Yes.

 

"This is an all-around strength and cardio session held by a specialized fitness coach. This type of training boosts all of your physical attributes. There are also more specialised versions of this type of training e.g. (Speed) or (Agility). These still train the range of skills but moreso in the skill mentioned."

When your first starting out you could maybe get away with superb (10) cardio for a few fights, I wouldn't go less than that. After your first few fights you should have a minimum of wonderful (12) or exceptional (13) cardio. Once they hit their prime they should have sensational (14) or elite (15).

I usually go with minimum of Sensational, but maybe Exceptional at a push. If you are looking to get the best out of training, Wonderful is the minimum you should go for. If you have confidence in your ability to win early, then I agree with Davy in saying Superb will be okay. If you want to get far, your Conditioning needs to be at least Sensational
