Maybe cap it at 30 at first and increase the fees to something aroud $700 a week? I`m not too good at public gyms but found a really good one to park my Island guys while I decide on what to do with them: https://www.mmatycoon.com/gympublic.php?gmid=3999 Maybe take a look at this gym to get a better idea on making a public gym that is highly efficient.
