Learning Speed 18 y/o

Hi Guys,

 

I've been checking learning speeds of my fighters using the non-script method (right click, inspect). Scripts aren't downloading on my computer.

 

I've noticed that certain skills seem to bring back different training speeds.

 

Do "Escapes" train slower? for example i have a guy who:

 

Scored learning speed 4.2 on Escapes, then scored a speed of 6.45 on Kicks

 

Then another who scored 3.9 on Escapes, then scored a speed of 5.55 on Ground and Pound

 

They were 1v1 with an elite coach in both cases, using Useless (1) skills.

 

Is this just coincidence? Is it normal to score different on some trainings than others? Any help appreciated.

Escapes can be a problem as they've been changed a few times and no one really knows 100% how they train

I have noticed some weirdness with escapes as well, would avoid using that skill. Along with clinch for some reason.

I always do striking D or d grappling (sometimes takedowns if testing too many fighters at once)

Was the fighter at 100% morale and energy every time?

Were the skills rated 1-- each and every time?

don`t test Escapes.

 

It was training at a much lower pace for years so we fixed it last year.

 

I had someone from the forums test it and the number was about 30% slower and that is what we gave to Mike to fix. It seems better now but not sure like most things in Tycoon.

I test mostly Kicks and Elbows.

Yes sir they were. Seems to be an issue with escapes - just avoid that for the purpose of testing learning speeds

I believe that was established earlier, few years back--escapes training being at a different rate than other skills; it was then adjusted and readjusted ad nauseam, appears to be at around 66%-70% nowadays.

Escapes are training much faster compared to other skills, but not at low skill levels. The higher the escapes level - the faster they train, it was made that way when escapes were introduced so fighters could catch up but it seems Mike hasn't removed it yet. But now I have a fighter who has Sens+ Def grappling after 70 sessions and Sens- Escapes after 46 sessions lmao.

how can I check with non-script version? (I know right click, inspect, but how should I calculate after that?)

Lets say you trained Kicks 1 on 1 with an Elite coach. Click kicks from the dropdown.

 

Right click, inspect the bar. It will show something like below:

You take the width stated above, in my case 4.6 (convert to 0.046) and times by 150

 

So 0.046*150 = 6.9 Learning speed

You want 5.5 minimum (Imo) maximum is 7.5
