Empire: XI was another card full of short fights. In that spirit, this will be a short recap.

Vito Golami dominated Janiz Krylov. The “Sicilian Stalker” needed just 43 seconds to get the TKO, as “The Constrictor” was constricted to just boxing the whole match. Golami sounded confident in the interview after the match, and he should be. He looked back to his best.

Abdul Koalev defeated Artis Freibergs by an armbar just 37 seconds into the second round. Koalev spent the whole match trying to take his opponent down, and he was successful in earning two in the first and the decisive one in the second. Freibergs had no chance.

That strategy was less successful for Glenn Ruiz, who was stopped by Simon Slade in 24 seconds. Slade landed all four of his head punches and his lone body punch. That was all it took to defeat the then undefeated grappling specialist out of San Juan.

Trevor Barnes defeated fellow 19 year old Khizri Aliyev by TKO 2:59 into the match. Aliyev kept furiously attacking the head of Barnes, while the Jamaican mixed it up. It worked. While Aliyev had mixed results, Barnes landed every one of his strikes and walked out the victor.

Dude McWrestler got his first win in Empire with a ground and pound TKO on Freddie McDowe 3:44 into the first round. “The Outlaw King” landed a couple shots, but could not keep on his feet, as he was taken down by “El Duderino” McWrestler.

Bo Garrett improved to 6-0-0 by taking it to Frankie Silva, scoring another ground and pound TKO at 3:59 into the fight. Garrett looked dominant, as he smacked Silva around on his feet and on the ground. Garrett looks like he could be a top contender at this weight class. Silva, on the other hand, may need to go back to the drawing board.

Ryoto Takahashi of Japan won by armbar in the longest fight of the night, ending three seconds shy of the second round bell. Brady Jean Baptiste, a former undefeated boxer, failed to land a single punch on his feet and only landed two in the clinch. Takahashi was impressive, pummeling Jean Baptiste in the clinch and earning a submission. In the post-fight interview, he tried to gain followers on Twitter. He deserves some after that performance.

Frank Morrison landed all six of his punches in 26 seconds and walked out the winner by submission on strikes. His opponent, the similarly highly touted Elam “Apprime” Armis, failed to attempt a single strike, takedown, clinch, or anything of note in the short fight. Morrison was the third straight undefeated prospect to come out on top in dominant fashion and similarly pointed fans to his Twitter after the fight. Armis, meanwhile, looked like a shell of himself.

In the Grand Prix losers bracket, Myke Bonner was throttled by Ergun Cerrahoglu in a match which ended in 84 seconds with a ground and pound TKO. “All Stiff” was laying all stiff on the ground after getting the snot knocked out of him. The Turk, meanwhile, moves forward in the bracket in dominating fashion, thus backing up my assertion that the real title fight was his match with Morra Jr. in the semi-finals. He could get a Grand Finale rematch, but first, he’ll have to defeat Hukkleberry Flint.

In the main event, the heavyweight title was on the line as Buster Gruff, under a new manager, produced the same result: a quick knockout punch, this time in 38 seconds. Cu Chulainn was pretty confident heading into this one, but “The Hound” from Ireland had to head back with his tail between his legs. “The Bully Goat” cemented his spot as the heavyweight champ and a possible challenger on the world stage, improving 9-1-0 in his career. The Aussie, now managed by Roger Jones, is the current king of Empire, and that may not change for a long time.

Frank "The Legion" Morrison (360387)

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/15858680585202.png

Morrison fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Armis to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Armis looks to clinch but Morrison throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Armis taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Frank Morrison!

"6-0 now & it was my easiest fight to date HAH! It was music to my ears to hear my opponent beg the ref to stop the fight. He was lucky this wasn't on the streets... *HAHAHA*"

Ok guys, the new rankings are now done, and will be made available for you guys to see very shortly...we may have only 4 active divisions (2 more will open very soon) but the talent present in those 4 divisions are just class...we have killers wherever i look at...and hence the rankings will be made to a top 20, for all you guys to see where your fighter actually stands in the division...and as far as callouts, i would like everyone to have a look at the rules i have given in the last page...

