If you are new and lack the money stay the fuck away from orgs

I ran my first org with a 50k loan from the game. Wispey's advice is very good, you need to target 340k+ fighters if you want to survive, cause open ID will be one hell of a challenge, that could still be achieved, but only by someone with a lot of org experience.

Well he just joined the game a few days ago. So I'm trying to give real advice

My advice is very very real.

Here are a few facts:

1- This game is fun as hell, specially at the beginning. It's pretty addictive. Not sure if you fall into this category but for those that do: remember at the beginning staying up all night (or all day depending on your time zone) refreshing your screen up to the point where your fights take place?

2- The learning curve on this game is crazy steep, even with a mentor it requires an enormous amount of time and dedication to get good at it.

3- Lots and lots of reading wikis required. It's like going back to school and actually applying yourself to it.

4- The game is slow after the QFC stages.

Now what a new player usually does:

1- Gets addicted like everyone else.

2- Buys VIP.....Because it's dirt cheap.

3- Doesn't take the time to read the gazillion stuff out there.

4- Decides to play Dana White and opens an org.

5- Fucks over 100+ managers because it's hard to manage or he never became good and losing sucks so he quits.

I'm just being honest. The game takes time to learn and I have always advocated to have a minimum tenure implemented before allowing managers to open orgs but it is what it is.

You are a returning player though, much much different.

I started playing back in 2009 and then came back this year. I agree with what you said, but the org is already open. He needs to hustle or accept the hit now. 340k is where he can financially survive.

I helped an org start which quickly failed because the owner didn't set an ID Restriction so fair fights were a struggle and he didn't wanna work.
