I hope there's some rational explanation for all of this?!? Some mistake? I mean, this sort of orgs going out the window overnight thing is half the reason the game keeps falling apart, there has to be some trust between the managers and the orgs running things. So I'm going to assume that some strangeness is happening here and we'll hear from Dave soon...

My guess is we won't. I don't know why he let that little spat this morning get to him.

Maybe something else is affecting him in RL, who knows.

Regardless its disappointing but ultimately it's his decision. There are several other 360k orgs that will be more than happy to pick up these fighters.

Orgs are a lot of work. The mechanics are outdated and the most mundane task (sending contracts, re-signing fighters) can take minutes to complete when it should be as easy as a click and input info.

ID orgs have a fuck ton extra baggage you have to deal with, catering to peoples training schedules and fighter building (be it with training or match making).

Probably doesn't help he was coming up with ridiculous formulas to do something like rankings when easy as following hype/pop and record in the org. Bless your heart Dave.

Write ups are exhausting and repetitive.

Getting gimped via avatar auction probably hurt a little bit.

Other forum squabbles don't help.

then there's the child irl. Shit, I have a kid for 5+ days a week and can barely manage anything outside replying to comments most the time lol

Sad it's the end, but the good memories will stay :)

And on a side note, it looks like exactly the same thing that happened to Jake Fury with the Island org, then to whoever ran Island Brawls - from a certain amount of fighters, the necessary administrative and communication frequency grow to an amount no man can handle alone for a long time.

Agree with you Scotty. The not so hard feelings is for the 170lb tourney, the prize guaranteed and I was really focusing Rods training to win that one (maybe many other competitors). But indeed, was maybe the most exciting org that I was in with my guys these last 2-3 months, sad to see. Hope we can hear from Dave and thats all cool with him.

Sorry guys

1) for only lasting 3 months.

2) for ending it so abruptly.

I feel most bad about the tournament. Not because of the "guaranteed money" (I believe I've given away more VIP and Tycoon cash than anyone in recent times. I'm a poor man's Chuck). But I was really looking forward to seeing who will win the tournament.

There were a lot of things that happened behind the scenes. Snakes and drama queens that helped turn me into a drama queen. But that's not why I pulled the plug. I'm an all or nothing guy and as much as the nice comments/feedback kept me going, I shouldnt be putting my all into this. Plus Xbox is cool.

Huge respect to anyone that runs an org. Shit's not easy. Can't believe I thought A&E could be one of the big guns one day. I havent read my mail. I dont like goodbyes. So here's Boyz 2 Men to sign us off.

Ok forget it. Dont type in Boyz 2 Men on giphy.com.

Thanks everyone! Very sorry for the trouble. Hopefully you dont feel like it was all a waste of time. Good luck with all of your fighters. I'll be coming back to see how they get on.

There's a fair few people around here that could learn a thing or two from you about ending an org. Congrats on running a very well respected org and even more so doing the right thing at the end.

I was real big on Team Dave but am very disappointed in him and he is partially to blame for my loss to Trump. Surely I would of beat him had not such a distraction occurred the day before the fight.
