I want to create KT fighter which org should i sign him?

Train him for a while before you consider landing him a deal. Even in the lower tier KT orgs there are usually quite a few advanced strikers. Throwing a guy in there right away after creation wouldn't be very promising, I think.

 

Tokyo is a good place for KT, since several orgs offer it (be it in part or exclusive). Or you make him a heavyweight and look for a gig at Daredevils MMA. ;-)

 

Zambrowski in Montreal is a relative newcomer friendly KT org. But what I wrote above apllies there as well. Train him first for a while.