So as i had said earlier, we will be opening our 155lbs division and also the 185lbs...but since we cannot make simultaneous tourneys...therefore the 155lbs will be opened normally and when i say OPENED...I MEAN RIGHT NOW IT'S BEEN OPENED...but, we will hold a tourney later with some specified rules and prizes which will be told when needed later on down the line.

But don't worry guys, cause the 185lbs division will be opened via a tourney straight after the ongoing GP ends...and therefore, just sit tight, and enjoy the ride!!!

Note: 155LBS DIVISION IS NOW OPEN...SO THE MANAGERS WHO WANT TO BRING THEIR FIGHTERS IN HERE PLEASE DO SEND ME A PM OR REPLY BELOW.

Contracts: I am always open to negotiation on the contracts...all you need to do is tell me the price (Don't say 100k bonus please) and i will try my best to pay it.

Regards

Ok guys, owing to concerns about min weight limit in every division from a few managers,i have decided to have a min weight limit for every division which are as follows:-

Featherweight limit:

Min weight=137.5 lbs

Max weight=152.5lbs (if you can cut and make weight from say 205 everytime...i wont mind that at all)

Lightweight Division:

Min weight=148.5lbs

Max weight= any (same for all the ones below)

Welterweight Division:

Min weight=163.5lbs

Light-Heavyweight division:

Min weight=198.5lbs

Heavyweight Division:

Min weight= 225Lbs

This is not confirmed by any means...it's just putting an idea out there for all of you to judge and give the verdict on...so please let me know if this plan is fine with you all or should i keep it as it is with no minimum weight.

G’Day I’m Julian “The Jackal” Wallace (Your parent’s favorite fighter) and I’m tasked with looking through the stacked Empire roster to figure out what’s the biggest upcoming fights and who’s the rising prospects.

First I wanna look through the 145 division (for no reason at all). Rankings are not out until the 145GP Grand Finale takes place between the 2 young undefeated fighters, 4-0 “Slick” Steve Barnes Vs 3-0 “Troublesome” Matthew Fritz. Fighters who seem like they’re going to cause havoc in their division in the near future, but who will come out on top between them?

Straying away from that big fight. One person in the 145 division who caught my eye was 7-0 Ricardo "Monkey Style" Morra Jr. Ricardo entered the Empire just a month ago and has ran through all 4 of his opponent’s, finishing each one and most of them ending in the first round.

I even feel like Ricardo could have a chance beating me! (don’t count on it though), and I believe Ricardo could be a great danger for champion, Aiden Trapp.

170 Rankings:

#1 Akechi

#2 Sanchez

#3 Piskochini

#4 Machado

#5 Mia

#6 Murphy

#7 Morrison

#8 Armis

#9 Barnes

#10 Chiamev

#11 Mcwrestler

#12 Mcdowe

#13 Garret

#14 Helpmann

#15 Mazda

#16 Sliva

#17 Sarandes

#18 Aliyev

#19 Karamatrioudis

#20 Dawkins

Now for the 170 division. Big fight coming up soon between 6-1 Champion Ricardo “The Soca Warrior” Miles vs 2-0 #1 Contender Jubei Akechi. Though there is a 6 fight difference between the 2, they are incredibly well matched up skills wise, both holding purple belts in BJJ, Ricardo Miles holds the wrestling advantage while Jubei has the better stand up, knocking out former champion Michael Howardson in the first round. Also quickly on the rise is #7 young 6-0 Frank "The Legion" Morrison who just recently knocked out now #8 Elam Armis in a matter of just 26 seconds, saying a little while after "6-0 now & it was my easiest fight to date HAH! It was music to my ears to hear my opponent beg the ref to stop the fight. He was lucky this wasn't on the streets... *HAHAHA*". He scares me...

