MOVE TO 358K: A NEW BEGINNING

So guys, as you might have seen already, Empire MMA is now officially a 358k+ organisation. But it's not going to be any 358k organisation, no no no, it's going to be the best, the most intense, the most competitive 358k+ organisation in the game, and all of us working at Empire MMA will do our utmost to make that happen.

We have been pretty much bossing the entire 360k id range for some time now (and I mean no disrespect to any of the other 360k organisations), and therefore, we feel that this is the perfect time to make our move into the 350k range, but obviously, the main reason behind the success of Empire MMA has been the managers who have sent their fighters into our organisation and have given us some memorable matches in recent past, which for sure will live long in our memory, which in turn has given our event ratings a massive boost, and propelled the organizaton to the very top of 360k rankings, and therefore, I want to thank all the managers who has made this organisation one of the most entertaining 360k organisations in the game.

But, now as we are moving into the bigger boys's league at 358k, we would need the same amount of support from you guys, so that we can dominate in this id range too, and make our quick transition into 355k possible.

Hence, we would need some favours from all of you guys if possible.

1) We need a lot of new signings, so if anybody wants to bring in their 358k+ fighters in here, then send the names below.

2) Our starting pay is 3k/3k for newcomers and negotiatable pay for the top talents with 2k signing bonuses also added for newcomers.

Now apart from this, we are also converting our 265+ division into an open id division, wherein we make,

1) 5x5 rounds available (if asked) for grudge matches (no-holds barred style)

2) Organise tournaments for other organisations if asked.

3) This is a division, so if you guys want to join in full time (not temporary stuff) then you can obviously fight for the title.

And so please do bring your guys in this division if possible, so that you lot can make the grudge matches that everyone wants to see, and we get our boost in the event ratings (everyone's happy).

And finally, I have never had any problems with any of the managers who has their fighters in our organizaton, as they are fantastic guys to work and negotiate with, for which I am truly very grateful and thankful to them, for being so understanding. Hence, I would hope it stays that way for the foreseeable future, so that Empire MMA continues to be successful and we can all enjoy our stay in this organisation, as that is what I want you guys to do (enjoy your time in here).

So, up the Empire MMA!

Strange move and a bit soonish in my humble opinion.

I hope this wasn`t done to accomodate your fighter Matty: http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=359565

I honestly thought the roster was bigger. At 86 fighters it`s more like a part-time org.

155 is such a key division as it allows fighters to move up and down.

Also instead of going down 2k IDs you might want to mass recruit 365+ fighters as these will be your new wave of challengers. Focus on VIP managers with 18-19 yr old projects, 25 year olds wont be active by the end of summer.

355k has like 7 orgs already, even if only 2 survive the mid-brackets don`t need 3+ orgs so no need to do this for the game.

I would focus on filling up your 155 and 185 divisions before moving down IDs to be honest. And for the love of God don`t open an unrestricted division, the easy Hype is tempting but there are tons of unretricted out there, unless you have MILLIONS you gonna waste everyone`s time and you could use .

None of you 3 running the org are recruiters, either recruit or get a recruiter. There are TONS of 360k fighters still unsigned, in 3 months and with Diamond MMA and DANZAI soon in full swing this won`t be the case.

So strange, I still have high hopes of this org being a main one but the direction it is taking is truly bizarre. I say this as a friend to the org, some of the early writing was hillarious.

Don’t pay attention to Camara, he’s just mad he might have to take a challenge.

Do what works for you, and keep growing. Nice work.

I have 0 fighters at Empire.

No agenda here other than to guide them to success. I truly love their writing so would liek them to prosper.

365k is ripe for the taking, any 360k org with room for another 50-80 fighters should focus on these as opposed to going down by 2K IDs.

Don`t forget this is coming from someone that has actually built an org from scratch and succesfully moved it down by 10k following the lessons the founding fathers created. On this subject I am quite the authority in present day.

You basically cameback to the game to insult people. Was that you being rude for 3 hours in Chat while the rest of us watched the fights and had a blast?

Go take your meds, I mean it. Please take care of yourself.

Are you really that duh...Nevermind only here to call you out for the obnoxious, egotistical, hypocritical, fake, lying pile of pond scum you are. Everyone else is cool.

Cheers

Now Camara, I really do appreciate you giving this thread so much time, and also giving me a lot of very good advice (I have to admit), but I want to make a few things clear here...

1) there's no way no on earth, that I would drop the Id just for the sake of keeping my guy here, that's not me.

2) Nobody drops their id without having a long-term plan, do they? No! And hence we also have some plans that we will put into place very soon.

