KalleDerLude
Why is it so bloody expensive to permanently retire a fighter? 90 days of VIP? That seems really steep. Is there a balancing related reason for this that I am missing? I mean, I get why it costs VIP to begin with. Simply to encourage a well supplied pool of fighters. But 90 days is really harsh for a relatively peripheral function in a slow paced game like this one. It certainly explains the awkward amount of 40 to 50 year old skeletons, which get recycled over and over to spin a few more rounds on the laundry merry-go-round. "C'mon ye old c**t, FIGHT for me!" "No ..... no please, my knees hurt ...." "That's too bad ...... I have reserved this stack of purple shirts ...... you'd love 'em!" "I'll do it ..... I still got that killer instinct, man!" "You sure do ......... you sure do ...."
Lefty
Yes it's super expensive on VIP time to permanently retire a fighter. That's the price of retiring them if you don't want anyone else to pick them up and butcher their record or win streak. 1
SnapDragon
I dont understand why retirement acts as form of punishment. You put your heart into developing a fighter and are unfairly taxed for wanting them to exit with grace. If theres a reasonable explanation i have yet to hear one.

KonradCelinski
Is this something new because I do not remember this back in the old days. I think It cost some VIP but I do not remember it being 90.

Deuce7
Just do the 10 days and keep them as an assistant. Who knows, maybe we'll eventually get our wish that retired fighters can become coaches or corner men.
Bwang
You can do that ^ once only.
KalleDerLude
It just should be cheaper. 90 days of VIP is just waaaaaay too hefty a price tag imho. And it definetely leads to so many "methusalems" being around.
Lefty
I can agree with it being cheaper. I actually retired a fighter to the bahamas once and realized I just paid 90 VIP days. YIKES! That's like 400k of game cash give or take... So if we all agree on this, why not send this thread to the improvements section?
