I’m really happy to be fighting here in my hometown, especially seeing the exceptional lineup of Bantamweights in this org. I can’t wait to test myself against these guys. As of now, I still got some injuries that needs to heal up, but when it does I’ll be back in the gym working my ass off with gold in my mind.

Im giving up a lot of size on this match-up, and on-paper his skills are a bit better than mine at the moment. But one thing that can’t be measured is the size of a fighter’s heart; and that is what I’m definitely going to bring come fight time. Few fighters have been given a chance to simultaneously hold two championships from two different weight classes, and this is an opportunity of a lifetime that I won’t let slip pass me easily. I would like to applaud Jet Hemi's Vitor Belfort-esque resurgence over his last 4 fights, that was really something else. If the org gives out like a comeback-fighter award, it should totally be given to you. Our upcoming fight is going to be an all-out barn burner so don't miss it guys. I would also like to give a shout-out to former 145lb champ, Jesus Montalban. I see you've dropped down to BW. Nice to see another killer has been added to the division. Boy, looks like I would really have my work cut out for me this coming weeks.

Looks like we got ourselves a new writer for the org. Keep up the good work man! Great job on the break-down of the upcoming EFC:Lace Up card where a new Bantamweight contender will emerge. Also, kudos to philofthefuture for his review of the Executioner Get Chopped Card. Nice to see a lot of great writers filling the gap left by Mr. Shtaaf and Owner JJ media.

Now that I've achieved my destiny to be champion, I couldn't be any happier. Mad props to the ex-champ Mr. Fitzgerald, I got nothing but respect for you and you gave me a great fight. I just wanted it more. The division is stacked with a bunch of talented and hungry up and comers and I'm excited to have the chance to defend the belt against these guys. I'm gonna keep working my tail off to make sure this belt stays on my waist for a long time.

It is an honor to be on the same division as the undefeated island great, Serge Ibaka. If I could string a few wins, maybe I'd get a chance to fight him.
