I've mistakenly sent out contracts at 135 to 205 and 265 division, even some of my resign...but, its an easy fix and obviously if its been going on for a number of days, the owner isn't very active at all..

Another thing...any newer manager should at least research their org options...the first contract sent isn't always the better option. pretty much all my contracts for any fighter just starting out is 3k/3k/3k. But, again just because an org sends you a super good contract money wise, its not always the best...you have to check the division you are going to sign to and see if the fighters their are in the same ID range as you. I've had orgs send my contracts for 335k fighters back when 335k was just starting off that the closest ID to him would have been 300k...So, research first. Ask questions here if you don't know..don't sign and get stuck in some org that might just be there to take advantage of other fighters or boost their own on the account of unsuspecting managers.

Not just new fighters either. Wait a couple days after the first offer comes in and see if you get any more contracts, then you can choose what suits best. I had 7 offers for a guy recently ranging from 5k/5k/5k to 40k/25k/25k so I took my time and picked what I thought would be the best offer for him.
