Santo
What would be the best physicals for a standup fighter?I would be guessing that conditioning would be the most important part for any fighter but what would take priority after it? Would be cool to hear some opinions.
popart
Strength is the most important imo, as it adds to your fighters punching power. If he popped a ko power on the tott and then you max out his strength, hes really going to pop some dudes heads off. All of the physicals are important for every aspect, but i would also say balance, which helps you avoid being taken down, and agility.

actionjackson
All of them are important, conditioning, strength and agility especially but you need a long term plan when creating and training fighters.
SavageMMa
Agi, Str, cardio, and the underrated "balance" if you have no balance it will be easier for opponents to take you down.
AlexManiatakos
You also need speed in order to block takedown attempts or take your opponent down more easily (if you are the one who wants to grapple).

popart
What about flexibility would you say its useless? Its not useless by any means, but it only relates to the ground. However, if your stand up fighter does get taken down, having flexibility will help him get out of submissions.

I believe flexibility affects head kicks as well. 1
Monsieur.Camara
All your physicals maxed ,even flex to flex for the chicks you know.
KingEpicity
I believe flexibility affects head kicks as well. It does. Agility and strength are the most important early on but they should all be maxed by mid 20s.
