Number beside the training type

That signifies the number of fighters in that particular session.

 

For training your abilities i.e punch kick all those you want the number to be no higher than 4 (4 gives very minimal value so the lower the better there)

 

If you are doing cardio weights etc. The number for that doesn't really matter much.

 

For sparring the sessions are split into groups of 5 so you want 1-5 8-10 etc.

Lower the better for coaching.
But id like to know the experience others have had with at what stage does the training get effected. 3,4 or 5 people in with a coach at a training appointment.

and at what stage should a gym hire a new coach when he is being over used. mainly for a gym to offer the best training for fighters.
