NFL future

In a not-so-distant dystopian future, President Donald J. Trump declares war on the NFL for it's lack of patriotism. Jerry Jones criticizes the U.S. President for his interference and they exchange in a twitter war that last 296 days. The NFL is divided as ratings spike, profits shrivel, and fingers are pointed. With sanctions looming Robert Kraft pledges his loyalty to President Trump and in exchange the Patriots are officially pardoned for Spy-Gate, Deflate-a-gate, and Aaron Hernandez. Donald Trump slaps sanctions on the entire NFC conference which cripples the economy and pushes the teams towards bankruptcy. Jerry Jones leads a collation against the U.S. President in an attempted coup d'état but is defeated in a battle of dimwits.

The NFC conference is in shambles. It's forced to split from the NFL and become it's own entity due to the methodical and tactical destabilization of the U.S. President and his goonies in the Congress. The financial crisis forced every owner to declare bankruptcy and shut down all sport related operations. While the outside world watched the NFC implode from within, others saw opportunity.

A notoriously wealthy business mogul by the name of Chris Karter assembles a team of business tycoons, lawyers, and financial investors to purchase the rights to the defunct NFC conference. President Trump warns that he refuses to lift any sanctions against the NFC because he found the "teams and logos of his enemies of old offensive and unpatriotic". Bribes are paid, blackmail is suspected, and a deal is made. Trump declares it a win for the American people and compliments his Presidency for getting the deal done. All 16 teams purchased are relocated, re-branded, and the NFC conference was resurrected under a new identity. 10 years have passed by and today marks the 10th anniversary of the NFC's resurrection.

Damn someone had to much time on there hands today lol, I love it though

started doing bits and pieces back when madden came out. wanted to see all relocation options in Madden this year so I relocated 16 teams.

forum organization nonsense definitely taking way longer than expected. might trim it down but want to provide links to any mmatycoon themed fighter or coach.

You been drinking again? You posted this in the general game section. But yeah, I've move quite a few, I don't think I've created all new divisions. I know I've moved teams to Mexico City, London, and Dublin.

yeah, it'll be mma tycoon related. maybe see players enter info in empty bios. idk. work in progress.

When I hit a mental stump I tend to name players after mmatycoon fighters in games (i.e. x-com or drafted players in madden) so if anybody has a fighter that meets min 160 lbs and wants me to add them to a team they can link the dude, position, #, and I'll add it.

or say if somebody sees I used their fighter, and they're like, "hey I want to play for X instead" or something like that.

Kinda would like to try the game, havent played madden since 2014 version

good mechanics. could use a ton of improvement but overall the gameplay is good enough to play for entertainment. just depends what you're after. I go for more of a football-sim than an arcade feel, so it works for me.

The thing that sucks about Madden is the lack of detail and historical stat-tracking in Franchise mode. It isn't very clean and some things are impossible to find unless you keep track. NCAA '14 was way better at it and at least on the right track for the first 10 seasons of Dynasty. Back in the day I created a format in wordpad document to keep track of basic season info like what teams went to superbowl, who won MVP that year, my team's record, but I usually get bored quickly and stop after a few seasons. This time I changed all the teams around so I was more inclined to keep track of division wins.

I was staring at this organized clutter of useless stats and info and thought the implementation of mmatycoon fighters might temporarily help me get some use out of it and simultaneously give me a reason to polish up xbox vid skills before UFC 3 release.

Pretty entertaining.

it's a mess atm. will clean it up within the week or so.

Idk if this is something you can enter or not but Ill throw a few of my guys in if it is

Add Name w/ link to fighter, age, height & Weight, and hometown (College).

If you have preference for team, #, position, player type, add it and will make it easier to implement. if you just link the fighter w/ the name he might end up a kicker, punter, or practice squad QB.

Orlando Diggs (Florida State University)

29 yrs old

6'0" 176 lbs

#5 QB (Scrambler)

#5 WR (Speedster)

#5 LB (Pass Rush)

#5 SS (Hard Hitter)

etc.

if you have team preference, add it too. makes it easier to rename some of the drafted players after the season.

I added players to teams. Making cool enough highlights for this game is pretty difficult. Easy to show replays of some plays but hard to put together a legit highlight reel w/ xbox one's video editor.

I should probably do a 500K money challenge for whoever can guess the original teams above before they're relocation. I'd be pretty impressed if anybody managed to slap that together.

I haven't played Madden in a long time. Last version I played was Madden 07. I loved Superstar mode, best QB was the Michael Vick clone (the ultimate scrambler). I also liked making for HB the Ladanian Tomlinson clone also because that man could run the ball, catch and jump like a champ (I'd even switch him to WR for some plays to get him more experience and catching yards). WR I would go for the Randy Moss clone and he was always great.

Fun times. I don't follow football much anymore but I do kind of miss playing Madden.

How's the SS mode nowadays anyway?