3) opening the divisions is something we would want to do via a tournament (and we will make them), but we have an ongoing GP now, so it's only gonna happen after the GP is over, so don't worry about that.

4) if the names say that I am a VP and Roger is a DOO, it doesn't mean that we are not recruiters. I have been openly recruiting for the past 1 and a half months (had a roster of 43 before I arrived), so that's my answer (I am the recruiter here). And I have 1000 pm's stored in to prove to you (which I don't need to do), how I have been looking out for new talents.

5) The open division is made for making grudge matches and other types of matches, which makes it separate from the org, almost as a part time division. I will become serious with it once we get 20+ fighters in there.

6) There are not many 360k fighters out there at all, cause most of the managers go inactive and we have to release their guy, and hence the small roster (Just released one of our champions a few days ago).

7. Now I understand and know that you have built an organisation from scratch, but, this is a different organisation run by different people, so don't worry, we will make this organisation very good to be in.

But thanks for the advice once again.

Not my business but I would get TJ to clean your thread up mate. Bring it back to focusing on your business not trolls. Fucking annoying seeing threads get highjacked everyday, great to see people generating interest but childish troll fests are not helping the game

Camara isn't wrong... it's way too early to drop 360k vs 358k. I have two fighters at 358k on opposite sides of the learning curve (one fast, one slow). Even my slow learner is 300+ skill points faster than my highest 360k guy (who was rolled out within first few days of 360k) and my fast learner has 200 more skill points than he does. Won't be uncommon for 358k fighters to have 400+ more skill points than the 360k guys unless they were extremely active and spent lots of time recovering energy after fights.

What is done is done, and best of luck. I might have a fighter that fits your criteria but I can assure you he will wreck everything. Now that Empire moves to the roman numerical event name format I might have to swing a guy over there to crush cans.

Very true Chris, but as I said, we have a long-term plan for this, as the introduction of the 358k fighters will be a slow and measured process, and not rushed by any means.

If you are concerned about fair matchups, then don't worry. Don't think that I will make a matchup between a 360+ guy vs a 358k guy straight away, cause that ain't gonna happen, at least not on my watch. We will be allowing qfc fights for the 358k guys for now (until we have got enough fighters in that id to make fair matchups).

I have always said, unfair matchups is not something ya'll will ever see at Empire MMA.

I hope you mean the others because I am 100% not trolling.

I know whenever I post stuff I usually poke a bit (1- I hope Matty you didn`t drop the ID for your fighter was my poke) but the rest I am 10000% serious about and mean nothing but the best for Empire.

Matty answered all questions I had, this thread was done to announce/discuss the shift to 358k and that is exactly what we are doing. 1 thread per org is the rule, if this thread wasn`t opened for an educated, cordial discussion they could have announced this in the Empire thread that already exists.

Empire needs to focus on hiring young projects, the 25 year olds will last until age 28 and then it`s bye bye.

The move from 360k to 365k was accelerated by the Island moving ahead of schedule (I told Alex K, or was it Fury? to not do this but they went ahead and convinced Mike). Dumbarses.

We got to 365k waaaaay ahead of schedule (The Island moved 3k IDs really really fast), the move here is to hire as many young 365k projects because 358k to 360k was a CRAWL. We watched for 4 weeks the ID barely move if anyone remembers.

What do you think the sharks did during those 2k IDs? No, they did not fight. their testing was already done. They trained and trained.

Like I said, I have 0 agenda here just speaking facts and trying to help.

Good luck!

If you actually want the best for Empire MMA Camara, then I would say that you have definitely made some very good points in there, but alas, the move to 358k is done and dusted so there is going to be no change in that.As I said before, nobody already in here will be given a fight against a 358k fighter straight away (no way that's gonna happen). It will be a slow process, just like when we start a new organisation. We will get at least 40-50 358k fighters in here before including them in the events, but before that, they will be allowed to train and fight in the QFC, for their development, and the organisation will work as it does with 360k fighters in the meantime. But once we get a big enough roster of 358k fighters in, then we will keep the best 360k fighters (who will be still capable of competing) and release the rest (unless their managers wants them to stay here).

So how does this sound?

Sounds good man.

I spoke to Buff as he is slowly closing Florida MMA to see if we could seamlessly transition his projects to Empire but he would like to give all fighters/managers the chance to get all offers from all 360k instead of doing this.

I totally understand him. I would be on the lookout for those 50+ fighters as they drop as they are ages 16-19 and that`s the kind of blood infusion you need to cement a long term org.

Good luck.