205 Rankings:

#12 Amalke

#13 Mundruku

#14 Ryan

#15 Alvin

#16 Moseley

#17 Tchalkowski

#18 Abbot

#19 Borgia

#20 Almeida

Moving now to the 205 division. We have another big title fight coming up between 4-0 Champ Joe "Levels" Dinapoli Vs 5-0 #2 Contender Hunter Broderick. These 2 are probably some of the best 205 fighters coming from 360k, both undefeated and in their last 6 fights (combined) none of them made it past the first round. Joe has just recently become champion after knocking out #1 Contender Hatebreed Rebel in 43 seconds. Meanwhile Hunter has been getting first round finishes against #9 Chod Piiice, #5 Mauricio Payne, and #4 Jerome Biggs.

Now for who caught my eye. For once I have a prospect who isn’t undefeated.

I want to look at is 3-1 #7 Hinski Grang. Though not the best record compared to everyone else and also only having one fight with the Empire. He has quickly cemented himself here with a quick 10 second knock out in his Empire debut, only to then also call out #4 ranked Jerome Biggs saying he wants to destroy him, in a post fight interview shortly after his fight. He then also took to buzz at Jerome claiming he wants to knock him out, It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone want a fight so much, but his hands back him up, with all 3 of his wins being by KO in the first round and 2 of them lasting less than a minute (Kinda like a younger me… But nowhere near as good looking). Though he could lose his next few fights and this prospect might be a miss, I’m intrigued to see where his future goes.

265 Rankings:

#1 Chulanin

#2 Kallas

#3 Big Daddy

#4 Slade

#5 Ruiz

#6 Fulton

#7 King

#8 Rodrigues

#9 Kaloev

#11 Gaki

#12 Master

#13 TahHinni

#14 Phillips

#15 Bell

#16 Adams

#17 Ardin

#18 Bathory

#19 Silva

#20 Jones

And finally the 265 division. There is a good fight to look out for, 3-2 Wonderful wrestler and #2 Contender Arnold Kallas Vs 1-0 #7 Tarvaris “Meat Eater” Fulton. Arnold has shown his skills throughout his five fights in the Empire, but recently coming on the rise after his debut is Tavaris Fulton knocking out his first victim Lucas Ardin in only 26 seconds, the 2 will be facing off and it will be interesting to see the result of this match.

9-1 Champion Buster Gruff seems unstoppable right now. But there is one person right now who Buster might need to look out for, 2-0 #3 Deon Big Daddy. Deon has shown his incredible KO power and clinch fighting in his 2 fights in the Empire, and that only seems to be the tip of the iceberg as apparently he’s a purple belt in BJJ, an interesting match for the champ.

Joe Dinapoli

- So it is what it is, no one can stand with me, at least last night I could dance a little more than usual, looks like Boderick is looking to find my head untill now, nobody finds it at range, keep in mind. So as my fellow dancers at 205 are occupied recovering from the several blows I delivered to them, is time to see if a bigger guy can do something. Buster Gruff its your turn to get smashed, see you soon at the cage if you arent smart enough to runaway!

Peace

Ok guys, due the unfortunate and sudden closing of Ashbourne events...Empire MMA has had a lot of new signings come through the door in the past couple of days (some absolute monsters who are going to be joining the already fantastic pool of fighters that we have in our organization), and hence, since i said that i would like to keep every division with a max capacity of 20-25 with some more decent ones alongside (if needed), therefore i will unfortunately have to release a few of the lower skilled fighters, who might not be able to compete with the elite ones already in their division...and therefore, the next time that the rankings will come out, it will look very-very different from the current one.

The competition is getting tougher by the day guys, and hence, best of luck to all, and i hope all of you will enjoy your stay here.

Note: Guys if you dont mind...i would really like if all of you give your satisfaction ratings for the organization...as that really heps us to see if we are doing a half-decent job or do we need to improve a lot more.

Thank you for your time...

Empire: GP145 Grand Finale Preview

G’Day I’m Julian “The Jackal” Wallace (Your parent’s favorite fighter) and we have a nice looking card coming up in the GP145 Finale! Let's get straight into it.

Our first match is between 1-0 Tony “Chipmunk” Alvin Vs 0-0 Cezare “The Prince” Borgia. Both making their Empire debut, Tony and Cezare are both planning on making their mark in the competitive Empire 205 division.

