bestever Posted February 6, 2019 Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 Evening Folks Most of you may not know me from one of 2 runs in the Tycoon-verse but I'm the owner/operator of Ajax Fight Club in Amsterdam. I love it and it is rewarding work and great building relationships with a variety of managers. Recently, I have been considering how I can contribute to the game and earn a income in other ways. Perhaps some of you are similar to me in that you are more comfortable in front of a microphone than a keyboard, so writing is not my interest, however I'd be willing to give podcasting a shot in lieu of a writing type position. My proposal could come in a variety of forms and is as follows: OPTION 1: An Org Centric Podcast Essentially an established org commissions me to talk where I will record instead of writing full event (or specified fight) previews and/or reviews giving the fans the broader picture and providing predictions as to outcomes. OPTION 2: General UFC/MMA Tycoon Show This would be similar to option to option 1 but would look to get multiple established orgs involved. It would be a general discussion of UFC cards or any happenings in the Tycoon World and would have a "fights to watch" segment each show where orgs could pay tycoon cash for a slot to have a premier fight/fights featured and discussed at length on the show. These recordings can be done/edited and uploaded or possibly done via Twitch.tv stream and uploaded to my youtube channel for Tycconers to watch/Listen to? Just throwing some ideas out there for the time being and seeing if there's some interest in partnerships for upcoming events (I'd ideally like 1-2 weeks notice on any requests). If there's enough interest from one or a variety of sources, rates of compensation can be discussed (may vary based on number of fights/events or length of segment) Thoughts Feedback or interest welcome! bestever Posted February 6, 2019 Author Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 If I can enough org interest on this, I’d also be open to allowing this to clothing nutrition and gyms to run ads during the show and sponsor segments on the show for a fee and promote their business. bestever Posted February 8, 2019 Author Report Share Posted February 8, 2019 Update: A couple orgs and a few sponsors have come forward with serious interest in a semi regular preview show. I'd also like to record manager interviews on occasion once the idea is running at full speed. The positive feedback and interest I've had privately is honestly outstanding and very humbling. so much so, that I'd like to record the 1st preview show early next week. The org/fight slots are full for episode 1 (and a couple have expressed long term partnership interest already) and the sponsor/ad slots are filling quickly for the first show (probably 2 left, maybe 3) If you have a company that would like to write/run a spot/ promo ad in episode 1, please PM me to discuss rates and any submissions by Sunday Evening East Coast US time as I would like to record Monday/Tuesday and release episode 1 late next week. . 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I hope to record it Tuesday and release Thursday. Also now accepting Org fight slots and company sponsor spots for episode 2. Hope to do that episode the following week, we currently have some spots filled but more room available.
