XxxtremeT13
Does circuit training with a coach use more energy than skills training? I'm guessing so, but wanted to confirm as I have been training everyday this week with a circuit coach and will require a rest session, where as with a skills coach I did not... Jackking
Circuit training trains all the physicals, and you can set the session to "general" to equally train all of them or set the session to specialize on a particular physical which will be trained slightly more. People typically train cardio for conditioning, weights for strength, and then use circuit training for all of the other physicals like flex, agility, etc.

jjsquirrel
Yes circuit takes more energy. Yoga does train mainly flex, but also some agility and strength. The main benefit is it takes much less energy compared to circuit, even less than skill training.