It’ll be interesting to see how this fight plays out, with older fighter Tony already making his debut (winning a decision) and having a more grappling style, with nice clinchwork and some mediocre ground grappling.

On the other side of the cage from Tony is young and spry Cezare “The Prince” Borgia. Cezare is only 18 making him not one of the most skilled fighters, but he does have wonderful wrestling which we will see if he can use to his advantage.

Our second match is a rematch between 7-0 Ricardo "Monkey Style" Morra Jr Vs 5-1 Hukkelberry Flint. Both incredible fighters with Hukkelberry planning on getting revenge for his second round KO loss. If you remember, I said just a little bit ago Ricardo was going to cause problems in this division, but the other person I was considering was Hukkelberry. Though the fight went Ricardo's way last time, I think Hukkleberry could steal this one with his superior submission skills, definitely a good match to watch.

For our third match of the evening we have 3-2 #6 Jimmy "Killer Bee" Murphy Vs 2-1 #3 Valentino Piskochini. Jimmy is a very well rounded and skilled fighter, though his finishes are by submission he has shown off his great striking in past bouts and it would be nice to see how the rest of his career goes.

Standing across from him though is dangerous former title challenger and submission artist, Valentino Piskochini.

You can not let Valentino get you in a hold on the ground or he will lock something in and you will tap/nap/snap. Valentino has just recently fought for the title and is looking to bounce back to show he still is a huge threat for the champ. Make time to watch this bout as it will be an interesting watch.

And coming up next in the fourth match is 1-0 Sokhan "Terror" Gaki Vs 1-0 Alexander "The American Patriot" Adams. 2 skilled fighters who are recently coming off KO wins, it will be interesting to see who cements themself in the fight first.

Alexander has superb boxing skills (Bout the same as mine) and having his fight ending in a first round KO. Alex has very heavy hands, but he is also heavy himself… In fact I’ve heard he’s not even on weight right now, lets see how much that will affect the match.

Standing across from him is Sokhan “Terror” Gaki. Sokhan has incredible skills and wonderful Muay Thai, you better not let him control a fight because he will pick you apart, with his debut winning in dominating fashion and stopping his opponent early round 2.

This fight is a good watch for any of you knockout lovers out there.

And then in the fifth match of the evening is 4-0 Robert "The Child Catcher" Helpmann Vs 4-0 Ahura Mazda. Holy, I’m so excited for this match! These 2 undefeated young fighters are already so good at there age and could easily become p4p #1 in the future (This is of course after I retire).

Robert has been on a tear. Knocking out 2 of his opponents in a row and destroying his other opponents for 15 minutes straight (With some scorecards being 30-25 in his fights) Robert is so skilled and will cause lots of problems in this division.

On the other side of the cage is a huge test for him though as he will be fighting Ahura Mazda. Ahura has proven how skilled he is in his last 4 fights, dominating every single one. If anyone in this division could already look at fighting the champ, It would be Ahura. But of course he has a big match against Robert and this fight could go either way.

Everyone seriously needs to watch this one.

The fighters competing in the sixth match are 0-0 Rickson "Ricksoninho" Almeida Vs 1-0 Poritambe Munduruku.

Not too much to say about this fight as combined they’ve only had one fight. But that being said it’s still a great matchup between the 2, 18 year olds. With Rickson being a great Jiu Jitsu fighter holding a brown belt and Poritambe having wonderful wrestling skills.

Lets see how this fight goes.

Now the next 2 fights I have already written about but if you never read that or can’t remember what I said, here they are.

145GP Grand Finale takes place between the 2 young undefeated fighters, 4-0 “Slick” Steve Barnes Vs 3-0 “Troublesome” Matthew Fritz. Fighters who seem like they’re going to cause havoc in their division in the near future, but who will come out on top between them?

Guys, from the next few events onwards...we will unveil a few of our posters which are already in the works...Next,i want to formally welcome Mr. Julien Wallace to our Empire MMA staff team...he has joined Empire MMA as our cheif writer and will hopefully stay with us for the forseeable future.

