Lefty
Train transitions, def grappling, submissions and BJJ sparring with red belts if you can 3-4 times a week. sparring with black belts is almost as good as long as they are 5 stars. If not just the best sparring sessions you can find as long as they are better than you otherwise forget about doing the sparring session. 2
Lefty
Best training for stronger jiu-jitsu? Are you talking about in real life? Because this is the noob help forum, answering questions about THIS game. If you want to know about BJJ in real life there is a section for real life MMA, training etc. But it ain't here. AdamHolland
How often can you actually spar without it been a problem then? I think I read that back to back sparring is pretty awful but it's fine to just do PM sessions all week if you wanted?

If you skip one session it should reset that feature and you can get the bang for your buck that you so richly deserve.

It is fine, but better start sparring once your fighters have elite secondaries, that's what I do.

If not just the best sparring sessions you can find as long as they are better than you otherwise forget about doing the sparring session. You don't need to spar with red/black belts to gain maximum effect from the session. The sparring group's overall sparring worth should be just 20% higher than your fighter's sparring primary. Also sparring group size has effect on the gain for your fighter because there is a bonus for groups of 5 or more. A group of 4 fighters with X points overall sparring worth is 12% less effective than a group of 5 fighters with X points overall sparring worth. Also you have to note that groups with 10 fighters or more are split in micro groups - 1-9 fighters = 1 group; 10-14 fighters = 2 groups, 15+ = 3 groups and etc. Top 5 fighters get in the first group, rest in the second. So if group is over 10 fighters, your fighter might not spar with the best ones. When I have a low skilled fighter, I am always looking for 5-9 fighter groups so he could benefit from the 5-star fighters. Same, when I am organizing sparring sessions in my private gym - always scheduling 5-9 sparring groups and trying to somehow calculate the sparring worths so my projects get the maximum gain.
