Manager hype needs revamped

Hype/ranking is so wrong in this game and this ain't its biggest flaw. This should be a priority to be fixed ofc, but bigger problem with hype is that you aren't going up in rankings when winning fights, you are going up when your competitors are losing. A win gives like 5-15 manager hype, while a loss could take 50 or more hype off your ass. Winning fights(especially the big ones) should be much more rewarding and losing 1 fight on every 20 shouldn't be so punishing imo.

i have been noticing that same thing. I finally broke the top 40 then lost a fight and dropped to 76th place. Just this weekend I won a fight and didn't move up at all... it's insane

P.S. I know you are good and all, but you going up three places without having any fights is really impressive... :shades: :P

Everyone agree the rankings are a bad metric, still we keep looking at them for awards and everything. I'm personally more impressed by success in the pyramid league since I think bigger fights have more of an impact there and it also requires you stay successful over time. Bwang is dominating it right now no matter how you look at it so at least that #1 spot is well deserved at the moment.

I wish there were some mechanic to also weight hype gain/loss based on the hype of the org you are fighting in.
