JakeF
http://www.mmatycoon.info/index.php?title=Fighter_profile_(manager)#Training Most common noob mistake - setting fighter to no training instead of giving him a few rest sessions. As u can see, he has 0 sessions a week once u set him to no training, meaning he isn't geting any rest sessions as well.

Boble
Set to full training, and then set the sessions to "no training". With no training he is taking a job and working, this means he uses his energy in his job.
Lefty
Wow! That's good to know. Sometimes when your fighter goes under a certain amoount of money they will be automatically set to no training or part time training so it's good to know that this will cause them to not be able to gain back energy! Also I think it's kind of a weird glitch and energy should be regained if fighters are set to no training or even part time training where I imagine the off days are not regaining energy as well. It's not like if you stop training you are going to stay at the same energy level when you're sitting on the couch watching TV or sleeping at night! You're going to regain energy if not training no matter what you do. It's not realistic.

Either that, or the assumption is that working full time uses that energy up and you stay at the same level... I know I often feel that way in my real life job...

Oh yes, working costs energy, I even drop energy while working, and need weekends to refresh, so fully realistic
RegularJohn
wow I just realized my energy level must be in the negatives from working AND training.
Revheat
Sitting on the couch eating Doritos and Cheezits while binge watching Netflix can sap your energy too
f2fkoh
hmm, i always set my guy to "no training" and have had no issue regaining energy. I guess it would go faster if i did it the other way. Gonna have to test this
