What would be the best physicals for a standup fighter?

Strength is the most important imo, as it adds to your fighters punching power. If he popped a ko power on the tott and then you max out his strength, hes really going to pop some dudes heads off. All of the physicals are important for every aspect, but i would also say balance, which helps you avoid being taken down, and agility.

What about flexibility would you say its useless?

I believe flexibility affects head kicks as well.

It does.

 

Agility and strength are the most important early on but they should all be maxed by mid 20s.
