I wasnt trying to say anything bad about your guid its good and people will use it and hopefully benefit from it. I just think this sort of stuff needs also to be added in the game because when you start to play there is no real tutorial and people just created bad builds and leave the game because they dont understand how it works. You and others like Duphus for example have to talk to Mike about it. Since I started to play this game I cant really understand why it doesnt have any tutorial what so ever that is the first thing you do when you join other manager games.

You have to understand new guys will not join forum for guide. This sort of stuff should be added to the game as tutorial for new managers.
