkins was found seriously lacking. Loompa winning via KO in round 2 with a brutal clinch raping, but lets not get carried away too much with a KO victory over Dawkins. With his chin a stiff breeze could knock him out. All the win did was prove if any further proof was needed that Loompa is not only a man of his word but a fighter that has/is staking serious claims for FOTY 2014.

Since January this year Loompa has fought and beaten 7 fighters all of whom were in the top 80 P4P at the time of their fights. 6 of whom were in the top 30, 4 of whom were in the top 25, 3 of whom were in the top 20. He has taken on and beaten every top challenger thrown at him and once again Loompa has found himself an opponent at the top of his game..

Rumors and quiet words have been spoken for weeks now about a possible fight between Oompa Loompa and Ascensions Mr Azure, it seems these rumors were true as Loompa the 4 time EVO 145lb champion has been released from his contract by EVO for what will be a superfight with Ascension. Dates haven't been set yet but with the upcoming Olympics you would assume it would have to be soon as both or either of these 2 guys are big chances of representing their respective orgs...

Stay tuned....
