Energy loss seems to be effective when Sparring, but as Duphus said, it's probably just an overall general benefit. Cardiff has your back on the other aspects :yes:

There is one way to get around using more than one supplement per session... sort of. If you are in a gym with a nutrition partner, then you can set your guy to use the vending machine. If he does so (a random chance thing), the you will gain the benefit of whatever supp you have your guy taking and also the benefit of whatever he bought out of the machine. That said while I would not advise against using the vending machines, it is hardly something that you can bank on. Just do as Cardiff Wanderer and Dufus have said and you will be right on track
