It is still the same idea, though the quality on this one is a bit better. I figured that the Hammer and Sickle should be present, so I added that in on the gear he is wearing. I also angled his left arm *right in the pic* a bit so it fits in to the size for an avatar. If you still want the other flag, I can make that change for you. Awesome bro, great work. I agree with this statement, moving avatars are a nightmare and I'll only be making them for personal use from now on, gif backgrounds no bother but gif avatars are a headache. However it would be doable to create an image still though chances are it won't be allowed. Not sure if some were previously accepted with the same style.
