Dmanager Posted July 6, 2018 Report Share Posted July 6, 2018 dont kno where to discuss this im a bit of a noob, but i have a fight coming up so i put my guys on part time training but went into the gym and cancelled all training for the last 3 days but today, the day before the fight my guy lost quite a bit of energy even tho he did not train nor did he train yesterday i thought resting improved energy not loses it? If you want him to recover energy for a fight, instead keep him on full time training and choose no training in the gym for the sessions you would like to rest.