Now though,i want to talk about something very very big, which is going to happen at Empire MMA very soon...and that is, we will be opening an affialte org soon which will be a 365k+ org meant to attract the best young talents in the tycoon world...now there will be certain rules to that org that will help you propel up the rankings and into Empire

MMA soon, and those are:-

1) First off, every fighter signed up to our affilate will get a chance to prove their worth by competing in at least 2 fights.

2) Then every month...Empire MMA will host a mega event, where in 10 of the best fighters from our affialte organization will get a chance to compete against our #10- #20 fighters in every weight class (one by one),to get a chance to win a mega contract at Empire MMA itself along with a huge bonus.

3) The one who loses in those 10 fights however... will get demoted into our affialate org (that is if his managers still wants him to stay).

4) This is being done to increase competition in amongst all the fighters at Empire MMA,so that the urge for clinching a all-important top #10 spot does not ever go away...and everyone stays on their toes.

Any questions regarding this can be written down below.

Edit**

I also want to talk about a few things regarding the Free agents, inactive fighters and retired fighters...

1) Now lately,i am seeing a lot of fighters in our roster are getting released daily...now thats fine but i would like the manager to tell me from beforehand that you are going to release your guy so that i can ask other managers around if they would like to pick that fighter up from the free agents list or not.

2) And as i had said before...i will not accept inactivity for a long time...so anyone with 15 days inactivity will be released immediately without reason.

Empire: Midweek Bash: (PREVIEW)

G’Day I’m Julian “The Jackal” Wallace (Your parent’s favorite fighter) and we have a nice looking card coming up in the Empire: Midweek Bash Let's get straight into it.

(UNDERCARD BOUTS)

1.Glenn Ruiz (2-1) vs Artis "FU.K" Freibergs (1-2) (HEAVYWEIGHT BOUT [265 LBS])

~ And we've got a great matchup to start this evening!

Glenn Ruiz is a great grappler, with good wrestling and a brown belt in BJJ. In his 2 wins in the Empire he has shown how well he can lock those subs in and get the tap.

But if he can't get the tap he might just be dominated by Artis who has shown his great well roundedness and ability to sway judges proven by his fight against Rose.

Interesting matchup.

2. "The Exterminator" Trevor Barnes (2-1-1) vs Elam "Apprime" Armis (1-1) (WELTERWEIGHT BOUT [170 LBS])

~ And here we have our first of many welterweight fights this evening.

Trevor Barnes Is a well balanced fighter. If you let him get control, he will dominate you through the rest of the fight. But you can't underestimate his hands or else he'll sneak one through and lay you out.

Standing across though is Elam Armis, another very well balanced fighter and is very much the same, let him control its domination, and he will lay you out. With his only loss coming off Frank Morrison, who is incredible and easily a title contender. He still has his head high and moral intact so lets hope he can bounce back from that big loss.

3. "Hardcore" Henry Of Skalitz (3-1) vs "The Natural Born Bad Mofo" Carlos Calderwood (2-1) (WELTERWEIGHT BOUT [170 LBS])

~ Oooooh, I like this matchup!

Henry is a great young fighter with Wonderful wrestling and some heavy hands. Henry's KO power is insanely impressive, with one fight lasting 49 seconds and another only 14. And we haven't even gotten to see all of Henry, as I mentioned before he is a great wrestler yet hasn't really shown it off. But this fight will be a big challenge as he is against dangerous Carlos Calderwood.

Carlos Calderwood has incredible skills where ever you want to take a fight, want to stand up with him? he'll take you in the clinch and show his wonderful clinch skills. You wanna take it to the ground? Last time that happened he submitted the guy, scary submissions that Carlos has and a very well rounded fighter.

4. Damian "Sparry" Mia (2-2) vs Khabib Chiamev (1-0) (WELTERWEIGHT BOUT [170 LBS])

~ Next we have 2 fighters with the three Gs' (Great Ground Game)

Damian Mia has incredible skills to easily lock in subs. Damian is a brown belt in BJJ and If you want to watch his wins it would only take 40 seconds as he lock these tight and quick.

