Rei
Gwyn is really easy to beat tho, a baby could pull off the barehanded parry n merk him with that SL1 reinforced club build my dude If Whittaker was real he'd do that vs. Nameless King
Erik
The end bosses of the Souls games are often the easiest in the game.

BUT, what i do know is that the GOAT Robert whittaker plays it. it doesnt matter how hard the bosses are, whittaker would beat them anyway so it might aswell have been easy to save the devs the hassle. theres no boss they could make that would challenge him in the slightest. 1

Dark Souls isn't really made a lot easier by killing the simple enemies over and over; levels don't add a lot to your character, certainly not enough to make the bosses easy. It's more about working out the puzzle of how to handle what the enemy throws at you.