On the other side of the cage is Khabib Chiamev though.

Making his debut in the empire, he showed his incredible skills to take opponents down and rain down ground and pound. After a first round finish we will get to see how he deals with more experienced fighters like Damian.

(MAIN CARD)

5. Arnold Kallas (3-2) vs Tavaris "Meat Eater" Fulton (1-0) (HEAVYWEIGHT BOUT [265 LBS])

~ Heres a great fight to watch!

If you don't already know I actually have already previewed this fight, If you didn't read it already then here it is.

This is a good fight to look out for, 3-2 Wonderful wrestler and #2 Contender Arnold Kallas Vs 1-0 #7 Tarvaris “Meat Eater” Fulton. Arnold has shown his skills throughout his five fights in the Empire, but recently coming on the rise after his debut is Tavaris Fulton knocking out his first victim Lucas Ardin in only 26 seconds, the 2 will be facing off and it will be interesting to see the result of this match.

6. Donny "Anchor" Jones vs Alberto "Speedy" Rossi (1-0) (FEATHERWEIGHT BOUT [145 LBS])

~ For any grappling fans, this is a fight for you.

Donny is a young wonderful wrestler making his debut in MMA tonight. It'll be interesting to see how he works his wrestling and what he'll do in his debut to stand out.

In the other corner is amazing grappler Alberto Rossi. Alberto holds a purple belt in BJJ and a win on his record which he won with a sub in only 55 seconds!

It'll be interesting to see the approach to gameplan for this fight as both fighters have got to respect each others ground game.

7. Ienas Sarandas (3-1) vs Riaan "BJP" Pierce (0-1) (WELTERWEIGHT BOUT [170 LBS])

~ For our last welterweight fight we have a goody.

In the red corner is Ienas Sarandas. A balanced fighter with great submission skills and KO power, with both of the finishes he's done being in under a minute. Ienas is likely hoping to once again get a quick finish.

It will be difficult though as standing on the other side is remarkable boxer Riaan Pierce.

Riaan is an incredible boxer and has very proficient wrestling, if he can keep this fight standing he could score the KO and I bet it'll look pretty too.

(CO-MAIN EVENT)

8. Darren Williams (4-2) vs Boris "Libaax" The Animal (4-0) (FEATHERWEIGHT BOUT [145 LBS])

~ This is a fight which I can't wait to see the result of!

Darren Williams is a great young fighter. With all his wins in the way of a TKO finish, and 3 of them being KO of the night winners. If this fight is taken into the clinch expect Darren to do his thing.

But on the other side of the cage is undefeated Boris "Libaax" The Animal. Boris is a tough match for anyone in the featherweight division (unless you're yours truely). Boris is incredible with boxing, Muay Thai and wrestling. This should be a great match to watch.

(MAIN EVENT)

9. #7 Hinski "Bang & Stand" Grang (3-1) vs #4 Jerome Biggs (5-2) (LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT BOUT [205 LBS])

~ Woowee, I'm hyped for this one!

Jerome Biggs is an Empire veteran. With all 7 of his fights being under the Empire and under 5 of his wins is 4 KO finishes. Jerome Has shown his great Striking & Clinch skills against all his opponents, though we don't see much of his ground game, he wont really need to worry as on the other end is Hinski Grang.

Hinski Grang has huge KO power. Knocking out all his opponents in the first round and most of them being under a minute.

Hinski made his debut in the Empire just pretty recently but he proved himself a threat after knocking his opponent in a matter of 10 seconds. Something I notice though is Grang's cardio is not too great, with his only fight he's won going over a minute. 2 minutes in he gassed and starting breathing heavily before swinging for the fences and getting a KO.

One more thing to point out is, I believe this fight was mostly set up because Hinski Grang's trash talk coming up to this fight. Before people we're really thinking of the fight happening, Grang took to the mic after his fight to call out Jerome, and not going to let that be ignored, Hinski also started taking to buzz to call him out before this fight was offered. Lets see if he can back up his talk.

Hope you all are as excited as I am and I'll catch you at the event!
